As we were attending 'Le Cid' representation at the nearby 'Théâtre des Feuillants', we decided to book a night at the Vertigo Hotel in centre Dijon. The hotel is well located and surrounded with places to visit and good restaurants to indulge yourself. We used the hotel's carpark and no specific issue to get our SUV parked there. The hotel staff is dedicated and looking after your needs, special mention...
I was hesitant to stay in this hotel based on recent reviews, however, everything about our stay was great! The location is prime, the hotel is unique, staff were helpful and the room was more spacious than expected for 4 people. Highly recommend!
This was our second one-night stay at Vertigo, stopping at Dijon on our way to Marseilles to catch the ferry to Corsica. The design is exquisite and funky, with glass everywhere and the latest tech in the rooms - love the waterfall taps. The bar doubles as a breakfast room and has a good selection of drinks and a lovely breakfast, served in tiny ironware pots. Parking is simple, once you know how to...
I wanted to write 2 separate reviews for hotel and spa and give hotel 5 stars and spa 1. Hotel is really good and I don't have complaints about it but spa experience was terrible. It was by far the worst massage that I had in my life, even though some of them was in cheap places. The only reason I stayed till the end was my husband (we had a couples massage) and I didn't want to ruin that experience...
We loved our stay here! The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious and the wellness area was a wonderful treat! We also really liked the location as it was walking distance to all we wanted to see.

family room with hot tub. Needed that due to size of bed. Breakfast not included, therefor quite expensive. first night issues with hot tub. I unplugged the bath myself as no one was coming to fix it. Got the breakfast for free as compensation.
Hotel with a lot to offer. But not at their full potential yet. Amazing shopping mall right next to it.
warm welcome and clean. Beds a little hard. Great breakfast. Restaurant overpriced with no 'simple' food for families.
Great hotel, checked in late afeter an appauling stay at Dijon La Belle Adresse, this hotel was great, nice staff and good service

Convenient location, near train station and next to a tram stop. The room was clean and basic amenities are provided. Only complaint was the corridor sensor took a couple of seconds to light up so it was quite frightening to face a dark passage way at night and in early morning.
We stayed here 3 nights 8n the city center. Comfortable and so quiet. Rue Liberty across the street for walking and shopping.
Truly a Grand Hotel, with great service, very friendly staff, a great bar, a superb restaurant and the nicest room I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Also offers destination charging for Tesla's.
Well, spent two nights at the only "so called" 5* hotel in Dijon. Everything is at most average. Some are 3* Reception is : no smiles, no greetings Was given a tiny room with no view (I'm an All Accord Member & paid full price) Linens are cheap, towels etc.. once again what you'd expect from a 3* not 5* hotel. Breakfast is very average & hygiene very low. For god's sake we're in a Pandemic ! Hotel...
Great location, good restaurant and friendly informative staff. Stayed here for a few days. If you have a room facing the park across the street you are greeted in the morning with a nice sunrise view. The room was clean and spacious. Restaurant served various breakfast both local and regional. Dinner here with the atrium view was pleasant and enjoyable. Parking is convenient and safe. Would stay...
Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff and very, very good food from both the bar and restaurant. Has underground parking too. Right on the edge of the main part of town with plenty of lovely walking from the door. Highly recommended.

Convenient location next to the train station, reasonable price, clean rooms and professional service.
Very nice Ibis hotel with easy parking. Great check in with a very professional staff. We had requested a quiet room and indeed our room was very quiet. The room was nice and (as always) the beds are very comfortable at Ibis.
Happy to stay here good rooms and helpful reception. Secure car park. Stayed to get the train following morning. For me restaurant was expensive, good food but small portion.
As anticipated excellent, staff very good considering they were working under Covid conditions. Fully marks for they service as a traveller, will stay next visit to Dijon.
A functional, no frills hotel in the centre of the city. This ibis is absolutely value for money, the parking is free and it is secured. The rooms are small, not well soundproofed but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. No tea or coffees here and the soaps are basic. The WiFi is free and the check in was fast. Only a 5 minute walk to Darcy and a further 5 minutes to the centre of the city
• nice rooms which are very clean • comfortable • breakfast is ok , it is not a quite big buffet All in all: It is recommendable for short stays

