Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. - Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Having witnessed an interaction with another (new) guest, I can vouch with hands AND feet in the fire that the staff at this hotel are genuinely honest and of the highest possible moral character. Without having to do so, they acted to very high standards of integrity and insisted on doing so. In the spirit of Goodhart's Law I shall mention no particulars - just know you're in good hands here!
Oh - and yes, the hotel itself is marvelous, nothing flashy, tastefully decorated, good beds, nice, soft water and clearly run by people who have been doing this for a long time ;)
One of the worst Hotels I have ever visited! -and I have been in many places way cheaper and cleaner than this.
We arrived in July at 5 PM, took a quick shower and found bed bugs (bettwanze) in our room shortly thereafter while we were starting to unpack.
Thus, at 5:45 PM we wanted to check out and cancel our reservation, because of the bed bugs.
All we wanted was to leave and have our money returned.
But the reception-woman who at check in had seemed very nice now completely switched character. All of a sudden she understood close to no english and denied any possibility of bed bugs in the hotel. She then insisted we spoke to her manager on speakerphone who spoke some english.
Speaking with the manager prooved to be a lost cause, because she refused to believe that there could be any bed bugs, even though she mentioned in passing (by mistake I assume) that they had the rooms sprayed 3 months earlier.
She then called us fools to her colleage on speakerphone and said we could send an email to her manager, because she herself could not cancel the payment.
We insisted that it should be possible for her to do so, because the room was booked on their own website. When we said that, the receptionist smiled gleefully and said that there was no return guarantee when we booked through their website.
We were then more or less told to leave with no other option than to send an email.
We sent the email and ofcourse - recieved no answer. But to no surprise the money has been withdrawed from our card anyway.
On a sidenote, the room was booked with aircon, but the build in aircon was broken and the room had a noisy mobile aircon positioned in an open window with a big tube hanging out, making it impossible to close the window facing the busy square.
I find it astonishing that a hotel finds it worthwhile to treat their guests like that, when all we asked for, was for them to cancel the reservation and not charge us. Instead they made a huge unpleasent scene in the lobby.
I cannot recommend you strongly enough to stay away from this horrible place and its horrible staff!
The receptionist and the woman/colleague on the phone would not reimburse us for the night. She checked the room but didn't see any. However we could hear the woman on the phone say that the room was sprayed three months ago, but clearly not enough. On top of that, we overheard her call us fools to her colleague on speaker.
Furthermore the aircon in the room was broken and the room had a noisy mobile aircon in the window with a big tube out the open window to work.
* the beds are too hard,
* the beds are made up with wool blankets , tha is both unpractical and unhygenic
* the breakfast is meagre! No warm eggs, no vegitables, !
