Location, staff and overall accommodation were great

I visited for a week and I appreciate the guest services. Very kind and helpful in all aspects, their food was delicious. I'm missing their desserts, meats, and tasty breakfast with croissants.

Hotel Elesio was incredible. We came under adverse circumstances with 300 people and they fed us, sheltered us, and cared for us in unprecedented fashion. We will come back without question. My highest recommendation.

We make a pilgrimage to Lourdes twice a year and always stay at this hotel. Excellent cuisine with Italian products. Not to mention the staff who are always very helpful. Fantastic place to stay at when in Lourdes. It’s close to the main attraction and it’s also walking distance from the castle, where you’ll learn more about the town and you’ll have the best views of Lourdes.

This is a great place to stay in Lourdes. I stay there every year with my sisters and did a second stay this year as I brought friends. It is very near the grotto. The food is lovely. the air conditioner was not cooling the room at all and had 2 sleepless nights, as it got very hot. The shower area too small Could hardly turn around. and the carpets either need changing or proper cleaning. We were in room no 304 fyi

Fantastic location with newly renovated rooms and very modern bathrooms. I was very pleased and would stay here again. I have stayed at three hotels in Lourdes and this one is the best. This is a two minute walk to the sanctuary. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place! My first time in Lourdes and the hospitality was second to none. The staff can't do enough for you. The food was great, they even catered to my friend's vegetarian needs which were fab. The rooms were clean. The staff were so friendly. I can't recommend this place enough!

The hotel is right next to the basilica. The staff are all wonderful and happy to help with any query we have and sort out any changes we have right away, especially food related ones. The hotel itself is beautiful and well decorated it's lovely and worth while spending the night here. You won't regret it.

My parents and I stayed at Chapelle et Parc this past week while on a Pilgrimage to Lourdes. Our room was VERY clean and comfortable! The hotel is nestled among the shops and restaurants of Lourdes. Bedroom was modern and comfortable, the bathroom was a little dated and had no soaps, gel, or shower caps etc. That you would expect of a hotel showing itself as a 4 star. Ok for continental breakfast. Lots of lounge space.

I was in a big group for a pilgrimage to Lourdes, the hotel itself was quite nice, worth a stay for sure. The food was ok, pretty good as far as hotel breakfasts go. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very kind as were the servers in the restaurant.

For a 4 star hotel the food was really disappointing. the dinner was ok at best and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. the egg station didn't make sense for the number of people who eat there, some people would take other's eggs and then you go back to your table with an undercooked egg leading to food being thrown out. We just returned from Lourdes this week. Can't recommend Hotel La Solitude highly enough. The room was spotless, clean Towels every day. The room & bathroom were spotless. The staff were so helpful, & cheery when we met them on the corridor. The atmosphere of the whole place was great. I can't recommend, The Hotel Solitude highly enough. Keep up the good work

The grand hotel is not really grand, it is a bit of a wannabe grand hotel. It has been recently renovated, but with a minimal budget. Went just for breakfast. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. (New ownership in 2017) They gave us a tour of the rooms so we could decide if we'd want to stay there on our next visit. The rooms are nice: very charming with an amazing view. All the rooms are being completely renovated, so expect the rooms to be clean and well kept.

300 metres from the Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes, which was the reason for my visit. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful with directions and taxis. The hotel also had a very lovely restaurant. However, I found the waiters very inattentive.

Everyone was friendly and very efficient- from the front desk, to the concierge, to the food service department. It is a newly renovated old structure, so one gets the old world feel with modern convenience ( foot steps may be heard from above wooden floors though and one service elevator takes a little time, so ask for the new elevator ). I came here specifically for the food. I really enjoy the seafood rice from Spain; it's delicious and comes in a generous portion. However, the language barrier is a challenge as it appears they don't speak English. FYI, they do accept card payments.

Our stay at Hotels Vinuales during our pilgrimage to Lourdes was wonderfully surprising. Despite being redirected from Hotel Sainte Rose to Hotel Saint Sauveur due to renovations, the transition was smooth, and we felt well taken care of. Very close to the Sanctuary just 1’ walking. Everything was good except the rude actitud of one of the Waiters at dinner time. Danny is a Lady, she is the manager’s assistant and is an Angel always willing to help and make the guest feel comfortable.

You need a room key to enter the lift. I was there for a training course only. Stood at the lift trying to get in but of course could nit. I use crutches so was a bit annoying that no one came to help. Good food. Nice staff.