I give this hotel 5 stars based on the price amd my expectations. Basic. Basic. Basic. Front of house staff spoke good enough English to get us booked in and pay for breakfast. Booked 3 rooms. Luckily the single room had a double bed rather than a single! All 3 rooms were on same floor and almost in a row. Clean but not spotless. The toilet/shower is very small but perfectly serviceable. Just don't...
This place is simple and clean with no pretentious people. If you are a tired traveler who wants all the simple things in life : a clean bed to rest your head and a shower...it's just fine. No one's taking selfish at the bar or posting the decor on Instagram. My room faced some trees and the evening birds were crazy happy. Feels peaceful here. If only I could speak better French I feel I could talk...
House is ok though very small bathroom which smelled kind of bad. Do not leave toilet open !!! Food is okay but not included in price. The WIFI is unfortunately a total joke. Tried to have two online Meetings and completely embarassed myseld because of the bad connection. Relogging and disconnecting every 30 seconds. Was a real unpleasant experience. If you have to use the WIFI better go to starbucks
The hotel is not bad overall. The hotel staff is very kind, the rooms are clean and the hotel itself situated in 20 min to the city center, in 5-10 min to the supermarkets, cafeterias and restaurants. Nevertheless, there are some issues, which decrease the comfortability of my stay: -first of all. There is not enough of light in the room. There is a table, where I can work with my laptop, but there...
All in all I would say that I was quite content. It's a hostel - not a 4-star hotel and you get what you paid for.
The food and service were very good. Beds were not especially comfortable. I requested a second pillow but never got one. The bathroom was tiny and it was difficult to take a shower in it because of the smallness.

Absolutely wonderful, location, decor and staff are absolutely fantastic. We have been here 3 nights and will be here two more. We highly recommend and appreciate the opportunity to stay here.
The people here are simply amazing. From the breakfast to the bar, the front desk and house keepers. Service is a solid 5 stars. I could live here but would want a larger room.
A very pleasant hotel. We enjoyed our stay in the nicely appointed rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very well located for Dijon itself - which is just a short walk or cycle away.
From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, we were treated with care. The Staff was warm, knowledgeable and courteous. Our room was very comfortable with the many accoutrements one would expect from a 4 Star property. Our stay was short, just one night, but I am already planning a return.
The rooms have no views but the location and staff make up for that. Some of the best service we received in all of Europe. Easy walk to restaurants and train station.
They have Air Conditioning! Great location, Absolutely book a dinner at the restaurant. The only bad things: we had to change rooms because we could hear some crazy guy out on the main street banging trash cans or something at 4am. They were quick about getting us settled in the new room and were very responsive to any request we had. We had a misunderstanding of what "complimentary" taxi means....

Good hotel for our overnight stay on the way to Spain. Good beds, nice clean rooms, very good breakfast. Price and quality are in balance.
Clean hotel with gated parking and multi-lingual staff. The breakfast was delicious, with hearty bacon and eggs, self-squeezed orange juice, fresh baked croissants, gourmet cereal bar, and a self-serve espresso machine (well worth the price).
Nice breakfast and clean room. They provide body lotion, which makes me very happy. The location is top, walking distance to the tram, tram to the center takes only ~15-20 mins. They provide closed onsite outdoor parking, top!

