Kyriad - St Arnoult Mini-hotel

Our room was freezing upon arrival and the front of house lady with dyed red hair was the rudest and most passive aggressive person I’ve ever witnessed. The lady told us reception closed at 10pm even though it said 11pm on the door . We had one drink each at 9:30pm and she wasn’t impressed to be even servicing us , we asked for some more ice and she stood up slammed the door and walked off to get more ice then pretty much slammed it on the table with no words spoken , she then went on to slamming and throwing chairs around the restaurant it was almost like a threat for us to leave the reception area , I must say it was pretty horrendous how this person acted we were in shock after the stay in this hotel . Never will we ever be back here . You should not allow people with an outrageous aggressive behaviour work in your establishment .
