Did what it says on the tin. Perfect for one night, tiny but excellent Carrefour round the corner for last minute food/shop. Still took us too long to the Dunkirk ferry, don't know what we're doing wrong
Family Room was confortable, staff where really nice, breakfast one of the best we had. The room also was very clean. The lady's on the breakfast were really lovely. The only point I didn't like was the garage it was really narrow, but at list the car was safe there. But that was our choice, we could have parked outside. Merci
Close to city center. Public parking a few steps away. Beyond the good location, a solid Ibis hotel with the typical rooms. Cashed in our drink voucher at the (for an Ibis) nice lobby bar, for two draft beers. Otherwise, no status recognition.
Good location, only 15 minutes walk from the train station or you can take the C2 bus which is only three stops to the station. Very friendly and helpful hotel manager. Beds very comfortable and the rooms are simple, but perfect really. The food was good.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the train station, the city center, and the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. We also appreciated the great service. In the morning, we ordered two espressos, and the receptionist kindly brought us two freshly baked croissants. It was a delightful way to end our stay. Overall...
Stayed 8 nights at this hotel for work in Dunkirk. Very central location with plenty of restaurant choices close by and good location for walking around the harbour area. The hotel is as expected a low budget hotel but very clean and with a comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast(only continental) is OK, limited choice of cold cuts and would recommend the hotel to perhaps have sliced cheese instead...

Only the negative for us was the breakfast. Was nowhere near as good as what some of the other reviews were saying. Could have been a lot more variety. Plus an extra coffee machine would avoid inpatient people.
Good price. It’s in a nice area with easy street parking. Quick check in and nice staff.
Nice hotel, clean room. Area around the property under construction was the only real negative.
Not a great location for a business stay. There was an event on that meant there was no access by road, eventually I managed to drive into the hotel and unload and find a parking space. The staff were apologetic but it took me an hour to navigate through the road closures. There was no air con and the breakfast was also poor. Not a great location for a business trip.
Good location on edge of Dunkirk centre. Easy walk into centre where there are a few bars and restaurants Free parking outside hotel. Small comfortable hotel 20mins drive from ferry terminal.
Great place to stay for ferry Good hotel on edge of dunkirk for stop over from ferry.

Great central choice in dunkerque
Hotel very well located, very welcoming staff, spacious room
Superb hotel, I loved the decor. Lots of amenities nearby (shops, supermarket, etc.). The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming.
A family-run hotel, welcoming, professional, very clean, with top-notch staff.
I have one word: location. It is perfect for walking around in the city, and there are some lovely shops around. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean. I cannot ask for more. Next time I will still book the same hotel. I had a lovely stay.
The staff were very welcoming, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was right in the center – it was perfect!

Great Location Great location. This is right on the beach. Nice staff, but limited English. Breakfast was good. Bar drinks served on the boardwalk. Parking is limited so request a spot with your reservation.
Lovely hotel in Dunkirk This is a stunner of a hotel right on the shore in Dunkirk. Lovely room and bar/lobby. Because we were on a roadtrip for F1 we had a car which was accommodated by the parking lot. (We had a Volvo XC60, and it was a bit of a squeeze even though not full, so best if you have a smaller car to maneuver.) Nothing but positive feedback and highly recommend staying at the Merveilleux...
Really lovely place gorgeous decor and amazing sea views.
Lovely hotel! Nicely decorated, clean, lovely toiletries, very comfortable and lovely helpful, polite staff. Thoroughly recommend and would love to return.
Dunkerque Lovely clean, friendly hotel in excellent position with stunning views.
Perfect Place Great view of the North Sea, clean comfortable rooms, great service and on-sight parking. The breakfast was also very good. Conveniently located right on the beach.

Stayed here because dogs are allowed (extra 7-9€/day). Rooms are outdated and WiFi sucked. Rooms weren’t totally soundproof, so my dog was a bit on edge from all the sounds. The window seals weren’t great and let a draft in, and the window hardware was broken so I could only open it fully instead of the top crack. Breakfast is extra 10€/day; was a decent selection but like much of Dunkirk, did not...
Pros: Location, price, and spacious rooms. Cons: Internet is essentially none (at least in my room) and rooms are outdated (bit of an old carpet smell).
We had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well presented, everything was perfectly functional. The furnishings are ageing, but remain in good order. The hotel and surrounding area were quiet and peaceful and the town was easily accessible on foot, even more so by bike. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was ok, with a large, bright and airy dining area. Parking was ok,...
Was a great night,   I arrived later, searching for hotel at last minute,   Then went there and at the reception the man asked for 50 euro deposit,, i had only 100, but then he gave mi back at next morning,,    Hotel Was clean, fresh and sleeping very well,,
The receptionist saved us when we were looking for emergency accomodation in the middle of the night, exhausted from many days of driving. Checked us in, helped carry our bags and calm us down. Our unplanned stay in Dunkerque started as a disaster but ended in a calm night with quick and friendly room service. Thank you!
A couple took a self-driving tour along the WWII route and stopped at the Dunkirk evacuation site. The hotel is in a good location and is within walking distance of various attractions. The WWII 1942 Museum is worth a visit.

