Avignon, 3 Pl. du Palais 🧭 Map
We fell in love with this charming hotel and the lovely staff that worked there! They made every effort to make us comfortable and welcomed. The location is amazing. Yes there were light bulbs out and the air conditioning was broken but we survived it and slept with the windows open, laughing at the early morning noise. The charm of the hotel won us over completely. You do need to know to park...
Stunning historic building in great location. Staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke great English.
An antiquated fancy hotel dating back to the 18th century. Enjoyed the novelty of staying in a room that more than 200 hundred years old. The view outside the window was wonderful facing the Palais des Papes. The room was little small and not too comfortable given the age of the building
Enjoyed our stay. We rented two rooms One was newly remodeled Ours was older but freshly done up with beamed ceilings. So fun to be in a quaint historic building above a restaurant. Parking was easy and elevator delivered us in front of Palais des Papes a short walk to our hotel .
Directly sited across the palace, nice view and very central. Parking in the garage next to the hotel possible. Height limit of the car 1.90m sharp.
The hotel is at the heart of Avignon, couldn't be better situated. It's a beautiful building in sand stone and has this Middle Ages and Gothic feel. Staff was very friendly, the cuisine was ok. The food was good and tasty, the menu I found a bit boring. The hotel lacks maintenance however. The lift didn't work, no batteries in the remote, no light in the gangway, there was AC but a very noisy mobile...

Beautiful property, friendly host, generous apartment. Fabulous croissants for breakfast! Had amenities available for our two year old. Highly recommend!
It was all in all PERFECT ♥️ most beautiful rooms and property! great breakfast and pool!
Great location relaxed country side a few minutes drive from the center of Avignon. Great host nice big and nicely designed rooms, great bathroom, excellent breakfast. Perfect stay.
Charming. Fun. Impeccably appointed. Comfy bed. Super yummy breakfast. It's a little off the beaten track - about 4km from Avignon - but that's what makes this farm b&b and gorgeous restaurant so great. Valerie and Jules are superb hosts. Loved this place. Highly recommended!
Absolutely phenomenal place - it’s beautiful, calm and so much relaxing. Rooms are great - very clean and comfortable. The owner and the staff were really nice and helpful. Hotel is located on the Barthelasse island - it is just 10 min by car to Avignon whilst being really secluded. Will go there again for sure.
We had a great stay here. It is a little drive out of Avingon but was nice to go excluding in the morning and relax by the pool in the afternoon. Rooms we very spacious and fully equipped and the staff were fantastic. There is also a little play equipment for the kids

Very nice small friendly hotel. Owner was really helpful with advice and information. The restaurant next door served traditional French food and it was the best food we had in Avignon.
Great location with in the walls of old town Avignon. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. Not too difficult walk to the Papal Palace from here. Very lovely and accommodating host. Next time I’ll stay longer.
Great location for the bridge and the inner wall area! A very quick walk to sites and restaurants. Host had an easy parking solution. Nice breakfast was served on the rooftop!
Rosalie went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, and the location was quiet and well-situated for exploring Avignon. We especially loved the terrace.
Very comfortable property, nice room with good breakfast. Very fresh croissants! Nice and guiet at night. Spacious room. Only problem no elevator but that’s common in Avignon.
My husband and I had the best stay at Le Limas. The hotel manager was incredibly accommodating and even provided gluten and dairy free breakfast options. We also had some early morning tours booked during our stay which ran before breakfast started, and they were able to accommodate an early breakfast as well! The hotel itself is charming, and the room was incredibly comfortable, with a spacious...

Lovely! Upon arrival, June 10th, we received a warm greeting by the host. He immediately produced a map and gave us a briefing on Avignon and it's highlights. All in a short walking distance. We had the roof top room 11, it was so cosy and comfortable. The breakfast had a delicious selection of treats and together with a coffee, we started the day in a beautiful garden. And by the way, parking is also...
I would stay here again if I had the chance to visit Avignon again. Great location right outside the old city walls. They have a parking lot which is great if you're traveling with a car because the city is a good base to make day trips to other regions of Provence. Included with the room was a nice cold breakfast. The staff were very friendly and had lots of suggestions for things to do in the area
The hotel is in a super great location to go exploring the old city of Avignon just walking distance. Outside the walls however just in front also next to the TGV train station. If you arrive by car you have parking, if you arrive by train the hotel is just meters away. The hotel is behind another building and however the entrance does not promise much after you make your way you’ll end in a nice interior...

Good environment , good location, affordable price.
All Okay with this Hotel, located next to the Train Station
The service is warm and thoughtful, and the waiters can speak simple Chinese
Very friendly staff. The hotel is also located near the attractions of Avignon.
Excellent location and great to get to the train and see the city. I found the rooms clean and well maintained. Good value and the breakfast was very good. The staff were always very helpful, pleasant and gave great service from the moment I arrived & my whole stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
A hotel with a quaint exterior, friendly front desk, clean rooms, convenient transportation, and a good location where you can see Avignon city within walking distance. A hotel suitable for traveling to Avignon.

