citizenM Paris La Defense

I have recently stayed in the citizen during my business trip and I was very positively surprised. The hotel is small in comparison with the neighbouring towers, but it's very cozy and laid back. The room was also on the tiny side, but it had everything I needed and was very clean. Breakfast was decent, different options available, I enjoyed a very good tea selection. But what made the stay the most pleasant was wonderful staff, available 24/7 and always super nice, polite, helpful and positive. Thumbs up, citizen, for hiring the best people for the job.

Although the rooms are not big, they are very clean and have everything you need. So a complete and cozy hotel with good breakfast, nice hotelbar and places to sit for relaxing. Most rooms have very nice views without any extra costs. For the location in the middle of La Defense really affordable.

I’m so glad that I picked this hotel out of so many choices. Everything was so perfect, the people, vibes, the room, the bed, the view and so much more… out of which I really wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to two incredible staff members who truly went above and beyond during my stay here - Jason and Vicky, who worked for boxing day’s afternoon/ evening shift.

After a truly traumatic event I had over my day out, Jason and Vicky showed such genuine care and kindness, making me feel really supported when I needed it most. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated their kindness and empathy, and will never forget the sense of security they have provided to me.

Jason and Vicky, thank you again for making my stay so much more than just a place to rest - both of you truly made it a memorable and positive experience. This cup of milk is the warmest I have ever had.

To the Hotel Management, thanks for getting your guests such fantastic crews. These special two are real gems to the hotel and do consider give them a raise / bonus!! ;)

I really enjoyed my stay at CitizenM Hotel Paris! They offered a really nice room at an incredible rate and were beyond great to work with. From the moment of check-in, the staff were very friendly, attentive, and informative. As I roamed the city and returned, they noticed small things like me having full hands so they'd pause their work and get the elevator for me.

Additionally, the hotel offers a great selection of food, drinks, and snacks for when you want to chill and relax inside for a bit. Finally, I want to give a shout-out to Nicolas for the outstanding service provided to me on my final day. I needed some additional time to pack and he was super chill about the whole thing. I got downstairs and he helped me to get lunch, stored my bags for me, and told me to make myself at home until I was going to leave for my flight. He was very personal and offered a level of customer service that I'll always remember. I can't forget to mention the cool technology system they're using, you can literally control your entire stay from the tablet in your room. I used the tablet to control my lights, adjust the blinds, order food, adjust the room's climate, and to adjust the TV. If and when I return to Paris, I'll be staying at CitizenM Hotel once again. Epic! It’s difficult to fill in such a proscribed Google review (poor platform I guess!). I can honestly say that I’ve stayed here on numerous occasions with family and friends for business and pleasure and found all parts of the experience to be exceptional. The strongest point that I’d like to pick out is the team who work there - welcoming, friendly, sociable. They smile, laugh and you always feel like they have your back. This is primarily a credit to each individual, but obviously reflects well on this hotel too. The photos others have posted speak for themselves, the fact I’d happily buy a drink for every member of staff here is what should be important. Nick was there to welcome us and to say goodbye, but it almost feels wrong to pick out any individual - they all seemed to be bringing their A game to the fiesta. I’ll be back - soon! Also ideally positioned for any event in the stadium / arena. 👌

A really funky little hotel. All the staff are helpful and friendly and speak several languages. The rooms are small but adequate. Everything is operated via an i-Pad (TV, blinds, lights, aircon). Has a great restaurant/bar/lounge area where everybody hangs out. Very close to train stations and the CNIT. Massive mall with plenty shops close by.

I had an incredible experience at the hotel thanks to Nicholas. When I encountered an issue with my room, he went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and professionally. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly saved the day. Nicholas's outstanding service made my stay unforgettable, and I can't thank him enough!

Great location, lovely Staff and comfy rooms.

Love Citizen M hotels and have stayed in a few. Honestly can’t fault them. This one was no exception, literally oppposite La Defense Arena and minutes walk from metro.

Great communal area too with a microwave you can use plus a bar and restaurant.

As a wheelchair user, it’s perfect and fully accessible.

Staff was great, very clean and comfortable. Nice views, good location in La Defence. Breakfast was also nice and convenient (18 euro) regarding prices in Paris.
I loved the high tech experience. Strongly recommended and definitely would come back.

Very modern, stylish and new. Lot of cool features like a tablet to control everything in the room however tech doesn't always work so most of the TV channels don't work because they are controlled by the tablet. Staff are friendly, breakfast was very nice and if you need to stay in La Defence or Nanterre it's a good hotel.
