Was our first time visiting Nîmes and we booked here on the off chance. The hotel was super cute and Marc on reception was so friendly and welcoming, he recommended some places we should visit before we moved on to the rest of France. The room itself was clean and quaint, the bathroom tiles were so cute and HAD to feature on my Instagram story. The location is good and everything is a short walk away...

Reaaally nice people, near the town center. The place is nice but rooms abd mattress are a bit old.

The hostel is well located near the old city (10 minutes by foot). Hosts are very kind and room are clean. There is a parking (with extra fee) wich is very convenient. Breakfast is good, with plenty of organic food. I Spent a nice stay and will be glad to come back again.

Staff very friendly and accommodating; always eager to please. Room kept clean everyday. Clean and updated hotel and rooms. Comfortable beds. View onto a small street. Close to a discount grocery. In the heart of the old city. AC not very powerful. No free overnight parking.

Nearly excellent but a few little tweaks needed I really liked my room - it had a sofa for me to munch away on snacks as I watched the TV. Could have done with a mini fridge, but it did have a small safe and extra pillows. It was also clean and had enough soap and towels. Nîmes is small so the hotel is close to the tourist bit and across the road from a carrefour. It is getting a weee bit away...

Great location beside the Iglese de Sainte Baudie. Parking was about a 3 minute walk away underground. The only problem was the reception person did not speak English and I did not speak French, but maybe that was to be expected :-). Easy 8 minute walk to the Arena and the Maison Carree Temple. No other issues. Clean room and nice amenities

Location is difficult to locate.

Odd experience, mid rate hotel but not cheap, plus €15 for our dog, restaurant only open mon to Friday, we arrived sat, couple eating in there bit told closed ? Bar and reception big hit and miss but what baffled us was the barman not only closed the bar on a Saturday night at 8.45 pm but also locked the front doors etc, lucky our dog can hold it, we were also woke up at 12.45 am by really loud guests...

I stayed at this hotel last night and was bitterly disappointed. Upon arrival, I was given room no 1, a smallish room at the end of a long corridor reached via some ancient (though beautiful) steepish staircase. The WC played up and upon pointing this out, the Owner eventually, though unsuccessfully, attempted to fix it. Following a very tiring and long drive from the South of Spain, all I wanted...

We stayed here on our way through and regretted that we only stayed 2 nights. Friendly people, great food and the hotel makes you feel at home. Thank you for your hospitality!

Not a bad hotel, and good prices. Walls are paper thin though so can hear all conversation through the walls but otherwise not too bad and well located next to the station

I loved my staying at this hotel . Very good location. Walking distance from all major attractions and activities in the city, it’s located just across the street from train station. Costumer service was great, everyone went out of them way to help and provided information about the town. My room was great for the price I paid. I’ll definitely stay there again if I’m around:-)

Although 2 star rated, clean, fair and staff pleasant. My definite recommendation. In 2 a.m. the receptionist was awak (unlikensome better rated hotels) and let us in.

We got off the train late, 45 minutes walk, very tired, the hotel is hard to find, and there is no separate toilet, the bed is a bit hard, the toilet is a bit small, I can't find the hairdryer, but the price is cheap.

This place is not fancy. But it is perfectly nice and comfortable and clean. And the gentleman who runs this hotel is an absolute angel! Very cooperative and helpful and coureous even though we had to call his emergency number and get him back to the hotel late at night. Yikes. Parking there is a challenge but ultimately manageable. And the location is definitely within walking distance of the arena...

Wonderful friendly service! The room is clean and large, the bath nice and bright. Hôtel des Tuileries is very convenient to the sights and services in Nimes. I couldn't be more pleased.

We had a good stay at this hotel for several nights recently. The good points outweigh a few bad points luckily. The bad points are the street it is on is rather run down and sketchy, but even walking at night we felt pretty safe. The room was bright and kitschy but could really use a freshening up, its beginning to look a bit shabby. Our balcony was heavily soiled with pigeon poop so no sitting outside...

The owners are very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and there was nothing wrong with the plumbing, as someone mentioned in an earlier post. Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to visit and local restaurants from fast food to high end cuisine. A lovely town and a lovely hotel.