We liked our superior twin room as it was very spacious for 2 travellers. The air conditioning was needed and worked well. The bathroom could’ve done with some renovation but everything was okay. There was no safe. The breakfast was good and we loved the French bread and butter. Location was perfect and everything within walking distance.
Good location with walking distance to Papal palace. The economy room was very basic and tiny. The room was clean and AC worked great. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The nearest parking was 5 minutes walk away and I don’t not recommend bringing heavy roller suitcases due to the cobble stone streets.
This is a very basic room in an old old building. Very clean, but a fellow traveler thought it was unacceptable (she's really sort of a snob). Rooms are very small but perfectly okay for a place to lay your head after being out and about all day. Very reasonable rates if you're not too fussy. Great location in the center of town!!!
Great location. No Bar fridge, tea and coffee ( instant) facilities provided. Towels were small. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room and bathroom were bit dated. Lots of eateries around
Good place, well located, quiet.
Good hotel. The room is small but clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Great location to explore Avignon

What a wonderful place to stay just outside Avignon! After leaving the crowded streets of Avignon just a quick shuttle bus and short drive back to this beautiful, quiet haven! Just down the road is the equally wonderful La Ferme and so grateful to Emanuelle for making dinner reservation for us there. We had dinner there 3 times1 Thank you so much Valentine for letting us temporarily adopt you like...
Absolutely loved this place. Very charming and spacious room. The property itself is beautiful. Breakfast was tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful - especially Cyrille.
We stayed here 3 nights last summer in July. Absolutely loved everything about B&B! Both the husband and wife who owns this place, they make fresh breakfast for you, set up outside by the beautiful garden. We stayed in the pink room, very clean and overlooks the garden. Excellent service with very welcome around town info. My husband and I would love to go back and stay here.
Such a beautiful place, with gorgeous gardens, a neat swimming pool, and fabulous breakfast. The main house is full of character, with interesting and period features, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Do check out the exact room details though - the single beds in our triple suites were small for an average adult. Perfect base if you have a car. We didn't and still nice location, but taxi...
Super place. Made very welcome by Cyril and Emmanuelle. Room very comfortable, well appointed every thing worked. Air con working well and not noisy. Plumbing a bit quirky but soon got the hang of it. Fantastic pool, big enough for a swim. Breakfast outside, In beautiful gardens. We even had a picnic lunch in the gardens. Easy ( 3 minutes drive + 5 minutes walk into Avignon) had some great evenings...
Very quiet and calm b&b in the countryside. Host/hostess very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and quite historic. Bed were fine. Kids loved being in an old building. Very unique. Parking safe, gate. Breakfast good. It's funny living in such calmness and still so close to Avignon.

Madame Brigitte was so welcoming and friendly. A wonderful place to chill out in peace and quiet. Truly wonderful…….what more can we say? A good walk down to the village where there are several very good restaurants-we had several good meals there. You can also provide your own drink and food (like pizzas) at the villa and eat around the pool. Nothing was too much trouble for Brigitte - we would readily...
Very comfortable clean house, the hostess is very warm and attentive, made us feel welcomed. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we’ve been before so we know what to expect. The staff are very helpful as was the man in the shop! But as everyone else says, it’s dated . The showers being the worst the staff do their best but the whole lot need knocking down and building again!
We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 7 in our motorhome. Nice helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay and especially the pool which we virtually had to ourselves. Lots of space for walking the dogs on leads. Nice walk in to Avignon for lunch. Caution at night and also beware if you have e-bikes. Don't take in to the city. Nice lunch trip on a river boat. Highly recommend - shaded pitch ideal if...
Nice location let down by antiquated facilities and a general air of scruffiness. All the toilet blocks were the same. Tepid wash up water. Laundry room with only four washing machines for such a large campsite which, despite being 24 hours, was unlit causing outbreak of swearing whilst I tried to work out what to do
Had 3 lovely nights in this site, the site had everything you need but not a 4 star rating. The toilet facilities were a real let-down for me. To say they were really outdated is an understatement and while we were there I didn’t see anyone cleaning them. We couldn’t visit the pool as we had pets but that looked quite nice. The restaurant on site was adequate however a bit rough and ready and the shop...
Nice site, good shading on the pitches. Staff friendly. We were fortunate there was a group playing in the evening...great music, interesting watching the french campers dancing to a country and western track!
Family of 5, we stayed in 2 chalets during a heatwave. They were clean, perfect for a week long holiday and thankfully, air conditioned. 15 minutes walk to town centre. Pool was great, the only issue we had was shop was open strange hours and there were only panini on offer for lunch. I would absolutely stay here again. Excellent value for money.

An average + campanile: clean and quiet, that's a change for some. Otherwise staff ok, breakfast average (9€): ok. Secure parking. Point of improvement: Restaurant much too expensive compared to what is offered, so you have to go out elsewhere for dinner.
8:45 p.m., at the restaurant, waitress asks us what we want to eat then says hello. Find the error. Once our choice is made we are told, no more meat, no more lasagna, no Regina. The drink arrives after asking for it at the end of our dish. The manager, or boss or whatever who runs around with jeans down his buttocks! The tables around us have not been cleared and the worst part is an insect running...
It is very convenient to check in by car, and the hygiene is good. It is not far from the old town by car, the breakfast is also very hygienic, and the staff are very enthusiastic. There is a KFC nearby. The sound insulation is also very good, it is a good choice.
The hotel is more like a motel. However, don’t be put off by this as it’s actually really decent. The aircon is strong and there’s 2 doors to keep the noise out. The space in the room is big enough for 2 luggages to be opened. The only downside is if you’re staying upstairs, you’ll need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there are no lifts. You can also hear people stomp upstairs and it might...
It is a very nice room and area however the rooms smelled of smoke which did dampen the experience
Oops best heating system during winter period. Rooms were clean and tidy with comfortable bed. Although limited variety of breakfast options.
