At check paid card Deposit of 300 €/ apartment.
On the day of departure must be paid the local tourist accommodation tax 1 €/ night/ person 13 years and older.
Final cleaning is not included in the price. The client should leave the apartment in a pure form, to take out the trash, wash the dishes, linen and towel left folded on the bed, fridge clean and defrosted. The final cleaning costs 55 €/ apartment.

Still want to walk in long corridors and take an elevator, with a good explanation upon your arrival, it will not be complicated to find your apartment.
Pleasant and relaxing stay,
- Apartments have a nice balcony which suffiecient space to let towels dry etc.
- Apartments are cheap
- Friendly staff
Downsides:
- Additional fees for parking (€8,- per night)
- The kitchen appliences were a bit limited and dishwasher didnt work properly.
- 15 min drive to the (old) city centre (which is fine if you come by car)
- Apartments are not outdated, but a little bit worn out. Might need a little renovation.
