We found that hotel at the midnight. The staff is very professional and friendly. We were greatly appreciated by room and service. I will recommend that place as one of the best that I visited. Despite 3 stars the atmosphere and conditions are super.

A nostalgic place. Comfortable old-fashioned-style rooms with standard amenities. Noise from the six roads is not disturbing (at least the window is closed). Clean and comfortable. You can come without bionirovanie, the keys are left from the vacant rooms at the reception desk with price indication. The kitchen on the first floor of the main building is a bit scary, but in general for one night on the way to the north of Lapland, very good.

The service was amazing! The staff were so nice and the food was really good. Pricey yes, but so is everything around the hotel area.

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very well equipped and tidy. Resonable distance within everything, nearest bus stop to city centre about 100m from the apartment. If I ever visit Imatra again, I would book life&light apartment for my stay.

Apartment has a dishwasher, a washer, an oven, a microwave, a stove, and a beautiful sauna. This one is very comfortable. Lovely cottage apartment only few minutes away from Imatra city center but car and 10 minutes walk from the lake. Super clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Warm, with in-house sauna and a terrace. Very cozy.

Gorgeous and spacious cottage, but three stars because the sauna / washroom had a very horrible smell that was not reported to us and when we called they said they were aware. Did not apologize in any way and did not offer any compensation.

We have visited Rauha couple of times and the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful nature and well working services have made us to revisit the place. The services inside the hotel, like spa, sports bar, bowling and couple restaurants keep you busy if you just want to stay in. Excellent place for family holidays. But sad HC rely on russian guests only and due to this all hobbies and services in main hotel & around this area getting worse directions now. Also veird that big villas around the area not for rent, those are empty only curtains hanging - who might own those nowadays 🤔🤔

Great experience for family specially because of lake Saimaa and nature around. Spa quite OK, sauna world is quite unexciting.

Very pleasant Guest House with double and larger rooms. There is a kitchen, you can heat up meals. Part of the rooms with TV. Quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from the center. Nice service. Imatran Kylpylä is in a perfect spot. The SPA area is fantastic and fun to visit. The recreation area, especially the bowling, is a great addition and we enjoyed it a lot. But, the rooms are a big letdown. They seem untouched since the hotel was built, with old furniture and beds that have lost their shape after 20 years. Despite being called "superior," the rooms are far from it and feel very outdated...

During our stay, it was not crowded at all. It's fun. Water temperature is great. Several hot pools and water spa features. The enchanted forest features were also fun.

Got taken by some software engineers from turku when they came past Lappeenranta on an excursion. This is the first place we went to and I've got to admit quite a weird fun chill place to visit. It feels very 2008 in a nostalgic way for me. I'd recommend visiting but the only downside I can think of is that you need to mortgage your house and sell a kidney to buy more than 3 drinks

Very good location in the hearth of the city center walking area. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We got a 3 bed room on the top (third) that was actually quite large for the average finnish standards. A nice and roomy bathroom with an oversized shower. Good beds with clean sheets. No air conditioning, just a tabletop oscillating fan (very quite). No insect net on the window, but honestly...

We stayed in the President Suite, and it was really a fantastic space and really perfect stay.

Traditional hotel next to rapids. Good breakfast with some additional extras. Rooms might be rather hot at nights since no aircon. We did not try spa section. Free parking+wifi.

Nice place, nice personnel, but rooms in the new building need more cleaning in the bathroom. Additional bed was not a normal bed, was an extended armchair which was smelling funny.

Very nice place, very comfortable. The room was spacious, the restaurant very good in the evening and in the morning. The perfect sauna area. The only thing not so good is the temperature of the hot tub, it wasn't very hot. We nevertheless had an excellent stay.

To be honest, out of 12 countries, this is the most comfortable, interesting and cute hostel. There is something warm, cozy in it ... The rain stopped to wait for a day, I got so high that I still stayed, then another day, and then another and so on for 7 days ... My motorcycle was put in the underground parking, for free! Amazing hostel. Highly recommend. You can get your own spacious room for 2 people for less than 60e. The room had 4 140cm wide beds. Very comfortable and fits two in one bed. Big storage cupboards in room. Free Nespresso coffee in kitchen and dish washing machine. Very nice and clean bathrooms and showers. Less than 5min walk to everything except train station.

Location good. Yes, we were taken care of before we arrived, a man called and confirmed things. Both Finnish and English were so difficult to understand that I didn't quite understand everything. The cleanliness is good, but the Corona time and both the handwashing liquid and the toilet paper run out of the toilet when we arrived in the evening. The room was okay but one of the pillows was dirty. The view from the window would have been very nice without the sleet storm outside.

A 121-year-old charming and well-kept mansion, the rooms used for accommodation are very clean and comfortable, recently renovated. We (age 2 + children 6 and 9) had the Herrasväki room, decorated in the atmosphere of the beginning of the century, with a view of Vuok. Varied breakfast according to wishes. Reasonable rooms for accommodation, it was only from the day that there was a bit of noise from the bub.

The rooms are small, but there is a quite large balcony. The pressure of the water is good and the room was nicely clean.

Amazing place! Hidden gem in Saimaa region. The big cottage was amaazing, there is 2 saunas to rent (1 floating and 1 normal) plus SUP boards. The owners are amazing, view is great and atmosphere super relaxed. See you next time! 😍

A little bit uncared hotel run by Russian manager who is quite helpful and flexible. He had problems take money from my card but agreed if I just leave money in the room in check out. We arrived after 10 pm but he managed to prepare sauna for us even he has already left) sauna was 10€ per hour. Hotel really knew best times and now is rundown but the price is corresponding low.
