If you are in Blois for visiting castles this hotel is for you! Well located in the city center. There is a fitness room, swimming pool, sauna and hammam, what you need to recover after a day visit! Restaurant with very good food! I recommend!

I really wanted to like the Hotel Mercure and my 3 star review is for none other than the rooms. Our first room the heating refused to work. Equally the water would not get hot. Our second room the heating did work but the water was any better. Other notable mentions include the staff, despite having facilities that were uncooperative, they did their best. Very modern and clean Mercure hotel. Riverfront location, free parking along the river, and very elaborate Petit dejeuner (just the usual French price is the only bad part), wonderful location for exploring Blois.

We booked this hotel to visit the castles of the Loire Valley, and the location is just perfect! Very clean rooms. We hadn't noticed they have a spa zone when we were booking this hotel, so we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the saunas. All in all, we liked our stay a lot. If we go back one day to visit the castles, we'll choose this hotel again.

Much more than I expected! Bravo to the staff. They were consistently present & responsive. Free breakfast & snacks if you have to wait there for a train. (You can cook eggs a la coque! The Ibis Style has all we want for a great stay in Blois. It's close to the train station, the rooms are excellent, the hotel is very nice with a good parking. They have IR sauna and the buffet breakfast is just marvelous with everything you can ask for. Last but not least is the superb and courteous staff. They let you stay with your dogs. We have stayed 3 times and hope to be back soon again!

I stayed at this hotel for one night during my visit to the Châteaux de la Loire. While it may not be the epitome of luxury, I found the staff to be quite pleasant and accommodating. The hotel's location next to the train station is very convenient, and it's just a short stroll of less than 15 minutes to reach the city center. They also offer parking facilities at a reasonable rate of 8 euros per day...

Another good part of the Accor hotel chain and always a good option for rooms and nearby places to see and stay at, a good room and breakfast options here, would definitely choose to come back here on another visit.

Overnight stay with my 5-year-old daughter, perfect greeting, nice, big and clean bedroom, the bathroom was very convenient even with a young child. The insulation is correct, you can't hear anything from the outside. The mattress was so good I wanted to steal it, but they would have noticed it I think :)

Thank you for letting us park our car with a trailer in your underground parking garage for 11 days although we weren’t staying at your hotel in Blois. We went in a Bretagne motorcycle tour and we really needed a safe place to leave our car and specifically our trailer and three public parking spaces refused us because of our motorcycle trailer. A very good stopover or base for a longer look at lovely Blois & its beautiful surroundings. The old town is well worth exploring, but for my money the nearby chateau Chambord is the highlight- I think it is the most stunning of the many chateau in France.

For a family stay the rooms are small but have all the necessities, the offer to have two ajdacent rooms is great. The rooms are clean with good air conditioning (a must after a full day out in 35° heat!). The breakfast may seem a bit expensive but when you see the vareity offered this price is correct (just under 7€ for kids under 12, just under13€ for adultes)

Functional hotel to spend the night. Bathroom with really minimum space. In room, it has space to put your suitcase, a desk and 1 chair. Charming boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was really clean. Lovely little outdoor terrace where the staff will serve you drinks from the bar. I will definitely come back to this hotel next year.

Mediocrity. With no elevator … therefore you will have to drag your luggage through 3 flights of stairs . Front desk was unhelpful. P.s they won’t let you check in even 7minutes before checking time 🤦‍♂️

It was nicely decorated inside and very close to all the action. Room and bed were very comfortable. They upgraded me to bigger room for free as it was not very busy. Bike storage was easy and convenient. I paid a good price and would stay here again.

A delightful little hotel places perfectly for a trip to Blois. The staff were pleasant and the family room accommodation was basic but clean and more than adequate. Blois was an unexpected treat as we were only stopping over on our way down south, such a beautiful town. Parking was right outside the hotel, we’d definitely stay here again, recommend.

Meh. More of a two star hotel. The two star place we stayed one town over the night before was much nicer. Here they made a big deal out of requiring custom wifi logins, but those didn't work because the sign in page security certificate was invalid! (i.e. no wifi for either of us). A lovely hotel that is close to both shops and train station. The staff were all friendly and helpful. On our arrival we were provided with all our information and made to feel welcome. We stayed here as part of our randovelo.fr cycling tour. The room was clean and we had a nice view of the quiet cul-de-sac and park beyond that. If you like Tin Tin as much as I do, this restaurant not only makes u marvel at how many collectibles the owner has but the food will blow your taste bud away too. Try their prix fix menu and every items in there are as good as the other. The fish wrapped in a sausage like cocoon showered with white sauce is one of the best dish I've had for awhile.

Great location, comfortable rooms, we were disappointed not to be able to charge our EV using the charging station adjacent to the premises as it was out of order.

Accommodation not up to usual Campanile standards - my room had nasty brown streaks and black mould on the bedroom and bathroom walls, caused by water leaks from above. Surprised, a wash and lick of paint would solve the problem! Otherwise excellent value as we got a promotional full board deal, including a typical Campanile restaurant dinner - nothing special but good.

Room and furniture not in a good state, could not set the water temperature in the shower due to a malfunctioning, there is no private parking. And way too expensive for what it offers. Try to find another hotel for same money.

Location was next to a train station, there was paid over night parking there. The woman at the counter was upstairs when I arrived. The key card didn't work when we tried to get into the room... She gave us the wrong room number. The shower door wouldn't stay closed and there was hardly any hot water for two. We didn't stay long in the morning. The decor was nice though.

The hangers felk off when we hung pur clothes, in the shower i lost my shampoo when it fell down the side! & the 2 persons bed was 2 singles. I found it great! This is for sure a very good and central place to lodge in Blois. Starting with a very nice reception team, speaking not only French but also other languages. Great location in the centre of town within easy reach of the chateau and local restaurants. The secure public parking nearby is reasonably priced and very handy for a stop over.

It's an inexpensive hotel close to the town centre. It's a bit cramped and some of the fittings need refreshing but it is clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful.

We called in for a drink and dinner, they had my favourite beer, Leffe Ruby, on tap. We had burgers, one duck burger with jacket potato and one vegetarian burger with chips. Excellent quality and Monsieur gave excellent service too. Thank you. When in Blois next we shall visit again.

Well It's not always about a star review as it's a price that is priceless with the basic room as rustic and authentic. The importance of an individual owner working hard to give what he has to offer and this is 5 star. The corporate hotels can never match this service we have recieved and the views from the room were so out of this world. I have always passed on route to the south and never stayed...

The Auberge Ligerienne in Blois provides basic but solid accommodation in Blois - and a big bonus is the excellent evening meal which is served in the restaurant. This is a wonderful and quirky place to stay e.g. if you are visiting all the great chateaux on the Loire - the castle of Blois itself is just steps away from the hotel and very worthwhile. And parking is easy and free in front of the hotel

Easy on and off the highway. A sure place of rest. Very kind staff. The rooms are exactly what they need to be; price quality ratio is unbeaten in France. Best baguette for breakfast I have had in my life!

Receptionist is not able to communicate (not even a little bit in English), nor to give the correct money back. To get a towel we had to pay 3€ each. No AC in such a hot day. Window does not close properly. Bed was very good. In relation to the price it's quite satisfying.

you pay what you get, its good just for a night, the bathroom and shower are not in the room, so you have to get out of the room and the space of them are very tight. but you have a tv in your room, and enough space for 3 people. I give 4 stars because of the bathroom and shower