The hotel is right next to the number 7 bus stop which goes straight to the centre, with buses every 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and professional. There is a decent pool open from 8am - 8pm which has a good amount of sunbeds. The beds were very comfortable and the air con in the rooms worked well. We didn't eat at the hotel but there are a number of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance...

On arrival, although the staff at reception were pleasant, they seemed to be disinterested in helping or assisting us. Newly renovated hotel with a nice bed and excellent breakfast. Right along the highway, so nice if you are passing through.

Excellent place to stay. I had a comfortable room with a very well equipped compact kitchen. Everything was very clean. The reception staff are helpful, luggage storage is free and there's a (paid) washing machine and dryer available. The hotel is directly behind the main railway station, about 5-10min walk from the arena. To get to the city you just walk through the station. I had no safety concerns...

Great place to stay right beside the train station which leads to the main area of Nimes. Staff were very helpful and courteous. It’s very quite if a little basic but for the price it’s worth it.

The location is very convenient, just south of the train station. The entrance is small, so the drive is a bit long. There's a Carrefour downstairs, making breakfast very convenient. There's a free water dispenser next to the elevator on the first floor. The front desk closes after 10 PM, so a code is required for entry. The hotel is a very good budget hotel. The hotel offers a good breakfast with fantastic yogurt. The room is equipped with a decent kitchen to cook breakfast if yoghurt in a paper recyclable container is not your thing. Great hotel. Professional reception staff, big room with kitchen and excellent shower. For a bonus there is a laundry that you can pay by card. Nice food at Thai place close by. One minute from station, 15 from the arena.

We stayed here for one night with our baby and thankfully the bad reviews were not true in our case. The room was very clean and everything else was of a good quality as one expects from these hotels.

This is by far the best overseas hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything feels newly updated and modern. So clean — truly spotless! The restrooms especially were immaculate, which left me genuinely impressed. A wonderful stay from start to finish!

Rooms very clean. However, very battered (smashed edges on bathroom doors, clear evidence on room door of somebody trying to break in), and an occasional smell of faeces (due to, according to the receptionist, the pipes). Very positive experience. Nice welcome with plenty of parking. Rooms were really spacious and clean and slightly better than other chain hotels. Breakfast looked really good even though we didn’t use but good selection and nice restaurant. Restaurants close by and I would definitely use again and would recommend.

I liked everything except that the room was wxtremeky small. We were 3 and a dog and we could hardly move in the room. It was only one night stop in a longer car drive, so it was ok. But for a longer stay it would have been too inconvinient. But I can recommend it because it was very clean, personnel was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

perfect for a short stay and located near the main road, with very good restaurants nearby and if you include the hotel breakfast it is also very good

The staff are outstanding, really helpful and with a smile. Breakfasts are great value. 10 minute walk to colluseum. Lots of good value eateries within 15 minute walk. there is a self service launderette 5 minutes away along with small supermarket. Buses and trams stop outside the hotel. In town behind the railway station you can get buses to Avignon or Arles for 2 euro each way

Fantastic value for money in this spotless budget hotel. Walkable to main square, good parking within 100 metres. Everything you could want in a hotel, barring fridge and kettle.

Hotel close to the center. It's a shame there's a charge for parking, but there's free outdoor parking. The room is clean and very comfortable! I recommend it for the price.

We made our reservation in advance to be sure of our establishment and its associated services... When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised, because we were upgraded (king-size bed and Nespresso coffee machine with kettle). Our room was very nice, because it was renovated, with parquet flooring and air-conditioned... with a large insect under the table (a small oversight by the housekeeper perhaps...

Hello, unfortunately the hotel did not meet expectations. Rooms small and not renovated for a long time, big problem with English at the reception, coffee machine does not work, parking tiny and payable 5 EUR. The hotel is absolutely not worth its price. At most 40 EUR per night for two people

Price is quite reasonable with quality breakfast and facilities. Location is good with Aldi and Lidl nearby. Free parking

The location of the hotel is a little way from the urban area, and the supermarket is also far away, but the price is very high. The room is quite big, with a kettle, it is more convenient to drink hot water.
