Very well placed in center of Maribel for bars, restaurant shopping and ski area but the accommodation is practical and not cosy or romantic

Everything as described. Nice freshly renovated rooms with new appliances and furniture. Lack of heaters in ski lockers though

Amazing ski in and out chalets and amazing staff

Wow wow wow wow! Such an amazing trip that was made possible by the unbelievable stay and experience we had at Le Coucou. From the moment we arrived, to the beautiful suite, to the ski room team, to every meal and even the departure experience -- not a single detail was missed. Every team member we encountered was lovely, sincere and so helpful. We hope to come back and visit again soon as well...

We recently spent a week at Le Coucou and all I can say is wow. The hotel is cozy and inviting, the rooms are large and the staff is kind and helpful. We stayed with our 3 children and made use of every inch of the hotel! We ate at all 3 fabulous restaurants and the bar, we used the spa and gym daily, had spa treatments, and of course, we skied! We went skiing at LeCouCou in Dec. There are many great things about this hotel but also a number of disappointing things which leave us questioning if we would ever go back… Great things: - ski in / ski out & proximity to kids ski school - some fantastic staff although it’s patchy and there is an air of arrogance undeserving of the overall service quality - the ski room team are bloody fantastic...

Hotel Le CouCou is a wonderful property! The room was so spacious and comfortable and every detail wasn't missed! The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! The staff at reception and breakfast area were only ok... but the shuttle drivers were beyond kind and helpful.

Ideal location for ski up with direct access to lifts. Wellness centre was a great way to finish the day and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay

Very good location and great alpine feel to the hotel. Warm and friendly staff and nice bar. Brasserie was good. More formal restaurant needed a nicer dining feel. Also too many tables in the dining/breakfast room which made it feel a bit crowded. Overall though it was a really good hotel.

A nice hotel on a beautiful location. A bit worn out. Personel was friendly but not qualified/ experienced/trained. Swimming pool had cold water and was not extremely clean.

We are a family of 7 and stayed 4 days. We had an amazing time! The hotel has perfect location the real ski in/out. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly!! Everywhere- reception, restaurant, ski shop…you name it. Breakfast is rich and tasty- perfect.

I would advice any visitor who have back issues to stay away from this property since the beds are pretty precarious. Our bed was very soft and bounce and the mattress springs could be felt in your body and face when laying down. Everuthing else is as spected. Great location for ski in-out.

Le Kaila is certainly not the cheapest place to stay, but its location is superb, the rooms are great, the breakfasts are terrific, the staff are welcoming and efficient. The ski room staff are fabulous and access to the slopes via a private elevator sets a new standard for us. Staff were superb - especially concierge and also the ski shop staff, they really went above and beyond to ensure we had the most enjoyable experience Ski in/ Ski out is always a must for us as skier amd this hotel has a beautiful facility. Swimming pool could maybe do with being warmer but very enjoyable spa facilities as a whole

An Excellent hotel. The service from the staff is top draw and the facilities are superb with the hotel in the heart of Meribel Centre means you are close to everything . The fireplace in the room is a great addition for skiing trips. Don’t hesitate to stay

The staff are superb, friendly and very helpful. The Concierge arranged to pick us up from our AirBNB on the morning of check in, where they had our lift passes ready. The next day I lost my phone, tracked it down to one of the off piste bars, the hotel got one of their drivers to take me back to the bar (and I recovered my phone). Fantastic hotel. Stone throw away from the slopes. Lovely and warm, the bed was so comfortable! great breakfast. The turn down service every evening with a small gift was so nice. Staff were so friendly and helpful, ski books kept in the shop opposite where they would put them on and take them off for you. I can not recommend this hotel enough. Amazing stay.

They have spacious rooms with comfortable beds, balconies and amazing view. Very good breakfast, which is usually included in the room price. This hotel also arranges transfers to and from airports, which is great, because the drivers are punctual and the cars are comfortable. You can also use their jacuzzi in the afternoon. The hotel as a whole is not bad, polite staff. However there are problems with changing towels, they do not change, even if they were thrown to the floor. You need to ask the administration to do this. As well as poor soundproofing in the rooms, as there is a common door with another room. All is audible. Lovely Alpine hotel. Amazing skiing after a 24” snowfall ❄️. Rooms are small but have adequate storage allowing you to stow your bags to free up floor space. Bar, restaurant and petite dejeuner were necessary as there are few restaurants in the immediate area. The food in the restaurants was well prepared and servers attentive. Everyone working at the hotel was helpful and friendly.

