The availability and kindness of the reception is the strongest point. All people working there are available and try to satisfy your needs.

We stayed for one night in this lovely hotel. The check-in was fast and the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. As we've reserved a room with a SPA option, we had one hour per day to take advantage of it. One hour per day doesn't mean that you can come when you want, cause the capacity of the place is limited. A four star BW in a commercial area that is quite neat altogether. Very welcoming and courteous, efficient reception in the evening and the same at checkout. Great staff. Pool and spa hours are a bit limited. Parking. Room has all you need. Restaurants nearby.

The biggest advantage is given by staff and restaurant. Great food and lovely staff. As a minus is the room rate VS actual condition (clean and cosy but no fancy furniture or things to pick from minibar).

Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff that speak expectional English. The breakfast was varied and yummy. The rooms were not overally generous in space and my colleagues had two rooms where the roof slanted low over their entire room. The rooms have started to show there age but are still very comfortable. Electrical car charging is available here.

Reasonable priced - clean small room - beds very clean and we slept in way too late!!!! Recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean basic rooms, wifi- you need a adapter special for France to charge your electronic devices! No fridge! Good food and drinks at the restaurant!

Simple but very clean and comfortable. Beds are the best. Very quiet location but next the the malls and to the main roads. The center of beautiful Epinal is 5 mins of car. Easy parking

It's ok, there is a machine instead of a human at reception. The room was fairly clean. It was warm and the bed was not uncomfortable. Fine for an overnight stop on a long trip.

Nice little hotel on a busy road. Rooms are well soundproofed. Friendly reception, room very clean and sufficiently spacious. Small bed 140 cm with only 1 sorryfull pillow. Very good covid measures. I can recommend.

Wallpaper torn off, 1 socket for a quadruple room and the socket for the TV which is very scary when it sizzles, failing not fixed to the wall. The rooms are not soundproof, very noisy neighbor.

This Hotel was badly rated, but it has just been taken over by a charming woman who will welcome you with a smile. The room prices are correct. The plus is the cleanliness of the rooms. I will come back with pleasure

You get what you pay for so no surprises there. 2 stars substracted for room cleanness (yellow spots on the wall and blanket on top bunk bed) and noice (right next to high traffic road and loud cracking floor noises). Great breakfast for 4.50€, all you can drink coffee and fresh bread, tiny croissant 🥐, butter etc. Friendly staff. Great one nighter or cheap weekenders

Had some upgrades to rooms and facilities as original fittings tired and worn. Current staff seem to be working hard at making the place spick and span. All in all makes for a reasonable night at a bargain price.
