Incredible value for the money we paid. It marked all the check boxes: comfy beds, reasonable sized bedrooms, enough outlets, quiet, good breakfast with gluten free options and the parking was pretty close to the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very kind and helpful, giving us many good recommendations. The grounds are peaceful and perfect for a morning stroll. Julian the Sommelier gave us perfect wine recommendations and vineyards to visit. Beatrice at the front desk was very kind and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. We would love to come back for another stay.

Beautiful location with a view onto the Tarn river nestling in the wooded valley beyond. The restaurant has lovely food and staff competent enough to steer you away from dubious wine choices. The hotel manages to combine 5-star service with a family atmosphere.` Albi's monuments are also an absolute must-see.

My husband and I spent only 1 night at La Reserve and wished we had a week. It was charming and beautifully maintained. The food was excellent and was presented so beautifully. It was the perfect place for us.

Fabulous! Stunningly Elegant, Calm and Peaceful setting. Fantastic views over the River Tarn while eating a gastronomic dinner, thanks to the wonderful magic of chef Ringo Schulz. The best meal we had had in France in a long time, exciting, fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were brilliant, great unobtrusive service, always with a smile. We will definately return to this delightful hotel

We took the Instant Alchemy menu, a real treat from appetizer to dessert, plus the ambiance is very nice and the staff are amazing. It is now one of our top three favorite Albigensian restaurants.

We enjoyed three nights at this hotel recently. The service was very good with very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was also good but where this hotel really shines is dinner. The food was exceptional. The hotel is also located centrally in Albi, across the street from the train station and an easy walk to the center of town (and the unbelievable Saint Cecile Cathedral, a must see)...

Nice and quiet location. You can park in front of the hotel or use private parking (behind the hotel with a locked gate, 10 Euros per night). The area is very quiet and feels safe.

Have stayed here twice. First time used their in room dining. 2nd time their reactant. Food and service was good. Have booked to stay again on 29th June

That’s a nice affordable hotel. But I noticed two things that made us a bit sad. The installed heating system was broken but the staff helped quickly and provided us with a portable heating. Then I’d say that breakfast could have more options of hot meals. But it’s still very delicious. If you want to spent some time in Albi, it’s a great place to stay.

Location was very close to the city a 5 minute walk straight down the street into the attraction, very quiet and comfortable.

Convenient to many sites and restaurants in Albi. Very clean and comfortable 3 star hotel with a parking lot.

The price is good, the accomodation is fine. We stayed only for one night. We didn't have time to try the breakfast. Check in was fast and easy, only problem for us, was the smell of cigarette in the room.

Our initial room was clean and spacious but spoiled by a broken shower and bedside light fittings. We were allocated another room after the maintenance supervisor carried out an inspection.. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was large and well lit at night, and the bed was comfortable. The shower room was large with a wet room style drain. The internet and WiFi was good. There are coffee and snack machines in the foyer, which are useful.

We found the location convenient; the hotel clean and comfortable; the breakfast (included!) excellent! and the departure from town the next day, easy. We were very pleased with our experience there, including the free parking (not to be taken for granted in France).

Free parking. A Michelin Star restaurant is across the street. Next time in Albí, would definitely stay there.

Nice Hotel, cheap and near the city centre, you can go walking every landmark in Albi from the Hotel. The rooms are small but enough for just sleeping. The staff is nice.

Well located, very friendly staff but needs an update in all aspects. The material is old and in fair condition (towels, gel, shower curtain...), narrow and outdated rooms, nothing for people with reduced mobility, swimming pool? rather a kind of friendly pond. The only thing that saves him is the kindness of the people at the reception who help with everything, but the hotel is to seriously think...

This is a no frills hotel so expect it to have a lot of wear and tear but the beds and pillows were amazingly comfy, the air con was fantastic in the 40 degree heat and it was in a great location for town. The location is great and the staff is nice. The man at the reception speaks English and is also nice. The swimming pool and garden are really good. There is a carrefour 1 minute walking. The only downside is that there is no fridge. Thats why i give 4 stars.

Great value for the price. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful at check-in and the location is excellent (the bus station for my day trip to Cordes sur Ciel was a one minute walk from the hotel, so if you're doing a bus trip the next morning, it's perfect.) There's a pizza place a few doors down too. No bad odours in the room or any of the other problems...

Very friendly guy on reception Was here for the Grand Fondo World Championships so lots of cyclists in the hotel. We were allowed to keep bikes in the room. The room felt a bit like university halls. Breakfast was an odd affair. Being 2 hotels there was a divide in the room and you will be told off in French by staff if you cross it as you stare at them blankly. On race day there was no bowls for cereal...

Impeccable! Hôtel les Pasteliers is located on a quiet street a short walk from the historic center of beautiful Albi. My standard room was spacious, tasteful and contemporary. The owners are charming and helpful and the breakfast is delicious. All is well-maintained. This is everything a 2-star hotel should be and more.

Hello. Another F1 hotel taken over by another owner, the current name is there CLASS 'ECO. I noticed that they put other TVs, the rest are unchanged, if you can't find the remote, go to the reception and report the lack of the remote and you will definitely receive it. Besides, you have 1.9 km to the nearest store by car (ALDI). Regards.

The hotel is very small, picturesque in its corridors. But the rooms are very small and the bathroom seems improvised. Its people were very friendly and its location is great. For these reasons it can be a very good place to rest and continue on the way!

One night stay with 2 children (October) in a charming hotel in the heart of Albi. Very good reception, correct breakfast without more for the price. Room for 4 people, a little cramped but clean, with a pleasant little terrace and patio. A bit old fashioned but nice. Small flat on the price, all the same a little high for the services offered and the season.

Great location, friendly staff, OK price (65 euro for double plus). The receptionist indicated a free parking spot not too far. Parking inside is 9euro. Clean bedroom and bathroom.

Quaint old style Logis de France. Certainly not over priced, very simple room but overdue for decoration and upgrade. The garage was close by and convenient. Breakfast included.
