Amazing service and such a nice hotel! Staff could not be friendlier. The adjacent ski shop right on the mountain is so convenient and has everything we needed to rent or buy. This was our second time staying at Le Kaila and we look forward to returning.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Very good location. Spotlessly clean and cleaned daily by the staff. The service was exceptional. The whole staff team could not do enough for us. From putting our ski boots on and taking them off to keeping the children occupied in the pool for hours on end and cleaning our car for our return journey. Lovely looking hotel but I had some issues with it. 1) The pool spa wasn't warm enough and the sauna and steam rooms weren't turned on. 2) Our room only had a bath with shower attachment!! Beautiful hotel with great service. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. However, each room is different speaking to others who stayed. Can't get any closer to meribel ski lifts without staying on the slopes itself. Pricey, but that's just meribel. All amenities close at hand.

We were so dubious to visit after reading some of the reviews, however the accommodation was well put together comfy and warm and Extremely clean. Really quaint and well organised. Value for money. Close to everything.

We visited Meribel Mottaret in January with a rather large group. The location of the residence is fantastic, ski-in and ski-out with a grocery store nearby and a gondola down to the village. This is where we have owned a tiny apartment since 2003. Odalys manages lettings, not us, but are very helpful even though we are not part of them. Recovered my lost keys yday! Still a great pity that our lovely bar au hameau with open fireplace was wrecked by ski Republic.

Clean and well equipped apartments very close to the slopes. Lockable storage for skis and snowboards. Parking is possible on the street for free or in the garage for a fee. Beds were a little hard and the room was not spacious. Overall, perfect for wintersports of you do not have luxurious expectations.

The ski resort is very well maintained and has everything you need with the slopes literally on your front door only slight issue is the room sizes but you shouldn't be spending to much time in them anyway.

Good accommodation in excellent small resort which has several good restaurants and a good pub. Well connected to the rest of the Trois Vallees ski fields by lifts and buses.

Lovely situation with south facing balcony and easy access to lifts. Accommodation as it says in the blurb. No frills but right in the centre of the resort. Very friendly and helpful reception staff too.

Hotel owner lady can have an outdated and oversized presence at times, disturbing peace of both clients and staff. She should try to maintain a lower profile. Great breakfast with amazing quality. The hotel has direct access to the ski slopes and is less than 100m from a central lift. The hotel personnel was quite friendly and always willing to assist and support in whatever was needed, from suggesting to booking restaurants, providing transport and always checking on us.

The staff are so kind and generous. We had the Cedric grolet selection which was an amazing experience and exquisite desserts options. The manager was kind too.

The room we stayed in was really good. But sadly, the service wasn't. We had issues at dinner and with a planned kids' activity. Only after we complained twice did the manager try to fix things. But this already spoiled some of our plans. Even though the room was great, I'd say think carefully before you choose this place because of the service.

I come to this hotel every year with my family. The employees ( Valet service , reception, concierge, house keeping, restaurant, space ski ) and the service are perfect and very delicate. The employees are very nice for real and not because of professional obligations.

i love la lana but i don’t like how under 18s can’t stay at the pool after 6! I get it if they are being silly and disturbing the peace, but kicking out a peaceful teenager for doing nothing wrong is really bad!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room includes all the necessities and met our needs for two people for a week. This is a good room if you plan to explore and not spend a lot of time in the room. Expectations should be set for a 2 star hotel, room conditions and cleanliness could be better, but there is a lot of value here because the location is premium and there is a lot included in the stay.

We travelled with our two kids and it was the best place for us. The hotel is on a beginner slop which was perfect for our sun (he is 5 and was his first time). The room is too warm and can not be controlled from inside the room. If you like to sleep in a cold room, you have to keep a window open. The pros are the size and wooden decor.
