Hotel Le Cep

I was fortunate enough to find Le Cep during my research. There are a lot of options in and outside of Beaune. The thing which I’m sure will resonate is the quality of service. The entire team, from the GM to housekeeping, is first class in an extraordinary way. Their attention to detail, professionalism and attentiveness is ten out of ten. One small anecdote: I destroyed the side of the car I rented (bad scratch against a wall) and the team assured me that they could get it repaired, which they did at a great price. Remarkable first class service in a first class way. Please take advantage of the wine tasting they offer. Adrien is an extremely talented professional and a great guy (no he doesn’t owe me money) I recommend Le Cep without any reservation

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and served daily with convenient hours. We received great food recommendations from the staff who were very knowledgeable about the area. The room was well maintained and very spacious.

We loved our stay at Hotel Le Cep. Great ambience and property. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and very willing to help with anything. Room 212--Nectar Suite-- was spacious, modern, great closet and bathroom. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The hotel and staff were top notch, and we felt very welcomed. Breakfast was lovely, and so was the bar and courtyard. We had massages while we were there, and they were wonderful. Jerry worked on several pressure points, and my back pain is gone. We spent four relaxing days at Hotel Le Cep.

The customer service team were the best I have met , so helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable with toiletries , bath robes and slippers. The little extras make all the difference. Breakfast was excellent . The private car park was ideal.

Superb room, spacious, with beautiful furnitures. Room is cleaned and taken care of often. Public areas beautifully decorated by old style. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Very quick response. Great place to stay. Highly recommended

Luxury is a given. Staff are exceptional, warm, welcome and friendly. Bedroom was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Very good hotel,

The room here was great. It was large for a French hotel. The employees of the hotel are excellent and service orientated. They are there to help. They booked nice restaurant reservations for us and did other things. Adrien is wonderful. He is personable, and extremely helpful. He listens, and then has the contacts you need to get something done. The location in Beaune is great because you can walk everywhere easily. Not too far from the train station either. The bar is well appointed and the restaurant next door is very high quality. Looking forward to staying there during a spring time trip.

There are dog friendly hotels and there are dog friendly hotels, and this is the latter! A luxury hotel for you and your pooch and an ideal stop off on the way to or back from the South of France. Beaune is a stunning French town and this beautiful hotel is perfectly situated to explore all that Beaune has to offer.
