Our visit to the hotel was very disappointing as we had to wait an hour to check in time as the room was not ready despte us arriving after 15:00! When we initially complained, we were offered a drink of our choice and when we selected wine were told we could not have it as it was too expensive and we could have a soft drink only. The staff said it was not the hotels fault the room was not ready, which as the room are cleaned by the hotel staff I found this informationsurprising! There were also no supervisors or managers on duty at the weekend, and therefore, no one was able to resolve our complaint. The swimming pool, despite being small, was very popular, meaning there was no space even just to stand! The breakfast was ok, although none of the hot food was hot. The hotel does have a secure car park, which is an extra despite it being next to council car park, which did not charge whilst we were staying, which the hotel staff denied when asked. On a positive the hotel is easy walking distance to the city centre.

The reflection pictures on Ctrip are deceptive. This hotel is on a hillside, very far from the river. How is it possible to be reflected in the river? They must have photoshopped it in. The carpet is dirty. I paid for the room before checking in, but when I checked out, they said I still had 16 or so Euros to pay. It's ridiculous!

I think I booked a classic room for 4 ppl but when I checked in, it was a standard room for 2 ppl. Anyway, I was there alone so I didnt make any complain. The room is standard and clean. Breakfast serving time is only to 10 am which I missed it.

The hotel room is relatively old, and the shower room drains very slowly. If you shower for a little longer, the water will overflow. I told the front desk to request maintenance, and the answer was that the maintenance staff was not there, but promised to clean it up, but it was not done. Another complaint I want to make is the breakfast: I had breakfast early on the first day, which was ok (normal), but when I had breakfast at 9 o'clock on the second day, many hot dishes were gone and not replenished. The overall experience was very bad and not recommended.

I stayed here because I like this city. The facilities are good and it is close to the rose garden.

Like most Best Westerns, average at best. Ill-informed, novice staff won't be rude to you if you are lucky. Rooms small stuffy and hot as usual.

Room and furniture not in a good state, could not set the water temperature in the shower due to a malfunctioning, there is no private parking.
And way too expensive for what it offers. Try to find another hotel for same money.

Great, clean, modern design hotel. At least for the room we got (booked via kayak) - definitely worth at least to be a 4 star hotel and not 3. I actually booked suspecting (and hoping) that this is will be the case because of the great reviews. Happy I was right with this one.
Have to note the night shift manager here of the 22.8.2017 , the nicest most professional hotel pro I met. Hope this will be seen by his managers. He's under valued and needs a raise and a promotion!

The Best Western Hotel in Blois France, located centrally in the city, was a wonderful visit well worth the expense. The staff were very helpful and service oriented to make our stay pleasant. Recommendations for touring the area and enjoying a night meal were both well received and great recommendations. Breakfast in the AM was adequate and typical of European cuisine to assist the traveler with a wonderful AM start. Parking around the hotel is limited but free overnight until 9:00 AM. Blois was a wonderful stop as we explored the highlights of the Loire Valley and enjoyed visiting various Chateaus.
