Fabulous! Fabulous hotel with an excellent staff! Our room looked out onto the beach and was picture perfect! Comfortable bed, AC, fridge. Really excellent! Wish there were better restaurants in town. Try to reserve one of the four parking spots owned by the hotel.

Very nice Night on August the 16 I highly recommend it for anyone hoping and searching a pleasant and peaceful moment in front of Pontaillac beach I shall Come back one fine day

Great stay Lovely hotel in front of the beach, very nice staff and on site parking. We stayed only one night so we chose the cheapest room which was quite small but clean.

Great views of the sea but hotel is now looking dated. Room very good with excellent shower. Be warned the underground parking is very tight especially if you are not on the first floor. Would stay again if I was v traveling through royal. Excellent restaurant recommendation from receptionist , opposite ****** 2 minutes away from hotel.

I liked staying in your Hotel. The team is good, the location is perfect. It was my birthday. Some other hotels are giving a small gesture of attention on this day. So it would be good idea to have the same experience in your hotel. :) Thank you for the hospitality.

Traditional hotel in ideal location facing beach. Hard to find as naming different in building vs website. bathrooms a little dated but very clean and worked well. excellent staff anticipated needs and especially accommodating bicycles.

Lovely hotel on the seafront at Royan, some rooms have sea views with a terrace. Breakfast was extra but plentiful and could be taken in tour room or on the terrace overlooking the beach. The hotel had lifts and wide hall ways. Room was clean and tidy if a little small but adequate for a nights stay.

It's so well placed that beach, downtown or seafront are close by foot Rooms are small (like many in Europe) and breakfast offers a good choice and coffee is served at your table. Regrets in the time we were here : a awful diesel or fuel odor was not exciting when going to the dinning room.

The local owners are very sweet people, and they're very warm and hospitable: the view is gorgeous, beds comfortable and the bathroom and shower are absolutely gorgeous.

Excellent hotel and location - immaculately clean. Nice bar on verandah overlooking the beach and sea. Very nice welcome. Parking round the back for a few cars. Room was bright and modern. All in all an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

Rooms with sea view are wonderful. We love this area. We love the sandy beach with the sea close by, and the coastal walks.

First class location on the sea front. Well decorated rooms and public areas. Friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. A jacket was accidentally left in the wardrobe and it was immediately posted to us.

Nice place beachside, view to the ocean, calm at that time, friendly and experienced staff. The place is centrally located and offers many possibilities to explore the area. Very suitable for cycling along the coast.

The staff were lovely, especially Caroline who was English but lived in France. A little gift for our anniversary was very kind. The room was small but beautifully decorated and had all we needed

This is an ideal little hotel right in the tourist heart of Royan. My room facing the park and sea with terrace (smoking allowed there only) was perfect for my requirements. Traffic overnight was absent, never heard a sound from adjacent room, except the terrace. The air con was perfect, modern well equipped bathroom and firm mattress single bed with light duvet. A large breakfast choice is available...

I am convinced I met the loveliest most beautiful person in France who worked at this hotel. I was cycling, so she was very accommodating with me and my bike, and even suggested where I should cycle next. I went on her recommendation and loved it. A thousand thank yous to her. The hotel is lovely, and I did the breakfast buffet which I thought was incredible. Beautiful beautiful place I would stay...

This is a nice small hotel perfect for a short stay, located close to the harbour. Very clean and a good breakfast.

Very clean, good quality bed and linens. The bathroom could do with some minor redecoration, sadly some noise from other guests ( could hear the toilet being flushed) lovely lady greeted us on reception, very helpful and kind, spoke some English. I would certainly be happy to stay here again. Room 212.

Great hotel overlooking the beach , had a sea view room with lovely balcony. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were first class. Private parking at rear or free parking close by If your going to Royan I would recommend you stay at this hotel 5 stars from me

Location was great. Overlooking the beach and very close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff and management were helpful and polite.

We stayed as a family in the studio which was perfect, comfortable, clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for the beach. Private off street parking. Lovely breakfast in another beautifully decorated room - attention to detail throughout the reception area, rooms and breakfast room. The owners and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Maybe because it is an old family hotel, the room is small, there is no elevator, and you have to carry your luggage upstairs. In fact, the room is very clean, but because the floor is tiled, it is not as dry and warm as a chain hotel. The white grandfather seems to be not very friendly to Asians. Hotel right on beach front with wonderful sea views , a little noisy from the road as no air Conditioning and needed to open window but otherwise a very nice and friendly stay.

Warm welcome, comfortable room, perfectly clean, spacious and quiet. Our Labrador found his place there without any problem. Small downside, no heating in the toilets, it is a little chilly ... Breakfast at 13 €: sweet and savory. Hot drinks and fresh fruit juices. Special breads and pastries, jams, dried fruit, fruit salad, dairy products, boiled eggs, cheese and ham ... a lot of choice and at will...

Very convenient geographical location on the beach and right next to the city center. Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Comfortable bed with shower and spotless WC. A real pleasure !

Such a lovely room! It was very clean and the bed was also really good. Great for tall people like me because of the long bed. We also had a cute balcony and the people were nice. Great location! You could just throw on a towel and walk to the beach.

A small hotel by the beach in Royan. It has all you can expect from a hotel like this. A family run hotel. The rooms are clean and quite big, we hade a familyroom. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

Receptionist needs to learn how to be welcoming Reception tried to take payment 2 days before we arrived. She said if i wasnt here today before 3pm, she would relet the room. It clearly said on my receipt, pay at hotel. When we arrived, no smile or welcome. Such a shame.

Nice hotel, BUT... Stayed overnight in one of the suites, paid a holding deposit of 100 Euros on a debit card. On checkout we settled the bill in full and told the holding deposit wiuld be redunded in the next 7 days. This never happened even after sending 5 emails, direct to the hotel and through this app! I had to get my card issuer involved to resolve this a month on. For this reason I cannot recommend...

Wonderful Stay A wonderful stay from start to finish. Hotel is immaculate, spotlessly clean and nicely designed. Our room was extremely nice and clean and looked after 2 adults and 2 children easily. Facilities are excellent with use of spa and pools. Location wise the hotel is perfect, extremely short walk to 2-3 beaches and a 10 minute walk to the town centre for lots of restaurants etc. Our stay...

Outstanding hotel and staff Outstanding location with beautiful ocean views; the hotel has also been fully renovated. The hotel and restaurant staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We were traveling with a young child and the chef made whatever dinner she asked for. Truly a great destination!
