Fabulous dining experience, just up the road from Amboise city center. Enjoyed a delicious shrimp and goat cheese casserole, among other delectables. Attentive and warm service.

Comfortable, close enough to town, air conditioning and loads of unusual choices for breakfast (extra charge). Perfect for a stop off or weekend visit.
We wondered what the rooms would look like after seeing the lime green and brown colour scheme in the hall but luckily the rooms were really nicely done!

Good hotel, clean and quiet rooms (even on the side of the road). Rooms can be warm, but aircooler is available. Friendly staff. Very good French kitchen. Recommendible, locals come here to diner with family and friends which is a good sign. Extensive breakfast. You can walk (30 minutes, rural unpaved road) to Amboise, or take your bike (main road) to be in Amboise in 10 minutes. Large parking lot a bit away from the main road. So much better than one of the big names one in a dozen hotels.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. It is a small hotel, I saw 7 rooms. The restaurant is attached and was popular. The walk to town is about 30 minutes. Half the walk is along the street with no sidewalk. At night after 11 during the entire walk cars only passed by 3 times. During our walk we used cell phone lights to show cars where we were and got off the road long before cars got near us. I would stay here again but would pay a little bit more for an equally clean place within sidewalk range of the town.

The piece of beef (ribeye) was okay with a decent sauce. Everything else was unpalatable including the worst turkey I've ever tasted. The riz gourmand was plain rice full of bell peppers. The mousse was pudding artfully presented.
