This is the best hotel I've ever been with my kids. Room 201 and 202 were given to us, and we were able to be close to our kids but not too close of you know what I mean ;) plus a single external door controlled by our keys making it de facto a big apartment. Wow. And thanks to the staff for being super nice and helpful.

Ibis hotels are cheap college dorm rooms with bathroom, TV and wifi. This one is attached to train station. Functional not fancy.

Hotel located right next to the Train station, so very handy and best one for travelers that need to take the train the next morning, the room is big enough and clean, same for the bathroom , the staff always nice. Cons: -No USB outlet -It was $20 cheaper last year at the same time, but still cheap for what you get!

Location - across the Rennes train station is perfect no time how late you arrive at the city. Staff are polite and helpful. They are conversant in English which helps a lot. Room is very clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is good, and it's right by the train station.

Ideally located just steps from the train station, the hotel is pleasant with a beautiful, bright breakfast room. The room is very decent, with two single beds allowing you to appreciate the bed and its mattress. The staff is attentive and very professional. The elevator is spacious, convenient when you have luggage.

Service at the breakfast buffet was basically nonexistent and when we wanted to make a small change to our reservation, the hotel declined.

Just a short walk from the train station, the hotel is ideally located. The superior room is decent with a nice street view. The bed is large, but the mattress creaks and is very soft. One of the shortest hotel stay ever. I arrived the hotel past 11pm and then next day morning checked out at 630am. I would say this hotel in terms of convenience ticks the boxes. I took the bus from the airport and the bus stop I alighted is just a short walk to the hotel, so its quite easy to get to and fro the airport from this hotel. The same goes for the train station and the sights in Rennes....

You can't beat this hotel for location or breakfast. The rooms were large and comfortable but if you drive a car bigger than a shoebox, don't park in the underground parking lot. You'll have a nightmare trying to navigate the bends into and out of the parking lot. I had enough after a day so I parked down the street in the shopping mall.

Very nice, inexpensive hotel. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. As was the bed. My windows faced the street, but it was very quiet. The shower was very good too. Location is perfect for exploring the centre of Rennes on foot. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here during my visit to a conference. Staff are friendly, but facilities are very average, and will match the price, to say. The hotel is very well located near the city centre. Staff was very kind and attentive. Rooms were clean, although a bit small, but it is a good choice for a short stay in Rennes. The only problem for summer holidays is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Our room had the windows locked, so we were really hot and sleeping was difficult due to the high temperatures.

The experience was cool. The only problem was related to taxes payment, because I did when the check-in took place but they did not attach it into my reservation. When I did the check-out they asked for the taxes again. Otherwise, there was no problem with it and they understood It.

It was a good place that was close to the Christmas markets. No nonsense clean room, with big beds. Didn't try the continental breakfast but enjoyed our weekend in Rennes at Christmas.

If you love your breakfast this is the hotel for you ! 4 different home made cakes, 8 types of leaf tea, as many flavours of jam, breads, pastries,.....this is one reason to love independent hotels.

The hotel is nicely situated in the center at a close proximity to everything. The room was nice and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy. The entrance of the hotel is a little creepy, and the stairs are rather small and uneven but once you get to the room you forget about that. Overall good stay for a night or two.

Points positifs sont la position à - 10’ à pied de la Gare de Rennes, l’accueil chaleureux du personnel et le confort de la chambre privilège grâce à un surclassement. Malheureusement la TV ne fonctionnait pas, et le look /style de l’établissement n’est pas très moderne.

This was a stopover on the way to St Malo. It served its purpose. The hotel staff try quite hard but we were left with the sense of the hotel being simply functional. No real charm involved in this property. The shopping area next door was noisy during the night. Quiet, comfortable & functional room with great staff & excellent breakfast

We were able to check in early which was great. Bed is very comfortable and plenty of room to store belongings around the room. The only thing that bothered me personally is the noise; this woke me up quite a few times in the night and I’m usually a deep sleeper! Staff are mostly all polite, friendly and helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Good modern hotel in the centre of Rennes. Spacious clean rooms, air conditioning, swimming pool, comfortable beds. 3 mins walk from the De Gaulle metro station. On the negative side: rooms facing the Main Street (cafes and restaurants) may become noisy in the evening, especially on Fridays. But considering the overall standard in Rennes, I think this is one of the best hotels you can find here.

Fine hotel in Rennes central zone. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is available and good.

Decent hotel in downtown Rennes. Nothing fancy. Nice size room with a comfortable bed but could use some refurbishment. Go there for one or two nights if all you care about is not paying too much and want to stay close to everything.

Excellent. Huge breakfast. Small bar on mezz floor where you can redeem drinks vouchers or relax and have a selection of non alcoholic drinks. I was upgraded to a new room on 3rd floor facing the quiet inner court. My luggage was taken at 12 long before check in time and when I returned at 14:00 it was already in my room. Fantastic.

The rooms are fairly basic, but clean. Not the most comfortable mattress, but adequate. Staff are friendly and efficient. There is a good self service breakfast. The WiFi was also sufficient for basic web browsing. Overall, the hotel looks like it needs an update, but it is reasonable value for money.