Nice, clean room, good sheet, good towels, the room is a little small but that's typical here in France
We had a lovely stay over at Oceania le Jura. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated the high quality sound insulating windows towards the main rue. Service/staff was friendly and professional. Good parking in garage next to the hotel.
Don't search any further. This is the place when in attractive Dijon. Great location, good service, simple-pleasant-modern rooms, nice mattress, sufficient breakfast, convenient parking. On top complimentary nespresso, pool, jacuzzi and value for money. All rooms are well isolated with complete absence of noise.(Ours was on the first floor).
Well located hotel near the station and the city center. Very few beds at the pool only 4. Kind staff, Good english speakers. Room ok. Difficult To park the car in the Street. The hotel's is 15 € per day. A bit crowdy for breakfast at 9. advice: Come later. The safe is à bit small can't put an ipad in There.
This is a lovely hotel, very near the train station and the center of town. My grandson and I stayed here as part of the Andante tour group. We arrived a day early and had a wonderful time exploring Dijon.

Very accomodating staff. Spacious family rooms. Good amount of food choices for breakfast. Particularly liked the freshly squeezed orange juice machine.
Stayed in a family room with a bunk bed. Great location in the centre of town. Fresh local produce at the buffet breakfast. Great to try the local food. Restaurant in the hotel had a good local produce set menu, which was great to try. Tea and coffee available down stairs.
Older hotel but very good location. Breakfast is the usual stress fest and could be better organised and fresher food, like fresh baked madeleines
Place is alright. We had an unrenovated room which wasn’t that nice. The renovated ones were much nicer. The location is perfect. Right in front of the hotel is underground parking for 10€ per day which is really fair. Breakfast was good and the staff really friendly. The rooms facing the plaza are nicer than the ones facing the backside of the building.
Got to Dijon in a late night so just stayed short in the hotel. The room is small but fancy and clean. Just like other IBIS hotels, the service is nice. Also the staffs were all kind!
Excellent location but couldn't find any guidance to parking on website. It is actually right outside the hotel (underground) and called "parking grangier". Staff very friendly and breakfast was nice.

Very easy to find and park. The rooms are ridiculously small compared to other Ibis hotels we have stayed in. No room to get into one of the beds, had to climb in from the bottom. Luckily I am a reasonably mobile 69 yr old. No room to layout suitcases. I suppose it would be ok for a overnight stop but we are staying for 3 nights.
This is a very good hotel for if you want to stay for a night or two. It really offers everything you need, but not in a way that you are blown away by it. Very basic and simple. But thats why the price is so low! So for one or two nights this is a recommendation.
Good hotel for an overnight stop during your travels in France. Kind service! About 15 min walk away from the touristic centre.
Best Ibis we've stayed in. Large room. Very well appointed. Superb bathroom with bath and shower. Good breakfast. Underground parking and 10 minutes walk to centre of charming old town of Dijon. We'll be back.
Given a wheelchair-accessible room, which had a sliding bathroom door and 'open-plan' bathroom and shower. One of the modern Ibis hotels, with the expected breakfast options (slightly cheaper than other locations, we found). Good parking facilities, and close to a tram stop - although this does not go directly to the centre.

All you need in an hotel. Good bed, airco, darkness in the room and quiet. Too bad they don't have breakfast. But the bakery across the street is open early and looks good! Parking is an issue, only 20 spots, €10. Make a reservation for this on time. Otherwise park in thr neighborhood! Also safe.
Location has very few restos nearby but there is one grocery near to it. It is right in front of the tram service going to other places. Only one small elevator that barely fits 2 people with luggages. Wifi sucks. You have to carry you baggage on the steps going inside the main door. Overall, it's an ok place to stay.
Modern hotel with clean rooms in a convenient location right next to a tram station from where you need just 5 minutes to the city center of Dijon. There is also a car park behind the hotel if you arrive with your own car.
Amazing service. Good prices, very clean, with secure parking. We literally just showed up with no reservation after a long roadtrip across Europe, and they were very happy to assist us. Great staff.
Nice and Clean Hotelroom with a breakfast service. Parking slot is availible. 5 Minutes to the city center.
Nice hotel and clean facilities. Staff is very polite but the breakfast is a bit of a let down. Overall price vs quality is very reasonable

