The noise of the doors closing from other rooms is very noticeable into the room. Free secure parking is a definite plus. Sadly once a strong point of the accor group, breakfast offer is very limited and the quality is in decline as it is also the case in many other hotels of the chain. It seems that the accor group is no longer investing in renovating their "upper scale" brands (mercure, Novotel)...

It is a transit station to the snow mountain. There are supermarkets and restaurants around, which is quite convenient.

Spacious rooms at a reasonable price, a wide variety of choice for breakfast, including fresh juice from a local producer, convenient location for stop-overs and a great restaurant with regional specialities located inside the hotel.

functional hotel, really meant for a one-night stay. Rooms were clean but very small and the bed was super uncomfortable. The location was good, the old town was only a 10 minute walk away.

Great for a stay over when traveling but very expensive in their restaurant. I ordered lasagne and when it came it look enough food for a 5 year old my wife had pasta which was ok and a decent amount but nothing special for what they charge even a small bottle of water was nearly £5 or 4-80 euros. The view of the old church from the Superior Room was well worth the extra cost. Room was large. Staff was friendly. Nice extra touch that there was complimentary fruit at front desk.

This is a nice hotel right in the middle of town, a little difficult to drive to. The rooms had been updated extensively, but our bed had a slight slope back towards the headboard. The hotel restaurant did not have a broad enough menu for us to eat there, though well decorated. If you are staying in Bourg-en-Bresse you must stay in this hotel. Beautifully refurbished at some point fairly recently. It retains the features of an older hotel whilst having all the modern conveniences. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. I am looking forward to staying there again.

I like this place. Great location and uncomplicated. We had to change bedrooms because the bed sheets were used before and during breakfast a member of staff slept on one of the tables but hey it was the 29th of December. Maybe it needs leadership.

Nice hotel in a good spot with a very good restaurant. The price of the room was reasonable. The bathroom was excellent and there was ample parking in the square in front if you did not want to use their parking area.

A very nice family business, a sort of "mom & pop" hotel; run by a very sweet and friendly French couple. Rooms are good, we had a nice balcony, PINK bathrooms and a good breakfast. Bourg en Bresse is a nice town. To travel there from Lyon airport by public transport was pretty difficult, make sure you book a reserved airport shuttle bus in advance, that will save you a LOT of time.

Very clean and quiet hotel with parking and 10 mins walk to the old town center. Staff very professional. We stayed 6 nights. There are good traditional restaurants only 200m away. The hotel is well placed for the tourist attractions of B en B.

It's a great stopover on the way from Germany to the South of France. The hotel is very conveniently located near the motorway, and the old town is within walking distance. In terms of reception and staff it is mixed (good in the evening, much less good in the morning). The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is completely functional. However, there is no courtesy tray. The breakfast buffet is quite well stocked but the bread is not self-service and we are not offered any extra. The hotel was fairly easy to find and there was free parking. The location is a bit strange as it is surrounded by high rise flats and offices. Car park has no gate and local youths sitting on steps at hotel entrance made me feel uneasy. Not much in way of restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable , rooms are small but have everything you want. Shower was also good in a very compact bathroom. Colour schemes in the hallways & rooms a not the best. Bar shut very early which was disappointing after such long drive

The building and rooms are rather shabby and a bit gloomy and small. Rather a stretch to put this into the STYLES category of ibis hotels. Nice staff trying their best though. The location is very central for Bourg which was great. Remember the strict French rules of eating and drinking though - NO LUNCH AFTER 2 pm.

We stayed at the Ibis Styles, Bourg en Bresse, on a cold, foggy night. The hotel suggested a convenient parking area with a charger for our electric car, and also suggested a fine restaurant (very near-by) for dinner. A friendly welcome, and a comfortable night.

Awesome Hotel. I stayed with friends overnight on the way to the Alps. The hotel is lovely. The staff are great and it's in a great location (5 min walk to the centre). We spent a lovely evening drinking and playing pool (great table), slept well in a great bed and enjoyed a quality shower. The stay was topped off with a great breakfast of local produce. Recommended.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Perfectly located for a stop on the way to the Alps. Only 2 hours from Chamonix or Morzine. The town itself has a superb cathedral and 5 good restaurants 20 mins or 4 mins drive from the hotel.

Very suitable for a break during a long journey. The room is clean, air-conditioned, and quiet. Restaurants are nearby. Reception is open 24/7. Breakfast even includes cold cuts and cheese. The parking lot is locked at night. Very friendly, helpful staff.

We had a very good experience at the ibis budget Bourg-en-Bresse. In addition to the excellent value for money you'd expect from an Ibis Budget, I particularly appreciated the kindness of the reception staff, who were able to resolve our problem with understanding and friendliness.

Ibis Bourg en Bresse is a very convenient stopover, easily accessed off the motorway. We stayed here overnight on our way to Tignes. Ample parking immediately outside. The room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable. En suite facilities. Breakfast included coffee, tea, fruit juice, cereal, bread, pastries, jams, cheese, yoghurt. Staff friendly. Reasonably priced.

We spent one night in this establishment and really appreciated its quiet location 10 minutes from the highway and outside the city center. The large parking lot is well lit and closed at night, we were able to leave things in the trunk safely. Decent basic room, right next to the train station. Room overlooking road slightly noisy but nothing to bad if all windows shut. Big bathroom and good powerful shower.

The outside may give the wrong impression about this hotel, the rooms are modern and well working if simple. Staff is friendly and the downstairs restaurant is nice, especially the patio in the summer.

Good for one nigth sleep. Room looks clean. bathroom looks clean but the bathroom floor theres a foot mark and the towel is super dry and hard it will leave scratches on your skin.

We did not stay in the hotel as we live nearby. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with friends today. Excellent service, beautiful decor and cuisine of a very high standard! We will be back and look forward to the spring when we can enjoy the lovely terrace.

I had to wait one and a half our in front of the gate of the parking, not able to exit, as nobody notified me during the check in, that a code was needed to open the gate, and I was not given one. Nobody could be reached and there was nobody present.

The only reason that we don't come back are the beds. Give us a call if you have softer beds, and we will be back. Even better, let people chose the hardness of the beds, just a suggestion. Don't know if that's possible, but that would be great :)
