Excellent hotel and a great value for the price. I had never stayed in a Hotel Campanile before, but will look for the chain again after this experience. Well located, friendly and attentive staff. Nice amenities including an inner outdoor courtyard. Perfect for our dog who was with us. Well equipped, modern and clean rooms.

I'm still amazed that a hotel chain like Novotel consistently neglects to include a power plug on both sides of the bed. Other than this, the hotel is OK. I do however get the impression that the difference between Novotel and Ibis isn't as big as it should be, considering the price difference.

Very good food in simple plates. With the teams that I travel we have a standard menu, so I cannot judge the variety, but the quality is very good. Also nice place, right next to the lake, and I think they were renovating it.

Pluses: good breakfast buffet, a gym room you can book. Negatives: Pseudo-friendly staff, reduced privacy in the integrated bathrooms in the rooms, height limitation for parking garage with very challenging street parking. Gym room machines poorly maintained. Not child friendly with windows that let children fall out.

Great hotel, amazing staff and most important; great pillows! I really loved the pillows, it made me sleep like a baby. The room has coffee and tea and water. Television is only in french - I wish it was a smart TV with netflix and youtube. Fitness room is small but very good anyways to move just a little bit. I found the staff to be very helpful with any request and question I had. Merci Limoges

Good hotel with all you need for a night over stay. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. Plus the location is good for when you would like to visit the old town center of Limoges.

Don't let the exterior view fool you -- this is the best place to stay in Limoges. Great location, wonderful staff, comfortable room, nice breakfast, most convenient parking you'll find -- and a great bargain as well. What's not to like? I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Limoges.

The hotel is in a great location next to the centre of town. I'd class this a a budget hotel, the room we had was spacious with separate toilet and bathroom. Parking is reasonable at €10 a night and the reception staff were very pleasant. Would stay here again.

We booked two rooms one of which was el dirty: the bathroom had another person's business in it still and the overall hadn't been cleaned. We had to change it. Very good address 2 steps from Limoges. The rooms are large and comfortable. Some fruit on arrival as well as a coffee tea kit madeleine sweets. Table side is very good, original and tasty. We booked to stay here as our half Way point for travelling back to the UK. We chose as the reviews of the restaurant were good. We arrived and unfortunately they didn’t have a record of our booking, which I had made by phone 24 hrs previously. Thankfully it wasn’t a problem and there was still a table available in the restaurant. We also have a small dog which they welcome but one of their own...

It's the best most welcoming restaurant. The chef is not Michelin star for nothing. Exceptional!!! And above all the hospitality is unrivalled! I love this place and the people!

We had a five day stay at this hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk to the center and directly across from the train station. So if you are coming by train, it’s the perfect place to stay. Great and affordable little hotel, centrally located and within walking distance to the Limoges Bénédictins train station that will connect you literally to the rest of the country, including a direct hop to Paris. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms as well as a decent onsite restaurant.

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful and accommodating.

This was the smallest hotel room I've ever had, and I've stayed in hotels all over the world. Only had a bathroom, a tv, a bed. Everything was fine...except the breakfast, which did not match the description on the hotel's web page. No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausages. Instead there were a few slices of cheese and charcuterie that looked as if they had been there for several weeks. They were all curled up at the edges and were quite inedible.

We had a large 3-bed room. (119) I recommend it. Silent a open view. Breakfast room small and dull, but good coffee. If you have a large car, use the large parking lot in front of the hotel.

I had a great night at this hotel. From the outside you might worry about what you had booked, but please don't judge it by it's cover. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. My room was small but very clean and comfortable. I also had parking you access from the rear of the hotel for my bike.

The 2nd time we've visited this hotel, really friendly staff on reception, thanks for allowing us to arrive 1/2 hour early. Room very clean and spacious, bathroom also immaculate. Internet worked perfectly, had a kettle and cups so we were able to have tea, provided but we bought our own milk, sorry being English don't like it black. We will be back when we visit Limoges again.

An absolutely delightful stay so clean and modern. Breakfast was very well designed continental breakfast , fresh tasty and extremely substantial,served by friendly and most welcoming staff. Within easy reach of all the best Limoges has to offer would definitely recommend.

Spotlessly clean. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to help. We had 2 young children who needed milk etc at odd times throughout the day. Always ready to accommodate requests. Great breakfast. Lovely junior suite with air conditioning and good ventilation. The room was of a very high standard. Clearly a great deal of care, love, and attention has gone into the whole place.

The bland anonymous functionalism of the building is outweighed by the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

Advantages of the hotel 1) location - great and very central 2) room sizes - quite generous 3) confortable bed Disadvantages 1) quite outdated 2) the AC unit was directly oriented at the bed 3) one particular reception staff member was quite rude and aggressive which didn’t help. Overall, we were meant to stay there a week and ended up shortening our stay to only two days.

I find all Mercure hotels to be good and this one lives up to that reputation. I got a room on the second floor facing the square and it was very spacious. There was a lot of desk space and also a coffee table with 2 chairs. In addition I had a balcony facing onto the square. Very convenient for central Limoges, good public parking and "Superior" rooms with balcony are excellent. Just a shame there's no restaurant for dinner albeit that there are plenty of local restaurants, one of which provides a limited menu for room service. Good breakfast options are served in a dining room so not sure why dinner can't be an option.

Wonderful hotel, right on the square will views overlooking the Christmas market. Direct access from the Parking Republic but stay on the -1 level, no way to get back up in the car once you go to -2.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated room, and a lovely view over the Place de la Republique from our terrace. The staff were polite and friendly too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Exceptionally kind staff went above and beyond what is expected: we are very grateful. Hotel is ideally located for Limoges international airport, a 2 minute walk away.

This is an independent hotel so cant be compared to the national chain hotels .. its a small hotel by the very small Les Alizes airport .. The rooms were clean, but very basic .. don't trust those pictures on the website.. i had a standard room in a very dark unlit corridor, I'd definitely go for the upgraded rooms if you can.. it was a nice continental breakfast though. Good location for the airport. Clean but basic accommodation. No food if you come in on later flights, no drink facilities in room & only choice from reception is Coffee or Coke. I don't do Coke. Just go prepared with a picnic ?

This is a strange hotel. The rooms are large and in good shape, but except for the bed, there is nothing useful in the room, in a way of furniture. Instead of a table there is a wall mounted shelf which is too shallow to put a laptop on. The chair is a basic metal design which becomes painful after only a few minutes sitting down.
