A good hotel, everything in order from the reception to the parking and the breakfast. The bar/restaurant is OK, not too pricy and I would consider going here again if I am on the road. It's a nice, quiet corner of Metz, just a short distance from the centre.

We recently stayed here, and the hotel has been renovated to a high standard. Great beds, handsome decor, and friendly staff. Would stay here again.

This hotel is located in a great location to the town centre but in quiet area. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout out stay, always willing to help and provide assistance if required. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

A one night stay. Good comfortable room. Great shower. The rooms would benefit from a little updating but they're otherwise good and I had a good sleep. The hotel is midway between the old town and the railway station, 5 minutes either way. Seems popular for business folk.

This is a wonderful hotel - newly renovated, very nice and helpful staff, delicious buffet breakfast and convenient restaurant with great food. It's a very short walk from the station, and all the main sights in the town center are walkable. Parking is very reasonable and on-site at the rear of the hotel.

Spent a night here during long journey and felt totally happy. Bedroom comfortable and clean, but also very quiet. Reception very courteous and helpful. Restaurant good with friendly staff, rich and varied breakfast. In particular, the chairs in the restaurant are the most welcoming chairs I've ever experienced! Kick back, relax and enjoy your evening. A definite repeat.

We checked in to this hotel as a part of a bigger group on a European tour. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Toilets are separate from shower. Towels and toiletries were provided. The sleep was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with an excellent spread. The staff were really friendly and helpful - even lent us plug converter for use. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

A nice overnight stay in a large room with separate toilet and very hot shower. The bed was very very comfortable. A nightingale sang in Berkley Square and he also came on his holidays and sang outside of our room. Wonderful and fascinating. My wife even recorded the song. I enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Please know your basic French. This is not Paris where most accommodate English speakers. I read the views that were mentioned clean, which is why I chose this hotel. Unfortunately I got given a room which was opposite from clean. So much stains on the floor. The bathroom was stained. Very convenient location in City Centre. New eurostyle hotel with comfortable standard rooms. Big double beds and very decent bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast is a highlight and excellent value. This was the ideal hotel for a stay in Metz. It's situated close to both the station and the old town, nice rooms with great shower, good breakfast, friendly staff. And the Pompidou museum is just a stroll away, with a couple of very pleasant restaurants nearby. Easy, affordable trip to Nancy with the train (30 mins). Also Paris, Luxembourg and Saarbrucken possible...

Great experience, comfortable rooms, clean, and stocked well... although the check-in process seemed a little odd. There's no official "desk" to check in at. It's a cruiser table with a laptop behind a wall at which no one was there to greet. I also understand the current climate we're in with COVID/staffing/business condition... Otherwise it would have been a 5-star.

I am staying in this hotel now for two weeks and to be honest I am very happy with my choice. The hotel is situated close to the train station, and by foot you are within 10 minutes in the city center. Close to the hotel you can park for free from 19:00. The reception is open 24 hours and they are always friendly and English speaking as well. The rooms are renovated, clean, spacious and good looking...

Overall stay was good since the room is quite big and it has an excellent location. Employees are really friendly. Suggestion is to place at least 2 water bottles and not just one for a couple room. Breakfast is okay but would be nicer if it has more variety to offer. But the price is nice, you just need to book beforehand.

Friendly, efficient and helpful check in. Good choice of continental breakfast. Within few minutes walk of all main places of interest. Quiet rooms. Car parking within 2 mins walk. Recommended.

A beautiful cathedral in the center of metz. As usual the entrence ist free of charge and even during COVID we were able to roam around fairly freely.

We have used this hotel numerous times over the last few years but it's looking a little bit shabby and tired, there was no liquid soap in either of the dispensers,no hangers and a bulb not working in bedside lamp. More care and attention required. However it's a good location and the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent location for the food market, Christmas markets, shops and restaurants and the Cite Musicale (Arsenale). Very helpful staff. Bar open until 2am. Great wifi connection for working on laptop. Adjustable heating in room, as it was very cold outside. Local specialities at breakfast.

This Hotel is an very old building and has his own Charme. The room was okay, not high class but much more modern than the hotel itself. The price is okay.

Good location , in the center of the town , private parking for 8 eur/night Clean and cozy rooms , well isolated. Quality products for breakfast. First day I even had frozen yoghurt at breakfast. Helpful staff.

The location is great, and the rooms very quiet (especially considering that you're opposite central station). The personel is very friendly, and the breakfast simple but good. Nice beds.

Good rooms in a nice old building. Some sound leakage, living area nice bathrooms dated. Very small elevator, had to take wheels off the carriage to get in.

Great hotel for the price and location. Paid garage parking is an option, or you can just street park like we did if only one night.

An old hotel close to the centre of Metz and the train station. Positive points include an excellent breakfast and the possibility for secure car parking close to the hotel. The rooms were clean and of decent standard, but a tiny bit worn. The only minus was the lack of air conditioning, as the rooms get very hot even with moderate summer temperatures outside.

We made a stopover here heading from England to Italy and again on return. The hotel is quite small (boutique, I would say) but perfectly adequate. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was enjoyable (really nice coffee) and was very timely, as we were a bit rushed for morning departures. The staff were excellent. Parking is an issue. Stayed overnight with national holidays. The staff were friendly. Room clean and tidy. The bed was really comfy and the breakfast was good. Overall a excellent hotel. I would stay there again.

The hotel is located in walking distance from the train station (ten minutes) and the city centre (twenty minutes). The room was nice, the mattress was very comfortable. There could have been more light in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good (great bread and coffee).

Hotel is on the older end which is expected when booking. However, our bathroom had an odd smell at times due to the age of the plumbing. There are two doors separating the room from the bathroom so while sleeping you don't smell it. But it is unpleasant when it is strong. Beautiful view of the cathedral. Be aware there is no lift and the area can be quite noisy at night though.

Nice hotel, even the front side is quiet at weekend nights thanks to decent windows. View is obviously nice, but I don’t understand why Metz made the area around the church a %#*$& parking area for $*&%@ cars and not something nice.
