We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel . The reception team and lobby gave a good first impression but then our room exceeded expectations . We had a room on the top floor with a garden view and the sea in the distance . It was so restful and calming in the room due to the simple style of decor and that windows opened . Breakfast was simple and tasty with a good enough selection . We were aware of the current work before we arrived but didn’t feel it spoiled our stay in any way . The hotel is only trying to make further improvements . We will certainly remember our stay with fondness and very much hope to return

A pool and Mediterranean gardens were a major appeal. Neither were available. Construction noise from early morning, bland breakfasts, non-helpful personnel were plentiful. Poor experience throughout. Even if internet ratings were perfect. I feel taken advantage of.

Booked garden room no garden building work view and paid extra for this room. Workmen standing outside my doors as on ground floor! Noise from above and one side poor insulation. Bathroom small and shower had a fabric curtain and small cubicle.

Wonderful stay. I arrived at reception to explain to the reception staff ( Anaeline and Madeleine) I believe their names are,that I had left my backpack on the train. Thanks to there efforts phoning and emailing I managed to retrieve said backpack the next day!! Thanks ladies

Although nicer from the outside, very much a seaside town hotel from the 1970s. Not in a bad way, but even the evening entertainment ("1980s karaoke") had all the trappings from a seaside holiday 50 years 40 years ago. The rooms were big, functional, but a bit spartan. I would come back, if I will ever be in Menton again---and hopefully the garden will not be under construction anymore.

We chose the property for the price but convenience to the train station and the town for the 1 night stay. For the cost, the value is good for the location. The rooms are comfortable enough, the bed is a bit firm, but easy enough for a quick stay. The staff were very nice and attentive, and spoke many languages to many communicating easy not speaking French. We'd stay again for a quick pass through.

Hotel us spotless, good breakfast, staff very friendly. I would stay there again. Building a pool at moment should be great when finished.

Until the phase of hotel expansion is over, I recommend no to go to this hotel (not before January 2026)

Very nice hotel with good rooms. Size is average, but comfortable. Staff is very friendly and professional, with a single exception at reception. Breakfast was very average and the management of the restaurant room quite appalling. It s a very large room with three sections, with people all over, table not always cleaned. It would have been better to cordon off some areas and guide the traffic better.
The worst thing was the current expansion work underway, which creates nuisance of course (and inevitably). But the hotel has made things worse by closing all access to the garden, which is not reasonable. It is a main attraction to come to this hotel and there was no reasons to be so strict. I recommend not to go to this hotel before January 2026 when the expansion will be over.

The hotel is clean and in a very good position. The parking lot is not included in the price, but it’s very convenient and useful (9 euros per night)
