Very fancy address, wonderful "jewelry box" in the sense of the inside design & architecture (great taste for design, furniture, extremely elegant). However poor service for a 5 star hotel (the staff sounds unmanaged, disorganized, spread attention, despite their willingness to make admirable efforts). Wonderful experience! Everything from 5 stars 🌟, little touches like glasses of champagne, strawberry cake... when both the outdoor and indoor pools are great. Inflated staff, they are very caring.

Excellent stay. This hotel makes it easy for everyone. Wonderful welcome, impeccable room service, wonderful food, perfect spa duet massage! We'll get back to this! The bartender's signature fruit cocktails are a delight. The kindness, helpfulness of the staff really makes this hotel a charm.

Hotel quite rundown and a bit shabby. Could do with some renovation and freshen up. Only met one member of staff when we asked for a kettle for the room and he was very helpful.

The staff was friendly enough. The beds were fine, clean enough, not super clean though. Everything did what it should do but I could see myself getting annoyed by some defects in the rooms if I stayed there longer than 1 night. There was plenty of room though!

The stay was fine, unless you consider the total lack of the air conditioning advertised. When I arrived, I found that the air conditioning had been shut off for the season--of course, without notice to me. I would not have booked this stay if I had known the true situation. Two small fans were provided, but it made my stay unpleasant.

The bed and the comfortable are really comfortable. There is a kitchenette and utensils included in each room. I only give this hotel a 3stars since the hallways smell like cigarratte although there was signs of "No smoking" and smoking is prohibited at the hotel. Also beware if you go out or come back to the hotel after 9pm. Ther outside of the hotel seems to be a homeless sleeping spot.

What a great place to stay: gorgeous building, welcoming atmosphere, clean, good beds, hospital employees providing the wanted service/support exactly good (not too much, no too little), car parking around the corner, train station around the corner, great view from the room, good price/quality...I only regret that I couldn't stay another night

An unbelievable product that the hotel offers, for such a reasonable price. The hotel faces one of the cities best sites. The rooms are comfortable, ours came with a great view. This apartment has everything you need. Immaculately clean. Breakfast is very good but expensive if not included in your holiday deal. If you want clean towels, beds making up or changing, coffee maker etc. Check the cost, you are charged extra for everything.

This is a place to visit and stay in the warmer months, or when there is much more sun. The indoor lighting is bare so colder months can be difficult to see. Service is with a smile and friendly. The stay here is about being around and in French vintage rather than the amenities. Location is decent to main area and other tourist areas of Nimes

A truly exceptional hotel. Needless to say that the decor is one of a kind. Hard to believe when actually being there that this is a hotel and not a museum. But besides the splendor of the place, the staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. With ample experiences in "5 star hotels", I am not one to easily give such a glowing review, but this place truly deserves it.

What a wonderful hotel, we only had one night here but a beautifully finished hotel and absolutely spotless. We will be back.

The place is absolutely beautiful and rich with history. The staff is great, they are interested in their guests and helped us make our stay as good as possible. The spa treatments were excellent, we will definitely be returning to Jardins Secrets next time we're in Nimes!

The staff was nice, but the rooms are really old and the AC wasn't enough to cool down the room for 2 people. It has parking. I would recommend this hotel if you are in a road trip, but for the price I expected more

We had reservations and arrived at 8h20pm, the reception manager (who wearing with suit) wasn't giving enough effort to be nice and professional attitude, He lead us a unprepared table with missing chair, glasses. We are so disappointed for appetizer, food is so bland missing the spices and seasoning. Pretty much UNSATISFIED EXPERIENCE Compare with 4 month ago.

The staff are overly familiar. One of the lift-boys addressed me as "George Foreman ",which is not my name and,even had it been, surely " Mr Foreman "would have been more appropriate ?

Not a "Grand" Hotel at all. Service was ok. General decor weird and tired. Restaurant below average for France. The kitchen was leaking smoke smelling of burnt fat into the restaurant area and also the front entrance. Good enough for a stopover if there are no other choices. It's in a mall area that was desolate at night, but also convenient to highway.

Overall it was OK but let down by the bathroom which had a broken shower, broken shower tray and stained skirting boards, such easy things to fix and let down the hotel. It is well located for the city and the interior is lovely and staff very welcoming

Good location! Under 10 minutes walk to the Arena. The downsides are that there is no parking (closest is the garage under the mall which is €15.80 for 12-24 hours) and the open courtyard means it's noisy. The bed was comfortable, and the check in staff was courteous. Just bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Really nice, individually-styled boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The gastronomic restaurant is not cheap but if you want a unique (Michelin-starred) experience it does not disappoint!

An exceptional place, a tastefully decorated room, upon our arrival we felt in a cocoon of well-being, quality bedding which allowed us to spend a more than pleasant night. Impeccable cleanliness, a set of quality products offered for the stay ... what can I say except that it was an unforgettable stay !! Thank you to all the staff for their kindness and kindness.

Release from confinement requires, we celebrate this moment with friends who are dear to us in this restaurant. Everything here is in refinement and softness. I really enjoyed letting myself be guided for this meal full of discoveries and very well structured. A real pleasure.

Good place to stay parking available. Close to railway station short walk to monuments. Short walk to restaurants in centre. room was small as normal but very very clean hot water kettle made available on request helpful staff - thanks sadly the shower is extremely small

The bed sheets were clean but the room would need some more regular cleaning, especially with a vacuum cleaner. There was a lot of dust in the room. The bathroom is very small, especially the shower where I could barely move (and I am not a big man). The people at the reception desk were nice.
