The staff were incredibly helpful. Great hotel for an on route stop over. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
This IBIS is in a good place but for some reason is not being run properly. It only had one member of front desk staff also doing bar and food service who seemed not to be used to customer service, especially being dressed in a hoody and cargo pants. There were no lights on so not welcoming at all. In the middle of the night ( 1am) guests turned up and were noisy next to our room, why were they not put away from everyone else?. We will sadly not return here for the price paid.
Excellent welcome and help from the lady at reception and partner, but they couldn't overcome the problem of useless WiFi - not secure and won't connect to websites, WApp or email - a problem at other B&B.
