This is one of the best places I have stayed. We stayed in a Kuru Lakeside Suite and the view out of the floor to ceiling glass is absolutely stunning. We will try to return in winter as I think it would be even more beautiful. Cannot recommend more highly.

I clearly did not quite know where we were coming to and when I saw the place my jaw literally dropped 😁 We had a very nice small cabin with a view both over the area and over the lake, dinner was really delicious and staff was very friendly. Visiting here comes with rather a high price, but you will also get good service and extraordinary experience that justifies every cent. We are for sure going...

The place was very beautiful and atmosphere was amazing. Food was better than average but not wow. Breakfast buffet was really crowded and the buffet tables were in too small area. The place is not really for kids and not for people who struggle with moving. Also the spa was nice (the romantic evening) and quiet but in the end it was quite meh 😕 and way too expensive. Our Forrest suite was amazing...

Hotel & Spa Resort Järvisydän is an amazing place to stay! The rooms are super clean, cozy, and have a really romantic vibe. The whole resort is surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views of Lake Haukivesi —perfect for a peaceful getaway. The food is also fantastic! A very eclectic nature Lodge with a lot of charm. This place is quite funny, with yurts, huts cabins, all kind of choc-a-block. But it’s on a beautiful lake. The spa is quite nice. Everything was great except the pillows and the scrambled bits eggs in the breakfast. The hotel is beautiful and it gives you the wow factor. Very cozy. Pillow issue: They are far too soft (thin down pillows) and small, offering 0 support. They do not offer a pillow menu nor a option for a firmer pillow. Nice restaurant and good food in the middle of the countryside. It's worth deviating from the 5th road a little to the side and experiencing the unhurried country atmosphere.

It was a very comfortable spacious villa with attached bathrooms. Everything about it was great. Boating/ sauna facilities and location.. very peaceful.

This is good vacation option for group of friends or several families (we were 8 people). We were in second half of August, so we enjoyed from plenty of mushrooms in the forest everywhere. We were in the villa located quite far from others villas (#11). Some other villas are very close each other. Lakeside sauna is good.

An atmospheric old building. I thought the room was very comfortable. The heat was a bit disturbing, when there was only a small fan to help. Checking in and getting into the room was easy, the instruction video on the website helped to understand the instructions very well. Thank you!

My experience with my wife .... Great , if some people can not understand the concept own fault ... and it is not simple you get a coffee machine, a TV, a air condition , clean sheets as towels so what more you want ? And both brothers are friendly and for coming. Thank you again , " small simple place But with a big heard " ....

Best hotel in Varkaus city. Great Location with a big parking space. Spacious rooms with great comfort. Lighting of the room could be improved. There is no mini fridge in the room. Breakfast buffet was good. Friendly staff. Good gym for a quick workout. Sauna facilities are excellent!

All liked it. Good and decent rooms. In the evening you can have a good time without going outside. There is a sauna, lingerie, darts.

Very nice and affordable place to stay in Varkaus. The stay was quiet and the apartment was cozy. Eggs yoghurt and etc. for breakfast was provided in the fridge.

An apartment with very good standard, and an owner that is very flexible and service minded. You can also borrow a bike for free. I would defenitly stay here again!

Best accomodation i have been during my 2 months-holiday in Finland

Very nice bed and breakfast. Location just outside of Savonlinna is easy to find. Property is beautiful, and there's enough chances for activities from private beach and tennis to cycling. Breakfast was plentiful and had pastries made at the spot. Room was clean and cool despite weather being hot while the time of visit. Would heartily recommend to anyone.

Very nice farm B&B located about 12km from Savonlinna. It's easy to reach there by car and there are plenty of road signs pointing to the correct path. The rooms were very clean and there was also a possibility to keep our things in the common use kitchen fridge. There were also plenty of games and activities available for both kids and adults.

Perfect place to stay. Adorable and helpful hosts, lots of outdoor activities, great sauna and really striking barbeque facilities (an old Finnish kitchen and a cozy place near the lake), very tasty homemade food for breakfast and dinner. Recommended!

Wonderful, family run b&b. Clean, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast with lots of home baked goodies (a shame we missed the lettubaari!). The yards and nearby facilities (swimming beach and sauna) make it fun for the whole family. Also, very convenient location if driving to/from Linnansaari National Park.

Friendly family who runs this Lomamokkila. Most of the breakfast is own and fresh made. I only say: Delicious! Also possibility to swim and to lean a rowing-boat for free. We can only recommend this place.

Owner Johanna is a star in kindness and flexibility. I booked on the same day as I arrived, and even though I showed up by her surprise, she was very welcoming. The boutique hotel is in a perfect condition, with a personal touch that makes you feel at home, rooms are very good and spacy with great facilities. Breakfast is excellent.
