Stop over on way to Tunnel, on the way back from holiday. Secure parking, dogs welcome. A fabulous restaurant - food and staff not ambience. Female receptionist on arrival a bit unwelcoming, but male receptionist and the amazing restaurant staff were excellent as well as being welcoming.

The rooms were spacious and clean.
Great restaurant for the evening meal, as limited restaurants nearby as not in the centre of Limoges, which is 15-20 minutes walk away.
Breakfast hot and cold buffet superb. The fresh OJ machine was great! Cold water and also, hot drinks machines available in the lounge area are available all the time, as there are no drinks facilities in the rooms.
We missed the offer of a free non-alcoholic or alcoholic drink from the bar on arrival, as we didn't see the notice!

This is a strange hotel. The rooms are large and in good shape, but except for the bed, there is nothing useful in the room, in a way of furniture. Instead of a table there is a wall mounted shelf which is too shallow to put a laptop on. The chair is a basic metal design which becomes painful after only a few minutes sitting down. There is some kind of stool and ottoman/coffee table, but again these are very small, so you can't really put anything on them.

Nice modern hotel in a good location. The room was good and a reasonable size. Bit of a step up onto the shower tray, which is a surprising for a modern hotel. The restaurant and bar were excellent, the food in the restaurant was very good, our diner was very tasty and also reasonable price along with the wine and beer prices. Breakfast was OK, but there was no hot food, which was a shame. Staff were very helpful 🙂.
We parked our car in an underground car park, about 300 yards away. Once we got to the hotel, there was a sign outside the hotel saying they had a carpark 50 metres away, unfortunately not visible from the road.

We stayed just one night with our dog. We were made very welcome, the room was lovely and the food & restaurant service was very good indeed!

Pros: Superb breakfast with fresh orange juice machine, good coffee, various breads, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, freshly cut fruits and more!
Cons: Rooms are quite small, air conditioning did not work as expected.
The night staff on 9 Sep 2023 was unhelpful. Very disappointed with the level of service provided in an otherwise very nice hotel.

We had a triple room. The entire building is brand new.
It had a very generous size, big bathroom with two washing basins, separate toilet, normal size beds and extra pillows.
The breakfast and dinner were both of good quality.
Location is close to the center, next to University campus.
They have their own parking, very well made, easy access and easy parking.

Really enjoyed our stay there. The room was very nice and clean and the breakfast was excellent. Better than we have experienced in France before. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
