The hotel is perfectly located, just 15 minutes walk from the train station. There is overnight parking and free valet service which were very useful as we have hired a car. The room is spacious, newly refurbished, and very comfortable, we got a room with an attic ceiling, which allowed us to look over the city of Dijon. The Dijon old town is also very walkable from the hotel, and I really welcome the very nicely decorated hotel bar where we got our night cap before heading back to the room. Great breakfast.

This is a beautiful hotel and has such potential. The rooms are tiny, even compared to French standards.

Our experience was less than favorable and here’s why:
The sheets were rough and old;
The pillows had and musty and used odor;
The towels were stained and dingy.

The rooms were not cleaned daily even though we asked for it to be. They did not restock the cotton swabs, cotton balls and shower caps. Dirty coffee/espresso/wine glasses were not replaced with fresh ones. No action was taken even after informing the front desk 2 times.

We’ve had a terrific time in Dijon, despite our disappointment with the Hotel.

Service excellent, spa lovely and location excellent. Clearly a very established hotel and very striking. Used this on the way to skiing and parking was important - secure, readily available. Breakfast was utterly sublime and every bit worth the €25pp each (and possibly more!). Very expensive for what it is. £300 for the superior room is too much given that it’s a little tired, not spotlessly clean by any stretch (shower, carpet and chairs unclean) and room 201 is right by the lift. House champagne £27 a bottle online and glasses going for €19 which is an unacceptable mark up in the bar.

The hotel is rude, unknowledgeable, and discriminatory. They do not know Accor policy and not well trained and offer no help. Now they are fighting me on points after booking through the app while also trying to charge me 50 euros more for my perks as a diamond member.

Highly recommend you do everything you can to avoid staying at this hotel if visiting Dijon France.

This price is beyond expectation. The room is very nice. There is a spa in the hotel. The price is reasonable but it needs to be booked in advance. The front desk service is very enthusiastic.

Great location and room, but the front reception desk was less than helpful or personable the few times we asked for basic things (water, towels for the room--when they were taken but not replenished, how to get reservations at the hotel bar).
