Very good address 2 steps from Limoges. The rooms are large and comfortable. Some fruit on arrival as well as a coffee tea kit madeleine sweets. Table side is very good, original and tasty. We booked to stay here as our half Way point for travelling back to the UK. We chose as the reviews of the restaurant were good. We arrived and unfortunately they didn’t have a record of our booking, which I had made by phone 24 hrs previously. Thankfully it wasn’t a problem and there was still a table available in the restaurant. We also have a small dog which they welcome but one of their own...

It's the best most welcoming restaurant. The chef is not Michelin star for nothing. Exceptional!!! And above all the hospitality is unrivalled! I love this place and the people!

The location was perfect. 5min to the trainsation. 10min to the old town. Newly refurbished and very clean. Lovely smart Tv with Chromecast. Bring your swimmong costume to enjoy the wellness centre.

Located adjacent to the train station (about a 3 block walk), the hotel is clean and staff very professional. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room which offered a nice get away in the heart of Limoges.

Would had a two night stay one on the Friday and one on the Sunday and during both stays the staff were so helpful, considerate, and very pleasant especially Etienne and Jamel we will definitely stay again. The breakfast was really good value 😊

Easy off motorway on arterial route plenty of parking surrounded by eating drinking places .always spotless easy automatic check in good shower no frills very good value

Great service once again from B&B. Easy to book. Good value for the offering and convenient location near autoroutes and with a Hippopotamus restaurant next door. Mezzanine family room perfect for our requirements.

all ok apart from the shower tiles could do with a good clean ,water didnt drain from shower that quick so ended up stood in water ,apart from that ok,location good for travel purposes

Perfectly adequate hotel for our motorcycle holiday. Comfy double bed and great shower. The staff were incredibly helpful. Great hotel for an on route stop over. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Friendly staff, clean spacious room, loads of parking, and easy to find. Location suited us on the way North from Spain. Good value.

The room was above our expectations. It was warm & comfortable. The only thing that was a bit challenging was the location of the toilet as the bathroom was under the mezzanine & the toilet under the stairs part.

A down to earth budget hotel Well placed next to Limoges railway station and only a short walk to the city

We had a five day stay at this hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk to the center and directly across from the train station. So if you are coming by train, it’s the perfect place to stay.
