The lady receptionist was super friendly and accommodating, she even checked me early so big thank you to her. Mr Miguel the receptionist was such a lovely man but Mr Jan the receptionist was a bit harsh in his responses to people and was treating guests as they are stupid, very sad to see that Infront of me. The room is nice and big and well maintained. The breakfast costs 10 euros which includes a variety of fruits, pork sausages, omelette, ham, cheese and other basics, it's the same every day. The location is super a few minutes away from the Lourdes Basilica making it a great stay for those interested in visiting St Lourdes.

The rooms are spacious, and some are equipped with showers. The food is buffet-style and is plentiful and well-prepared. The staff is very friendly and speaks Spanish. You get what you pay for - in our case, may be applied to our 3 night stay at Hotel Angelic - Myriam. Rate is pretty affordable. Room is dated, duvet is flat and a little worn out, pillows are small and flat as well. Lighting is a bit dim. The bathroom has a bath tub - a plus for us. Receptionists were nice - advised us that due to heavy rains, most of the area is flooded, and even showed us live video of how it is outside the hotel. TIP: do not lose the plastic jacket of the keycard otherwise you will be charged $20.00.

Already upon arrival, it was freezing, not very welcoming. No smiles upon arrival, and even less upon departure. Not even a single word, everything was fine, nothing... Just a thank you and goodbye. For a 3-star hotel, really not very clean, I will not return to this hotel, photos are available. Just a generous breakfast, but even the waiters, not a single hello or smile, we can clearly see the employees' discomfort in this hotel, and the free parking is too far away with luggage and in the dark.

A good stay, but breakfast is expensive-cheaper deals can be found elsewhere. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel parking is easy to find with the provided map. We experienced no issues ourselves, but some could find the distance a little far. The location is good. We enjoyed being slightly away from the noise of the center, but within walking distance of all the sites and restaurants.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Beds comfortable. Clean towels daily . Be careful with belongings I unfortunately had money taken from room , no room safes. Stated room only so can't comment on food . Was very noisy area people sat in outside foyer until early hours and staff outside delivery area early morning very loud

Little piece of Heaven very clean very good food and lovely rooms all have dbl beds . Maid service a Good Bar 🍸 👌 and Great Stff we always book here every year.6 minute walk to the Grotto .So Perfect 💞

A lovely hotel with courteous staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. A good breakfast spread. Close proximity to the Lourdes Basilica and other tourist attractions. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Few minutes drive from the railway station

Small and really the worst room I have seen in France, you must walk through the whole restaurant to enter the stairs and the best part was bed bugs we´ve found and bring one to the reception as a sample. We left imediatelly, but it took over a week to heal the bites and we must very carefully check all our things after not to pick up an Angelic present...
