This is the best hotel I've ever been with my kids. Room 201 and 202 were given to us, and we were able to be close to our kids but not too close of you know what I mean ;) plus a single external door controlled by our keys making it de facto a big apartment. Hotel located right next to the Train station, so very handy and best one for travelers that need to take the train the next morning, the room is big enough and clean, same for the bathroom , the staff always nice. Cons: -No USB outlet -It was $20 cheaper last year at the same time, but still cheap for what you get!

Very handy location, good parking and staff very kindly managed our late arrival by ensuring we sat down for dinner BEFORE doing our check in. Very considerate! Room was very compact but everything was there and it was nice and quiet.

One of the shortest hotel stay ever. I arrived the hotel past 11pm and then next day morning checked out at 630am. I would say this hotel in terms of convenience ticks the boxes. I took the bus from the airport and the bus stop I alighted is just a short walk to the hotel, so its quite easy to get to and fro the airport from this hotel. You can't beat this hotel for location or breakfast. The rooms were large and comfortable but if you drive a car bigger than a shoebox, don't park in the underground parking lot. You'll have a nightmare trying to navigate the bends into and out of the parking lot. I had enough after a day so I parked down the street in the shopping mall.

Very nice, inexpensive hotel. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. As was the bed. My windows faced the street, but it was very quiet. The shower was very good too. Location is perfect for exploring the centre of Rennes on foot. Will definitely stay there again.

Uphill small and cute hotel. Excellent location if your office view is in the university campus. Underestimate the hills and be confronted with too bold a behaviour the next day. The hotel is very well located near the city centre. Staff was very kind and attentive. Rooms were clean, although a bit small, but it is a good choice for a short stay in Rennes. The only problem for summer holidays is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Our room had the windows locked, so we were really hot and sleeping was difficult due to the high temperatures.

The experience was cool. The only problem was related to taxes payment, because I did when the check-in took place but they did not attach it into my reservation. When I did the check-out they asked for the taxes again. Otherwise, there was no problem with it and they understood It.

It was a good place that was close to the Christmas markets. No nonsense clean room, with big beds. Didn't try the continental breakfast but enjoyed our weekend in Rennes at Christmas.

The hotel is nicely situated in the center at a close proximity to everything. The room was nice and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy. The entrance of the hotel is a little creepy, and the stairs are rather small and uneven but once you get to the room you forget about that. Overall good stay for a night or two.

I stayed at this place for one night and as a small budget hotel I found it very good with clean and beautiful room. Staff was helpful and asked me for all of my requirements. Stayed for almost 25 days... locationwise superb with metro station in front nd mall behind the hotel..the rooms r very spacious nd well maintained .. the only shortcoming I felt was the width of the bed which was quite less.. the AC didnt cool properly.. my suggestion is that they provide stand fans keeping in mind the summer heat nowadays in Europe.. overall i liked the hotel...

It was a nice hotel. They provided free water bottles and great tea in the room. The location was okay, and it is close to the train station, but because it has slight slope in between so it may not be super comfortable if you carry heavy luggage and go there by foot. We were able to check in early which was great. Bed is very comfortable and plenty of room to store belongings around the room. The only thing that bothered me personally is the noise; this woke me up quite a few times in the night and I’m usually a deep sleeper! Staff are mostly all polite, friendly and helpful. I picked this for the proximity to the train station. We had a long day of traveling and I wanted something nearby. It caters to business professionals so it is clean, safe, and modern. Excellent. Huge breakfast. Small bar on mezz floor where you can redeem drinks vouchers or relax and have a selection of non alcoholic drinks. I was upgraded to a new room on 3rd floor facing the quiet inner court. My luggage was taken at 12 long before check in time and when I returned at 14:00 it was already in my room. Fantastic.
