I came in late on the train and the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, despite the late hour.

Family Visit We stayed in a family room on the last night of our holiday. We found the hotel to be comfortable, clean and well managed. The pool area is small but lovely. The hotel is well positioned in a quiet area of Lourdes and we could walk to restaurants and the Grotto. We would return again in the furure, without hesitation.

For the last 16 years, I’ve stayed at Best Western Beasejour when I do my pilgrimage to Lourdes. It is very convenient as it is right across from the Gare de Lourdes (train station) and only a 15 minute walk to the shrine. It is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is just opposite the train station. The hotel is in an old building with a restaurant and luxurious decoration. The rooms are European style, the same as other BW series. The hotel and location was great for our stay. The airport shuttle bus and other buses stop right Infront of hotel. It's also about 10 mins walk to church. They lost a point for breakfast ,The hot stuff never changes stays the same although.

beautiful hotel with a great view of the pyrenees, pet friendly, amazing food, staff and, rooms. it is just over a mile walk from the domain but the walk there is beautiful- mostly wheelchair accessible aside from the 8th floor but all the other floors and rooms have large lifts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is within a reasonable walking distance of the Grotto, though some of our party needed wheel chairs which are readily available in Lourdes. The food was excellent, and the service was superb. The room was clean and tidy, and the bar was a pleasant experience, particularly sitting out on the terrace in the cool of the evening.

Went with a group and everyone enjoyed their stay. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Within walking distance to all the shops and of course the main attraction. We didn’t really use the bar space but it was clean. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel itself is in a good location and offers decent facilities. The big selling point for us was the secure bike storage. We were able to use this and a luggage storage room before/after check-in/check-out, which was much appreciated. Staff were polite and friendly at all times. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone doing a cycling holiday/trip based from Lourdes.

We just returned from Lourdes this week. Can't recommend Hotel La Solitude highly enough. The room was spotless, clean Towels every day. The room & bathroom were spotless. The staff were so helpful, & cheery when we met them on the corridor. The atmosphere of the whole place was great. I can't recommend, The Hotel Solitude highly enough. Keep up the good work

The hotel is very near the Cathedral which is why we booked here.we have arrived almost midnight as we have travelled all the way from Paris. Check in was smooth. All staff are very friendly! We are a group of 5 and are booked in a 5 person room. Nice and cozy. They even have a second shower and toilet. Small but function make it so much easier for a group of 5. Free parking is a bonus. All great.

Our visit was part of a Pilgrimage to Lourdes so a large group. Full board, breakfast , 3 course lunch and dinner, far too much. The quality of food varied from lovely traditional home cooking to disappointing pre-cooked "ready meals". Maybe less food at lunchtime with a better quality dinner time meal. We had a very pleasant stay at Eliseo. The property is very close to the sanctuary. It seemed renovated, compared to others. The beds were comfortable. We chose to park in their parking garage for a fee. It was convenient and felt safe. We will be back.

The property is really close to the Basilica entrance, even with me pushing a wheelchair it was easy. Staff at the reception especially during the day time is helpful. Gil from the restaurant was also friendly and helpful.

I came here specifically for the food. I really enjoy the seafood rice from Spain; it's delicious and comes in a generous portion. However, the language barrier is a challenge as it appears they don't speak English. FYI, they do accept card payments.

This is my third time staying, and it is still amazing, staff are very helpful, rooms are great, the hotel is very family orientated and has a kids section that my kids really enjoyed when they got up and just before bed. Booked a triple room, was clean and beds were super comfy. Location is amazing literally three minutes away from the sanctuary!! We loved our stay! It wasn't luxury but thoroughly enjoyable. Plenty of coffee and tea options with a kettle and a machine also. Ladies at reception were very helpful and help to order a taxi as we had to catch a train in the morning.

A historical hotel near the Lourdes Basilica. Daniella truly stood out during our stay. She treated the needs of guests and the hotel as if they were her own. My family and I recently stayed here and it was perfectly located to the grotto/sanctuary at Lourdes. My parents both have bad arthritis and walking can be a lot for them, and the proximity to sites was really key to our stay. The hotel is close to the sanctuary, nice size room. Miscommunication on the booked massage that never happened because they thought I was going to the spa…blackout 3 times Monday morning 3am-5am. The shuttle is a taxi that you will need to pay in cash.

Very good location to Lourdes Sanctuary. Room is spacious, good A/C, comfortable bed and badroom is good as well. The lication if my room is not comfortable as it is located at the passage area level where guest walk around and for this I cannot open my room curtain. Breakfast is ok on Monday but on Tuesday the sausage and scrambled egg were missing.

This hotel is very special in how it serves its guests. The cleanliness, food quality, staff and management are all superb. It is perfectly located just a short walk from the world renowned Lourdes grotto. A beautifully appointed old world hotel with luxury styling just steps away from the sacred places of Lourdes, France. It is a beautiful hotel from another era. Art Nouvea style. The dining room elegant and old world. It has comfy beds, great toiletries, french furniture. It is steps from the church and the procession. Parking is available, one block over in the public parking lot at 15 Euro a day. A perfect place to stay to visit Our Ladyvof Lourdes.

The location is just next to the grotto entrance. The staff, especially in reception, were extremely helpful and cheerful. They handled our requests easily and efficiently.
