If you're looking for a simple yet clean and comfortable b&b in Metz, this is the place. The two ladies at the reception are way beyond kindness and available 24h on the phone for any question or problem. Rooms are super clean, equipped with everything you may ask in a b&b and the ambience is in typical northern France style. Last but not least: best price in Metz (if you wish to pay less you'll have...
The staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke English, French and even some German. The Hotel has a very nice location in the centre of the city. Since it is located in a busy street with many Restaurants and shops increased noise remains. This is not noticeable when the Windows are closed but too much. The rooms offer a nice ambience. The only drawback: In the bathroom, minor repairs are needed ...

Decent hotel, rooms are pretty clean and a value for the money you pay. Staff is very considerate and speak English as well. There is a breakfast buffet available, some wending machines and coffee machines. I wish they provided bath towels at least though. Bathrooms were clean but the toilets weren’t. But yeah its a shared so you shouldn’t expect sparkling clean.
Basic setup with shared showers and toilets, which were a bit grubby. Very noisy if staying towards the front of the building. Trains pass by regularly throughout the night and there were cars coming and going, some with music playing loudly. Metz Old Town is five minutes away by car and is well worth a visit. The hotel is fine for a stop off if you're ok with basic amenities and a bit of a seedy atmosphere

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The highlight of my visit was the receptionist, Lisi, who was absolutely lovely. She greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent service, and friendly staff!
Old. Very small. Ac didn’t work, light in bathroom was constantly on and couldn’t turn off.
Location is good and room size ok. However we faced 2 basic problems which any competent hotel would avoid when preparing rooms for their guests - all the toilet soap/shampoo dispensers were virtually empty and didn’t work, with staff unable to fix it. Also one of the beds didn’t have enough bedding on it, exposing the mattress.
Nice quiet room, didn't like smoke smell in lobby though, so thankful that didn't permeate rooms.
Staff friendly, good parking for six cars in the garage..rooms Adequate for one night. Good location. Breakfast was terrible, like faulty towers, one person trying to do reception, set tables, wash up and probably cook too. No plates, no cutlery, quite chaotic, not worth 12 euros..
This was fine, clean and civil with a decent breakfast. Luxury, it was not but good value and well-situated it was. It has limited parking but there is inexpensive on-street parking available close-by. It's in the city centre, with the positives and negatives of that situation, on the whole positive.

A delightful find, and finding wasn’t easy as address does not work with satnav. Beautiful lodges in wooded grounds and an excellent restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful.
This hotel was a fantastic experience! We stayed in a themed room that had all of the amenities you’d need. The grounds were well kept and peaceful and we had plenty to do including a tennis court, a spa, walking trails, oversized chess and checkers, and boats. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it!
Excellent hotel - room, restaurant, staff. Highly recommended.
Unique accommodation. Loved the lodges. Very good retaurant.
The accommodation aims to exude luxury, and although you can enjoy a good meal at the restaurant, it doesn’t quite feel like you’re in a luxury resort. The overall appearance is missing that final touch. There are many facilities, but I don’t think they’re all necessary. Invest in more cottages and make sure the basics are well taken care of.
This hotel is an oasis, set in beautiful surroundings. Excellent staff and a really good restaurant. We stayed in one of the lakeside lodges, which was quiet, comfortable and spacious

Next to train station (2 minutes ) . Close to all city attractions . Super clean and central .
Very close to the train station, clean and sanitary, satisfied 👍
The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from Metz train station, which is very suitable for people traveling by train. The hotel is not far from the Pompidou Center, but it is far from the old town of Metz, which requires a 30-minute walk. The hotel room is not small, the decoration is simple and hygienic, and it is suitable for people on business trips or traveling alone.
Very nice staff, clean and convenient location. Unfortunately the internet did not work (its worked for me everywhere in Europe yet staff said its “my fault/issue”). Due to security and metered connection it is not suitable for remote work. If you are a remote worker book at your own risk!!!
The service is good, the hotel is convenient for travel, and Metz is also great for sightseeing.
Great hotel with a perfect location - just a short walk from the train and bus stations, and within easy reach of several museums and the city center. They also offer a convenient baggage storage service, making it easy to explore Metz until your train arrives. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

A hotel in a great location for walking the dog (cost €5.00 per dog). The rooms were solid and clean. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't really work, so it was very hot in the room.
Free parking, all other mediocore
Place was ok for a stop over after a long drive but room was very basic and when I came to leave as I was unable to speak to anyone at reception as there was only one girl by herself who was very busy. It is what it is. Nothing more.
