Molitor is a nice hotel with a lot to offer, though it’s located a bit outside the city center. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as we had hoped.
On the downside, compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe, the service wasn’t as accommodating. My wife’s hair iron stopped working, and while another hotel was able to provide a replacement when we had a similar issue, this hotel didn’t seem to care. It’s those small details that can make a big difference in guest experience. Overall, a nice stay, but the level of service could be improved.

It is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located and in a safe area. The room was well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the HVAC; getting the room to cool during the evening proved difficult.

My family stayed at Molitor Hotel back in July for 5 days and I have to say it was one of the nicest hotels and experiences that we’ve had. The customer service was top notch. We arrived early and they took care of us as we few in on a red eye and were all exhausted from the flight. Once our room was ready we walked in and it was decorated with balloons and confetti and a poster cheering on my son and wishing him luck on his tournament we were attending in Slovenia. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. We were comfortable in our rooms and the gym was great. We loved waking up every morning to go work out and sauna then head to the dining area for breakfast. The kids loved the outdoor pool.

This was our first visit to this lovely hotel. We were served at the restaurant by the pool by the lovely Aurole and Emeline. They recommended drinks to order from their menu which was delicious. The latte and iced latte was tasty- not to sweet or bitter. We also got the chocolate cake which was tasty. I hope to come to this hotel again to use the lovely spa facilities.

2 adults and 3 children for 5 nights in a family room. Excellent location and an outstanding pool. The staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful, and very courteous. The facilities were wonderful and the food was lovely. When my reservation with a very well-known online reservation site could not be processed for technical reasons, and the site were unable to help in any way, the hotel's reservation department were outstandingly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless process. A great stay from the slightly rocky start to a wonderful and relaxed finish.

This hotel is beautifully situated outside the hustle and bustle of central Paris in one of the most desired postcodes. I stayed here for 3 days for work and was able to use the conference facilities as well. The hotel is fresh and airy, stylishly French with a nod to Miami art-deco. The outdoor pool is legendary and featured in films like The Life of Pi. I unfortunately didn't get to use the spa facilities but I'd have no doubt anything Clarin's is going to be great. The breakfasts were regal and staff very pleasant. The rooftop is beautiful and offers a great view of the city. Loved it!

I had a good weekend with my children at the Molitor Hotel. Unfortunately, we were billed (and automatically charged) for drinks and a dinner that we did not have. This was communicated to the concierge upon our departure. Since then, 3 emails and 2 phone calls, and still no response or refund from the hotel. Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this standing.

The entire staff was so helpful and professional. Lots of great amenities at this hotel, including the pool, full size gym, and all amenities of the club. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and filled us up almost until the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this place. The location was the only drawback, since it was about 15 to 20 minutes to the city center. We would usually stay out all day then come back

Restaurant and bar: that’s where there is a major problem. The club restaurant is not well serviced. Dirty tables for a long time. Limited choices of drinks. Almost self service. The main restaurant lacks personality. Again very limited choices. Only a few seats at the bar.
The hotel lacks a good bar. Especially for the price you pay.

We had an amazing weekend stay at Molitor with my family and friends to celebrate my child’s birthday in Paris. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms are very comfortable and the chic ambiance of the hotel were beyond our expectations. We used the pool and wellness facilities with our children, and the foosball table was a delight. We even visited an art exhibition right in the hotel which was very cool. It must be mentioned that one of the main reasons we all had a memorable stay at Molitor was our magnificent concierge Evita! Evita was wonderful to check in regularly on our group, explaining interesting details about the hotel’s history, and ensured we had the best stay and visit to Paris possible. We thank her and the whole team greatly!!
