Nice clean and good French hotel, the staff were really polite and professional and did their best to speak English. We noticed a lot of cleaning activity in the spa and other rooms and this was clearly visible. The restaurant services typically old style French food. We love the stay but we could see that the hotel is losing its shine with wall paper coming loose from our chamber wall and some amenities...

The availability and kindness of the reception is the strongest point. All people working there are available and try to satisfy your needs.

Je suis retourné dans cette hôtel car la vue sur le golf et le calme et au rendez-vous. Comme toujours petit déjeuner buffet très agréable et surtout très complet. Merci à vous...car le hasard m à fait trouver cette établissement un soir et je recommande cette adresse sans aucun soucis.

Très bon accueil. Parking gratuit. Situé dans une zone commerciale proche de restaurants, station d'essence .... Carton d'information dans la chambre (possibilité de demander sèche-cheveux, rallonges ..) ce qui est rare. Chambre propre, lit confortable ; dommage qu'il y ait un rideau de douche dans la baignoire, une paroi serait plus hygiénique. Une bouilloire (comme dans d'autres hôtels du même groupe...

Hôtel trouver par hasard et vraiment une bonne surprise chambre hyper propre avec un calme absolu sur un golf personnel agréable et sympathique petit déjeuner buffet complet je recommande vraiment cette établissement et bravo à toute l'équipe

Accueil très sympathique, très bonne prestation d'ensemble, dans un endroit calme, y compris le petit déjeuner. Proche du centre - ville. Nous y retournerons à la prochaine occasion sans aucune hésitation. Bien cordialement.

Situé dans une zone commerciale , on pouvait avoir des craintes quant au bruit . Eh bien , non ! Lors de notre passage , c’était super calme ( chambre 24 ) . Nous tenons également à remercier le jeune homme à l’accueil qui a été parfait , très attentionné et très à l’écoute . La chambre était très propre et le petit-déjeuner , correct .

Simple but very clean and comfortable. Beds are the best. Very quiet location but next the the malls and to the main roads. The center of beautiful Epinal is 5 mins of car. Easy parking

If you have plans for internet don’t book this Otel. It is all prefabric. Location is fine. Food is good.

It's ok, there is a machine instead of a human at reception. The room was fairly clean. It was warm and the bed was not uncomfortable. Fine for an overnight stop on a long trip.

Beautiful, charmingly dated villa. Some rooms (all rooms on the floor) have a balcony. The decor of the rooms is rather poor, carpet / curtains stained and faded, but also have beautiful old furniture pieces. The price for an overnight stay has increased enormously in recent years. Bedding spotless , the room soundproofed , beautiful scenery , the hotel has been very well renovated, the restaurant on the ground floor is one of the best table of the region "Michelin 2016". This kind of hotel exchange hotel chain.

Very pleasant welcome, very clean shower and sheets, hearty and varied breakfast. On the other hand, the rooms are in great need of updating. Wallpaper torn off, 1 socket for a quadruple room and the socket for the TV which is very scary when it sizzles, failing not fixed to the wall. The rooms are not soundproof, very noisy neighbor.

You get what you pay for so no surprises there. 2 stars substracted for room cleanness (yellow spots on the wall and blanket on top bunk bed) and noice (right next to high traffic road and loud cracking floor noises). Great breakfast for 4.50€, all you can drink coffee and fresh bread, tiny croissant 🥐, butter etc. Friendly staff. Great one nighter or cheap weekenders

Had some upgrades to rooms and facilities as original fittings tired and worn. Current staff seem to be working hard at making the place spick and span. All in all makes for a reasonable night at a bargain price.

Nearby Gare de Epinal. Just 6 mins by walk.

The biggest advantage is given by staff and restaurant. Great food and lovely staff. As a minus is the room rate VS actual condition (clean and cosy but no fancy furniture or things to pick from minibar).

Very good hotel I recommend. The restaurant was closed the day we were there, so four stars. Otherwise very professionnal employees. ☺️👍

Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff that speak expectional English. The breakfast was varied and yummy. The rooms were not overally generous in space and my colleagues had two rooms where the roof slanted low over their entire room. The rooms have started to show there age but are still very comfortable. Electrical car charging is available here.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean basic rooms, wifi- you need a adapter special for France to charge your electronic devices! No fridge! Good food and drinks at the restaurant!

Nice room, without noise . A really gentle . The service was great and really informative . Open 24h 7d/7d , it was the perfect place to sleep after new year's ! More over , the price is not so high .

Hotel correct Dommage qu' il n y ai pas de prise à côté du lit pour le téléphone. Restauration sur place de qualité très moyenne le soir et plutôt cher.

Nice little hotel on a busy road. Rooms are well soundproofed. Friendly reception, room very clean and sufficiently spacious. Small bed 140 cm with only 1 sorryfull pillow. Very good covid measures. I can recommend.

Very helpful receptionists, especially the lady who was there when we arrived. All the rooms are on the ground floor, around a courtyard, so no being woken up by elephants above. Really comfortable, well appointed room, with a deep bath - luxury! Take advantage of the dinner offer at the next door restaurant, we had two seriously good three course meals, with wine and coffee for 20 euro each. Close...

This Hotel was badly rated, but it has just been taken over by a charming woman who will welcome you with a smile. The room prices are correct. The plus is the cleanliness of the rooms. I will come back with pleasure
