We just returned from Lourdes this week. Can't recommend Hotel La Solitude highly enough. The room was spotless, clean Towels every day. The room & bathroom were spotless. The staff were so helpful, & cheery when we met them on the corridor. The atmosphere of the whole place was great. I can't recommend, The Hotel Solitude highly enough. Keep up the good work

Fantastic place to stay at when in Lourdes. It’s close to the main attraction and it’s also walking distance from the castle, where you’ll learn more about the town and you’ll have the best views of Lourdes.

This is a great place to stay in Lourdes. I stay there every year with my sisters and did a second stay this year as I brought friends. It is very near the grotto. The food is lovely. the air conditioner was not cooling the room at all and had 2 sleepless nights, as it got very hot. The shower area too small Could hardly turn around. and the carpets either need changing or proper cleaning. We were in room no 304 fyi

I visited for a week and I appreciate the guest services. Very kind and helpful in all aspects, their food was delicious. I'm missing their desserts, meats, and tasty breakfast with croissants.

Hotel Elesio was incredible. We came under adverse circumstances with 300 people and they fed us, sheltered us, and cared for us in unprecedented fashion. We will come back without question. My highest recommendation.

a quiet place to stay near the sanctuary. we stayed on the 10th floor which has an attic and is perfect for families. staff is very friendly and welcoming, and will address to your needs quickly. issue here was the internet couldnt reach the attic room and our door keys seem to have a problem. but the staff is quick to respond to those issues so still didnt have a problem.

I came here specifically for the food. I really enjoy the seafood rice from Spain; it's delicious and comes in a generous portion. However, the language barrier is a challenge as it appears they don't speak English. FYI, they do accept card payments.

Our stay at Hotels Vinuales during our pilgrimage to Lourdes was wonderfully surprising. Price is affordable. Location is excellent. Regarding the rooms, you can hear the toilet flushing, running water from the rooms above yours. You can also hear them walking. My room’s a/c was shut off for 12 hours. It would not have been fixed if I didn’t call them every 30 minutes to follow up. Concierge refused to let me speak with the manager. Very close to the Sanctuary just 1’ walking. Everything was good except the rude actitud of one of the Waiters at dinner time. Danny is a Lady, she is the manager’s assistant and is an Angel always willing to help and make the guest feel comfortable.

We were visiting Lourdes in the morning and wanted to have lunch before hitting the road for a 3 hour drive. Most of the restaurants were closed and this was one of the two restaurants that we came across that were open. The food was decent, not great, service was okay - not friendly, but not rude either. A bit pricey for what you get, but that's to be expected in a tourist town.

Myself and my daughter had the pleasure of staying with you for 3 nights. Not quite sure why it has a 3 Star rating but it does have a charm to it. The rooms are not child friendly but if you're confident you can keep a constant watch over them then it's great. The food is average but the waitress Camille is very nice, friendly and has good English. I would go back.

Bedroom was modern and comfortable, the bathroom was a little dated and had no soaps, gel, or shower caps etc. That you would expect of a hotel showing itself as a 4 star. Ok for continental breakfast. Lots of lounge space.

The hotel and location was great for our stay. The airport shuttle bus and other buses stop right Infront of hotel. It's also about 10 mins walk to church. They lost a point for breakfast ,The hot stuff never changes stays the same although.

300 metres from the Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes, which was the reason for my visit. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful with directions and taxis. The hotel also had a very lovely restaurant. However, I found the waiters very inattentive.

Must be one of the best places in Lourdes to visit the sanctuary and surroundings. The private car park is a great plus.

We have been coming to this hotel for years. A good quality hotel and great location for the Grotto and the town. Lovely rooms overlooking their gardens. Lovely lounge and bar area, with a very nice outdoor terrace. Fair prices for a 4 star hotel.

Everyone was friendly and very efficient- from the front desk, to the concierge, to the food service department. It is a newly renovated old structure, so one gets the old world feel with modern convenience ( foot steps may be heard from above wooden floors though and one service elevator takes a little time, so ask for the new elevator ). I stayed in Hotel Stella with my Parents and my Uncle, what can I say?! It were wonderful days in this hotel, the staff and especially Lyla was always nice and available for every matter or problems to resolve it, and if you want to eat this is also the right place they have the menu and the cooks are excellent! Revisited Lourdes after 10 years, my first at Quality Hotel Christina, from the 5th to 9th August 2019. It was an organized tour hailing from the island of Malta. The rooms are not equipped with A/C, asked for fans which were provided, unfortunately mine wasn't working, couldn't change its speed. Breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels, otherwise lunch and dinner were okay, salads were divine...

Great room overlooking the river and a fabulous view of the mountains. Newly renovated room. Friends who were in the older rooms with the carpet felt the cold and dampness. One couple had extra blankets and heaters.

I was going to give a 5 but staff member was not welcoming, not accommodating. We were happy with the location of this hotel. The hotel itself was physically relatively “dated” but we thought that we were on a pilgrimage so room 622 and 624, although quite small, were reasonable for our purpose, room 618 was bigger and nicer. The location is just next to the grotto entrance. The staff, especially in reception, were extremely helpful and cheerful. They handled our requests easily and efficiently. Fantastic location with newly renovated rooms and very modern bathrooms. I was very pleased and would stay here again. I have stayed at three hotels in Lourdes and this one is the best. This is a two minute walk to the sanctuary. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is right next to the basilica. The staff are all wonderful and happy to help with any query we have and sort out any changes we have right away, especially food related ones.
