The hotel is nicely situated in the center at a close proximity to everything.
The room was nice and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy.
The entrance of the hotel is a little creepy, and the stairs are rather small and uneven but once you get to the room you forget about that.
Overall good stay for a night or two.

It was a good place that was close to the Christmas markets. No nonsense clean room, with big beds.
Didn't try the continental breakfast but enjoyed our weekend in Rennes at Christmas.

If you love your breakfast this is the hotel for you ! 4 different home made cakes, 8 types of leaf tea, as many flavours of jam, breads, pastries,.....this is one reason to love independent hotels.

We came from Canada to discover Rennes but this is a so call hotel.
Weird environnement.
Camera system INSIDE the room.
Staff (receptionist) is not welcoming and Rude. I’ve asked him why there is camera in the room, he mentioned that it’s for security, and it should not bother us as it’s turn off when the room is occupied ( not even sure, as a weird light is going on and off). My husband and I tried in so many ways to explain why we don’t feel comfortable with the camera inside, but he aggressively responded: I don’t like dealing with people like you (not sure if he said it because we are black or not), but he end up proposing reimbursement.
We took our money and left.
STAY AWAY, Otherwise you are being watch in your privacy.

It's nice place for the price. I recommend for short stay. Like weekend. Only thing is you always have the noise from the street vehicles.

Exceptionally unfriendly place: the receptionist asked me to pay upfront (in spite of my confirmed reservation), and when I politely requested to see the room first, he repeatedly accused me of lacking confidence, of insulting the hotel and other things. So I decided NOT to stay and told them so. The result: the hotel reported me as NO SHOW, probably hoping to still get some money from me. Now you have been warned !

I stayed at this place for one night and as a small budget hotel I found it very good with clean and beautiful room. Staff was helpful and asked me for all of my requirements. Just a small problem I faced was noises from other rooms and hotel lobby. But according to the price, it was a good option and located very close to city centre.
