Not keen on 5th floor room but was a good room, no lift, filled our needs,

Fine
It’s fine. It gets the job done. Note that sound travels quite easily through the walls and doors. I always travel with ear plugs and an eye mask which helps solve most issues.

Ok for 1 night , if staying longer look elsewhere
Excellent position for exploring the tow, secure parking a bonus but room very budget and in need or renovation. Clean and comfy though so ok for an overnight. If staying longer would look elsewhere

-A WC on each floor and a good point.
-garage next to the hotel except when the reception is closed you have to move the vehicle and be lucky to find a place during Christmas time.
-hotel 50 m from the city center very interesting and advantageous price.

Hmmm.....
Messaged me during the day to say reception was closing early. But they obviously didn't tell everyone as there was a couple locked out when I arrived having already checked in earlier. Location excellent but to be honest not particularly clean or nice.

Location was terrific. Right downtown. Parking was extra and lucky we got there early to get one of 4 spots in their garage. Staff was pleasant but room was up 3 flights of stairs. It is an old building which is kinda neat but it was a tiny room which was ok but sparse. Good shower we private bath.

At the price, you can't expect luxury but the room is really too small. No insulation. Dust above 1m80 to be done. The shared toilets are a real problem. Very friendly welcome that said.

Hotel to avoid, Small Rooms, Cramped bathroom, WC on the landing, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. no staff in the hotel, during my stay no hot water, the management did not offer compensation. 6-space garage parking and you still have to leave your keys and your car is inaccessible all night....

Noisy at night. Don’t know if there’s also apartments in this hotel as well but it was noisy into the night. Breakfast buffet doesn’t start until 8:30 which I find much later than standard. No lift so you may be going up a few flights of stairs also.

I like staying here. An older hotel, it's a little basic, and you must climb stairs, but I like the service and atmosphere.
My room had a refrigerator (didn't get that at Ibis for more than twice the price). Very clean, good bed and linen.
Breakfast is your basic French offerings.
At the bargain price, it's great value. I have paid more to stay in much worse places.
