Great location and convenient to the restaurants and places of interest we went to. It was the right hotel for our overnight stay in Lisieux.

A decent hotel, though rather run down. However, it does NOT have air conditioning. And the temperatures in July in Lisieux were sweltering. Would never have booked this if I have known it did not have air conditioning. Room was also expensive for the quality of it…

Nice hotel in good location close to the train station. Really nice staff, good room & nicely prepared things for family traveling with a baby. Downstairs restaurant was not that good though, and hotel is not accessible (a lot of stairs at the entrance), otherwise a great stay!

The hotel had all of the required amenities: the rooms were small but renovated to a modern standard, the breakfast was more than adequate, and the lounge was a nice touch for meeting and socializing. I like using stairs when possible and I found them somewhat dirty at times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Oh I loved this place. Stayed here for a night as part of a group tour. Loved the old world charm. It has got spacious rooms and all the necessities. The food was also great, staff was really nice too. Only odd thing I would say is the elevator, which does not actually stop on the actual floor but sort of in between like in the case of a mezzanine. So you'll have take a small flight of stairs downwards...

Very nice room, upscale welcome ... Small downsides: the finish of the passageways and staircase leaves something to be desired, worthy of a star ... The TV connection is poor, 3 channels out of 20! In this case we make a commercial gesture! No ?

A simple 4-star hotel that offers comfortable and clean rooms, as well as a variety of good food. Staffs were nice, friendly, and helpful. Plenty of power outlets in the room. Some rooms are not equipped with air conditioner.

Very quaint hotel but nice on the inside. Noise can travel quite far because of the open design, but it didn't affect my sleep. House red wine is quite good! Food is also quite good and varied.

Basic, cheap and perfect as a stopover. We arrived late and appreciated the ability to do an automated check in. Hotel is gated. Situated right next to McDonald's and a L'Eclerc.

The rooms were very basic and little room to hang or store any clothes so we worked out of our cases. The bed was particularly low though quite comfortable..The bathroom was a self contained cubicle with 'wet floor' design that included the toilet! Very difficult to keep clean and not suitable for outdoor shoes or socks! This room design is becoming dated and would stop us from using Premiere Classe...

This hotel was cheap and clean and comfortable, we stayed in the family room. The WiFi worked, the telly worked the aircon kept us cool enough. We didn't use the breakfast facilities because of our travelling times. We would definitely use them again. Plus staff were lovely and very accommodating. Also car park is locked on a night so we felt our car was safe.

Ibis is a clean budget hotel, no wifi or tea pot but quiet, clean and friendly hotel, with breakfast. Few mins walk to buffet restaurant, big shopping mall and grill restaurants ??

it's not a great hotel but it's also not a bad hotel location wise . we had a water down pipe running though the wall and it must of had a return near the bed as all we had most of the night was crashing water from I'm guessing showers etc .

Room not clean (walls, complaints, cobwebs) and very poorly done finishes (eg: painting). Sliding bathroom door does not close completely and not practical. Perfect location otherwise.

We had a wonderful stay here. The estate is stunning, with gorgeous, well-maintained gardens. The building is full of character, with lots of original features that add to its charm. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was lovely and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the meat and cheese platter was absolutely the best

This hotel has strong pros and cons: Pros: Friendly staff across all aspects of the hotel, quality of food in the restaurant is good, the bed in our bedroom was enormous and the mattress good quality, The surroundings are rural and peaceful.. For the money this hotel is great. The staff were really helpful (though spoke very little English) and the rooms were clean and basic but comfortable. The location was not the best for exploring Deauville beach area but was brilliantly located if you were attending the horse racing events.

We have stayed at this hotel many times! Perfect for couples and with children :) the breakfast is great, the rooms are great. When we booked with our baby everything was set up perfectly to take care of her as well as a bed and treats for our dogs!

Great hotel for a golf break without the kids

Excellent resort hotel but not near enough to the downtown area (shops and restaurants and waterfront) where the real action is. However, if your goal is golfing, or you have private transportation, you won't be disappointed.

Hotel located 2 minutes from Deauville, the environment next to the hotel was really pleasant, the room was normal, a large bathroom, TV, bed, coffee and biscuits offered in the room, on the other hand the carpet in the room for my part I do not find that great in the hotel, parking in this hotel free, polite and friendly staff

It was a little far from the city, but it was perfect for relaxing in a peaceful place! It was a 25-30 minute walk to the city, and the weather was nice, so it was good for exercise. By the way, it's a 5 minute drive. The room was on the second floor, but I took the outside stairs to go up. I'm glad it wasn't raining.

The accommodation is fine but very compact, no oven so in my book this is not a full kitchen. The pool is fantastic, but that's it, no other facilities not even a bar! There's a small but adequate grocery store 200 metres away, but anything else is a drive (warning very steep long hill on the way to town centre if you're thinking of cycling). The parking is terrible, way too few spaces for the number...

It's OK, bit far out and there's very little around it. Reception closes early. But the rooms are comfortable and cabs turn up fairly quickly.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were super helpful and so so warm and welcoming. Great location a short walk from train station, the boardwalk in Deauville, and the water sports in Trouville. Room was well equipped, bright and calm. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient location! Very convenient in Deauville! Its not what the pictures show and we weren't able to check-in at 3pm, but the staff were nice. Its 2 star so you're staying in a nice area in an older not upgraded hotel but its a great location and was affordable.

Hotel Le Chantilly is an old hotel situated near the racecourse and town centre. Parking at side street was free. A warm welcome on arrival ,would be a struggle if mobility issues as stairs only. Rooms Room was basic but clean. Shower/bath was very difficult as old fashioned sit down bath. Breakfast in the morning was ok not a great deal of choice but enough to see you through the morning.

Loved this place so much. Henry is a wonderful host. I booked the standard room (and he gave me a better room), which backed onto the Patio, and it was spacious, quiet, very comfortable bed, high ceilings. Breakfast was great for 14euros. I never really eat breakfast, but I made an exception ;-) The centre is 7mins easy walk, lovely bar 1 min walk, arts centre 5mins. And the sea is 3mins walk away...

Every so often one is lucky enough to come across a true gem of a hotel and so it has proved at Le Patio. Ambience, owner, facilities, location, all an absolute delight, and at incredible value for money. It essentially defines what a true boutique hotel is

Wonderful hotel! Clean, safe and amazing customer service. Henry the owner was always very helpful and gracious. We loved Sulton, his handsome retriever too! Henry gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. Everything is within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le Patio in Deauville. Henry, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and very comfortable. The location is ideal, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We highly recommend staying at Hotel le Patio.

Parking seems to be an issue. We managed to park in the outside area of the property, but no more than five cars can fit in - six at best. Our room was in the annexe and it was OK, although changing grout in the bathroom and similar stuff would greatly improve the impression.

Stayed here on a costsaver tour. Nice hotel, great views and location, but the rooms are WAY too warm and there is no air movement. It was very hard to sleep and I woke up soaked in sweat. Why bother having a thermostat in the room if it doesn't even control anything?