Stopped over night whilst driving a coach from Spain to UK. And also on the way out. Fantastic quiet hotel, reception dealed with my passengers swiftly, comfortable beds.
Try not to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant, there are only 3 options and they're all not good.
The room was very nicely remodeled. Great room for skinny people without luagagge. We are not and had... Bed was very comfortable though and the shower was great! Suggesting better signage for reception (it is inside the adjacent Restaurant).
The hotel is located in a nice area, easily accessible from the motorway, clean, dog-friendly and the staff are very helpful. However, we had the worst night's sleep. The room is very small, the shower oscillated from very hot to very cold and back again regardless where you set the dial and the "air conditioning" made tons of noise but did not work. It was a very hot night in a small cramped room...

Wifi can short out, but the hotel was not full. The staff were very helpful, spoke English and the room was clean, the bathroom water pressure was ok, and the bed was a little softer than I am used to but there were power sockets in the right places. All in all is a nice place for a night. Yes it’s noisy since is facing the train station and is right above a busy tram line but is also very easy to reach and it allows you to visit the city very comfortably. Recently renovated, rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is nice without being particularly proactive.
Was only here for one night as we were doing a roadtrip to Italy. Our stay here was great. Very comfortable rooms and large bathroom. The hotel is situated in a great location. The staff member who allocated our room was very friendly. Would stay here again.
Rooms and staff are good.... No room service..... have to visit reception for any requirements... Breakfast hall and menu are average... Have to cross the road and visit another hotel for accessing gym, spa and sauna....
Location: if you're coming by car, you won't be able to park in front of it. Go to the car park of the main train station. Room: it was big and clean. Breakfast:. NOT worth it Extras: there is an elevator to go to the rooms. Also at night it's very quiet.
Beautiful, comfortable but pleasant hotel, surprised by the reception of the staff 06/26/21. Professional and unheard of politeness.
Good location with Hertz downstairs. Some rooms can't keep the tram line noise out. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Excellent location. Stayed in an apartment which comfortable accommodated five people. Very nice design with modern contemporary furnishings. WIFI was fast. Friendly receptionist. Did not eat in the hotel but restaurant looked nice.
Lovely hotel room, and friendly reception staff. Wifi not very good and TV channel selection poor for English speakers. Was offering CNN news in English but TV could not receive it.
I loved my stay here! Splendid location in the heart of the ancient quarter, yet full luxury in my apartment. Will be coming back again!
Clean with a helpful and kind staff. My room didn’t have a window, only a skylight. If there was an option I would have liked to choose!
Thank you so much, we really enjoyed staying at your hotel. It was beautiful and clean and everyone was so very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would also enjoy staying again.

Lovely new property with great decor and good facilities. Staff were really helpful and hotel has a lovely personal, non corporate atmosphere whilst still being professional.
Very welcoming check-in, friendly staff. Free parking, which was a first for me at a Mercure. Pleasantly surprised by this. Nice, quiet and clean room. The bath/shower didn't drain the water because the drain was stuck in the closed position, had to lift it myself and take the cover off. Should be easily fixed. The dinner service was amazing. Nice restaurant and terras. The food and wine were great...
Perfect Mercure. For kids, it was great. They gave us two rooms with a connecting door, so Mom and Dad had some space, and peace of mind they were safe. Side note, I liked the room layout which has a door separating the beds from the entrance/bathroom area. One guest can be showering, changing without disturbing other guests. Nice views of Dijon.
The location is a bit out of the way, but parking is on site, metro and tram are 2 steps away. A very pleasant hotel. Very good level of recovery.
A very beautiful house. Flawless number. High class restaurant. Perfect vacation. We'll be back.
Mercury is clearly visible at the top of the table. Very well located, 2 steps from the center of Dijon. Available with free parking, efficient reception and service. Room (privilege) very clean, modern and well equipped, well insulated (4th floor). In short, I recommend!

Very pleased with B&B Dijon. Reception was warm and inviting. Room was wonderful. Location was excellent.