A nice hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. Comfortable, clean, safe and convenient for the beach, with shops and a supermarket nearby. Very nice.
Good location, clean & tidy room. Nice breakfast & parking available. Great location for travelling to Channel Tunnel.
Even better than expected, very clean and quiet Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were lucky to find a parking slot just outside, free of charge. The room was quite compact but was well maintained and spotless, facing the innner courtyard so guaranteed a good sleep. Bathroom looked like freshly refurbished and super clean, with strong shower pressure. Locationwise, it's close to good bakeries...
Excellent service and a comfortable stay. Clean and tidy hotel, if a little dated but that adds to the charm. Good breakfast Parking in the main street relatively easy. Moderate traffic noise - but probably more noticeable as we live rurally! Will return.
The property is very clean, the room was aswell. The owners are very friendly and ready to help. The area, close to the beach, is one of the best in the Dunkerque area. I just miss the possibility to get a herbal tea or coffee in the common area.
A nice surprise, lovely little hotel, and a very good restaurant!

Nice location and nice clean room highly recommend and definitely we will come again.
Renovation needed. On the plus side, the location is close to the sea and the bedding is adequate. The room is small and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom is very small. Breakfast is decent for the price of €11.
Nice and clean. The hotel offers decent service, it's clean, and the room has a good, comfortable bed. It's good value for money; no frills, but the essentials are there (cleanliness and friendly staff). We had a triple room with a view of the back of the building (towards the street), not amazing, but the point isn't to spend your stay staring at a window. The small restaurant is nice, with a pretty...
The owner was very on hand and came quickly when I couldn’t get into the building
Lovely, clean hotel, great for short stays, convenient for the beach and beachfront.
Down stairs lobby and restaurant were beautiful. The rooms are very basic. Ok for the price and a 1-2 nights stay as a stop gap for traveling. Unfortunately the hot water was off for the night. Not the hotels fault but they apologised and supplied us with breakfast and coffee to go. Wouldn’t recommend a family stay but ok for couples/ mates traveling through. Beds were clean and room was clean, the...

Nice and friendly lady greeted us during breakfast. Fabulous collection of lamps/vases knickknacks in the reception. The room was very simple but clean n comfortable. Hallway and entry a bit dingy.
Super hotel for rest during trip. Very clean, comfortable beds, free WiFi. For such small money, I don't expect so good standard! Very polite service. Recommend!
This is a friendly and serviceable hotel. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is filling continental. The onwer is very helpful.
Cozy and quiet for being in the middle of town. WiFi is good, but breakfast seems to be expensive, so plan on eating somewhere else. Biggest positive, the windows have metal shutters so you can sleep how ever long you want without being woken by the Summer sun at 5am. Biggest complaint is that the bed is a spring mattress with absolutely no padding, so you feel the springs digging in the entire...
Good price, excellent location, clean, friendly staff. It's just a bit basic and rough around the edges. Could use some attention to detail and a coat of paint. Noisy neighborhood at night, though with the windows closed it's fine.

Perfect location right across the steps of the Centeral Railway and city bus. Very clean rooms, attended every day by housekeeping even during short stays. Fast elevator (Brit tourists will feel the difference). :)) Two paid coffee machines on site, drinks dispenser and free microwave in the lobby. 2 minutes to a shopping center with fantastic brewery-and-dining pub, working till 11 pm. 24/7 reception...
Ok for survival mode. Nothing special, nothing really wrong. Ok breakfast. Very acceptable rooms except the lack of enough sockets and lights. Hairdryer in the room is a plus, if you use that sort of thing, worth noting for female travelers.
I visited as part of a cycling tour. Not my first stay at the hotel, and I'd happily return again. Staff helpful and efficient, room clean, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast doesn't have the range of products some competitors offer, but it's all good quality and frequently replenished, no-one should go hungry. Location is great, right across the road from the Gare & with many excellent restaurants...
The location is very good, the hotel staff is very friendly, the room is very clean, you can see the city view, which is very good. The hotel breakfast is also relatively rich. It is recommended for tourism or business trips~
Excellent hotel with small gym, great staff, underground parking. Good breakfast. Well placed for Dunkirk centre. Highly recommend
Feels good, the price is right
