The L'Imperator is centrally located in a nice neighborhood. Its facilities are magnificent and clean. Our room was made spotless each day for 6 days. The food at both restaurants are simply the best. The concierges were wonderful and the front door men were great. It was so easy to drive in and out and have them park and retrieve it for us.

Environment: The environment is quiet and the location is good. It takes only ten minutes to get there after getting off the highway. The yard is quite large, there are many parking spaces and free parking. It is convenient to eat, there is a restaurant next to the hotel

We stopped off for two nights on the way home from holidays in the south. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to the highway, although it is located in a kind of industrial estate you can easily forget this once inside the lovely hotel ....lovely pool and garden sitting area. The hotel is accessed from a small road off the highway. The gardens and pool are beautiful. There's no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs was a bit of a hassle. The room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There's no refrigerator, but you can get ice and water in the restaurant. The breakfast was quite generous, and the staff were very friendly.

I was desperately ill while staying at L’Orangerie, but the staff and hotel were perfect. Staff were always helpful and kind, and L’Orangerie is a comfortable and very pleasant place to stay!

We were also offered diner outside but were surprised about the bad price quality: price was 35€ pp for a menu with primary course rice with a small piece of duck meat and no vegetables, value not even 18€. This is a place to visit and stay in the warmer months, or when there is much more sun. The indoor lighting is bare so colder months can be difficult to see. Service is with a smile and friendly. Agreeable staff ,many spoke English. Very relaxing stay before my hospital stay. Good location for hospital visits or a quiet place to stay when visiting Nîmes. The only negative was our shower grout was dirty. We also ate there and the food was very good.

With breakfast, there was nobody to bake the eggs. In the toilet the cover from the air extraction on the ceiling was very dusty (not clean), also a lot of stains present on the carpet and seat against the bed. (suite Diana)

Very well located city centre hotel. 2 minutes walk to the SNCF railway station. Trains to numerous destinations including Belgium, and Spain, and of course all over France. Pleasant staff and great breakfast buffet. Rooms in the "Budget" side are basic but then that's what you pay for. Our room was on the top floor, had a great view and was quiet.

The staff are overly familiar. One of the lift-boys addressed me as "George Foreman ",which is not my name and,even had it been, surely " Mr Foreman "would have been more appropriate ?

Not a "Grand" Hotel at all. Service was ok. General decor weird and tired. Restaurant below average for France. The kitchen was leaking smoke smelling of burnt fat into the restaurant area and also the front entrance. Good enough for a stopover if there are no other choices. It's in a mall area that was desolate at night, but also convenient to highway.

Beautiful historical common areas and large comfortable room. Bathroom is stylishly renovated but could be more practical - basin spout is too short for the stylish basin, and only having an option of a hand held shower nozzle was disappointing. Nevertheless it was a lovely place to stay.

From my arrival, throughout my stay, and sad departure, everything at the hotel surpassed my expectations.

Hardly a 4 star hotel A well situated hotel without parking or indeed a drop off zone. Very nice and charming building, but cheap decor and cheap furniture offsets the charm. Asked for towels, received non. The bar serves beer or vine by the bottle only. Poor breakfast. Would not go back.

The only true positive...it is very well located in the city center. That being said, the city is not large so everything is walkable. The rest was not great. We stayed for 2 nights and booked the suite. It was large with high ceilings but that made it very hot in the room. We asked for fans twice but never got them. The blackout curtains didn't blackout anything so the heat streamed in all day...

The hotel is very well located for those wishing to stop off in Nîmes. Both close to the motorway exit and close to the city center (the Musée de la Romanitude is 10 minutes by car) it offers sufficient comfort for a night's stopover. Too bad there is no kettle to make a hot drink. Be careful, the hotel parking lot fills up quickly.

We crashed there late at night after a show in Les Arènes and they were quite helpful as they had a room for us. We didn't stay long and didn't try the breakfast. An exceptional auberge. A short drive from the Nimes town center, Mas de Bourdan is a small, beautifully-appointed garden hotel, coupled with a bistro and a fine dining restaurant, both offering outstanding French cuisine (not listing vegetarian dishes, but the chef produced excellent options). The facility, in a 17th-Century structure, is outstanding; staff truly aim to please.

It‘s a beautiful little hotel with comfort and Charme. The rooms are very nice, well equipped and modern. The staff is just extraordinary. Really nice, individually-styled boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The gastronomic restaurant is not cheap but if you want a unique (Michelin-starred) experience it does not disappoint!

What a wonderful little hotel. There is so much coziness around that you will feel home right away. Unfortunately I had not the time to test the restaurant but will back soon. The rooms are nicely decorated and include a very comfortable bed and all the accessories needed.

There was no hairdryer in the hotel room. I found out when I returned to the hotel in the evening. The front desk staff said that a tenant had borrowed the hairdryer and had not returned it. Since it was past 11 o'clock, they could not call to find the hairdryer. I went to the front desk at 10 a.m. the next day to borrow a hairdryer, but there was still no hair dryer.

You now what you get when booking an Ibis: minimum standard in everything! Only exception: the very friendly and helpful receptionist. She recommended us restaurant and sights! Parking is 10 Euro per day and close by.

It's very close to the station. I arrived at night and left early in the morning, so I just slept there but there was a bathtub. The bathtub wasn't the type that you could fill with hot water, so I had to be creative and fill it up. There was an electric kettle, which was convenient. They also provided snacks. I wasn't able to use them at the time, but there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby...

We chose it for its location and private parking. Our room on the 1st floor was quiet. Its equipment poses problems, capricious TV, emergency kettle and random heating with complex operation. Characterful small central hotel We enjoyed our stay in this old but sympathetcally modernised building. It's very central, as the name suggests, and only a short, pleasant, walk from the station. Friendly and helpful people, not a bad breakfast. Spotlessly clean, if slightly faded and no lift but that goes with the building. Good value for what and where it is, we will probably stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here other than being on the top floor with no lift. Also we were persuaded to have breakfast and that there was gluten free corn bread, this was a lie, so i was very overcharged for my breakfast and annoying given that there was a gluten free cafe in the area.
