Hotel location is strategic at the heart of the city, but we're struggling with the entrance of the hotel, the map said it's arrived, we saw the sign of the hotel but we can't find the door of the hotel, we asked to people around they dont have any idea even the food stall's seller which the stall right under the hotel's sign. It was an evening hour and snow is heavly pouring. I decided to walk around...

Ideally located in Porvoo, this basic, no frills, self-service hotel room was quiet, spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is true that the pillows were children size, but we brought our own. The breakfast was very basic and would have been much better if the bread selection had been more varied and exotic.

If you are looking for a flash modern hotel with stamp size rooms this is not for you. It is an older hotel with spacious clean rooms, a superb breakfast and friendly service. It doesn't gleam or shine but offers an excellent central location at a reasonable price. We only stayed a night but would come back for a longer stay without hesitation. I was there for 10 days. The room was very big. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and warm. They were cleaning my room every day. The brekfast was served from 5:30! - that is really good and there was so many things to choose. The hotel is not modern but it is very cosy, people very helpful. And it is in centre of town. For sure I will come back!

OK hotel, little old fashion and have seem it's best days. But clean and convenient garage. Elevator was out of service, unfortunately.

Placed right next to the bus station, this hotel is ideally suited for the tired traveller. The breakfast starts early (already at 05:30) so if you need to get up and onwards then you can still get food.