Was handy to have a good lobby to get coffee and teas and to have some downtime given how small rooms are. Just returned from a family holiday week of skiing in Meribel, and cant say enough good things about Le Savoy. It’s a chic 4 star hotel right in the middle of Meribel village, probably 5min walk to the Chaudanne ski area, so almost ski in and out. Very nice restaurant with great holiday ambiance and decor, great service. The only place I can reserve direct online in Meribel. The truffle risotto is a bit lacking, no truffle at all, probably just truffle oil.

Stayed here in February for one week, fantastic location to get to the slopes as it is right across the stairs with access to the slope that leads to Chaudanne with all major meribel lifts. Very tidy rooms, great service, great bar and breakfast, especially the staff went beyond their duties to give us advice and recommendations for our birthdays. Will definitely return next year!

A one bedroom apartment fit our family of four just fine. Very close to the lifts. One advice I would offer to anyone traveling by bus from Moutiers — if you take the S64 bus, get off at Chatelet and take the funicular up to the hotel. Google Maps tells you to walk from the Chatelet up a steep hill for 800m. There is no need to do that. Google needs to fix this.

Great apartment/hotel in a prime location. Access to the slopes is super easy, 5’ walk to the restaurants and grocery shops. You also are directly at the bus stop for the free city bus taking you to different parts of Méribel. The apartment itself is really comfortable, you just need to buy all the basic necessities such as hand soap, olive oil, salt paper etc. We hope to be back!

Very good hotel! Large rooms, very nice facilities. The location is good, near the center, lots of parking on the street. Ski in-out needs some improvement, ski room needs some more benches. Other than that, it's perfect.

Very comfortable rooms. People staff was very efficient and dedicated. The ski room is comfortable and the people very helpful. The spa and massage are quality services as well. The reception makes your stay easy by managing your needs. We will surely come back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at L'Hélios! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The facilities and service were top notch and the atmosphere truly relaxing. Our only regret is that our stay wasn't longer - can't wait to return some day!

A really great hotel in a great location. Communication before we arrived was good and they managed to resolve an issue we had with a duplicate charge of a lift pass. Rooms are very good size , beds are comfortable, breakfast was plentiful. The ski hire shop was perfect on site, boots are warmed and skis are placed ready for you to clip in and go. Super location less then 200m from piste, restaurants and ski rental. Perfect appartement for a larger group and enjoyable spa with sauna's and jacuzzi. Super friendly and helpful staff, only downside is the older man running the place, he is a bit grumpy and too focussed on money instead of service.

I spent 7 nights here and the hotel is great! It's 20 metres from the slopes and has a car park too. Staff were very friendly. Me and my friends were on half-board, there's a good variety of things for breakfast and dinner options were amazing, some of the best food I've had in a hotel. Nice cozy hotel with very social bar and games area. Lovely log fire adds to the atmosphere. Hotel is perfectly located on the ski slopes for skiing to and from the door. Rooms are nice and clean, even better if you are lucky enough to get a balcony and view of the piste. The staff are all very friendly and helpful at all times. There are no TV's in the room but this is not what you are here for anyway

Views are amazing, right next to the slopes, staff were great. Food was really good, lots of choice and good quality. Hotel decor isn't that good but not bad and it was clean. Didn't like the WiFi setup, found a few people frustrated with it, not recconnceting. TV's in the rooms would be good.

Good accommodation,friendly staff of v.i.p. Ski make an enormous effort that your stay is enjoyable. Meribel is a jewel for a ski break.

Another fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, the food is amazing! Our room was warm and comfortable with amazing views and access to the balcony. The location is great for getting out onto the slopes or out for a walk. Jacks Bar next door/underneath is great too and also does great food!

Perfect location, 2 minutes from main lifts and also 2mins from pool, ice rink, bowling etc. staff are terrific. So friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet after Apres finishes in Jack’s around 8pm. Jacks also have brilliant staff , food and live bands.
