I left a pair of earrings behind and emailed the hôtel. The hôtel téléphoned me and confirmed the earrings had been found and that the hôtel would send them to me.

Treat tourself to any of the many spa packages offered. Staff is helpful and cheery, even after 12 am. The rooms have lots of storage locations, however the highlight is the ocean view. It is really breathtaking. Plan for 3 day of just hotel activities it's really not worth venturing out when everything you may want or need is in the hotel.

Generally speaking this is a very nice high-end hotel with excellent facilities and lovely views but the endless rules and regulations surrounding the use of the spa facilities left us felling a little unwelcome.

Nice & clean hotel, located on a cliff. In general the staff & food are on general Novotel level --> medicore. However the location & the rooms make up for it. Still the prices are to high for what you get. Nice place for older people who can enjoy peacefull surroundings & nice location.

Very very nice and calm place to stay, in front of the last, not smallest but cute beach of Royan. Breakfast are very good, fresh and taken with seaview. Rooms are very confortable and keep ancien style meanwhile, possible seaview here, you can see the famous Cordouan lighthouse. Finally, useful parking especially for dozen of bikes and smiling and polite people. Would recommend it.

Lovely hotel on the seafront at Royan, some rooms have sea views with a terrace. Breakfast was extra but plentiful and could be taken in tour room or on the terrace overlooking the beach. The hotel had lifts and wide hall ways. Room was clean and tidy if a little small but adequate for a nights stay.

It's so well placed that beach, downtown or seafront are close by foot Rooms are small (like many in Europe) and breakfast offers a good choice and coffee is served at your table. Regrets in the time we were here : a awful diesel or fuel odor was not exciting when going to the dinning room.

I am convinced I met the loveliest most beautiful person in France who worked at this hotel. I was cycling, so she was very accommodating with me and my bike, and even suggested where I should cycle next. I went on her recommendation and loved it. A thousand thank yous to her. This is a nice small hotel perfect for a short stay, located close to the harbour. Very clean and a good breakfast.

Very clean, good quality bed and linens. The bathroom could do with some minor redecoration, sadly some noise from other guests ( could hear the toilet being flushed) lovely lady greeted us on reception, very helpful and kind, spoke some English. I would certainly be happy to stay here again. Room 212.

Location was great. Overlooking the beach and very close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff and management were helpful and polite.

No restaurant. Breakfast only. From front rooms good balcony view over beach. Not a lot of road noise.

Our room was recently refurbished and so everything was new and clean. We had a lovely vista down to the beach from our garden just outside the French Doors. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants and has a car park at the rear. Breakfast was adequate although the breakfast room was a little cramped. Would be happy to stay there again.

Warm welcome, comfortable room, perfectly clean, spacious and quiet. Our Labrador found his place there without any problem. Small downside, no heating in the toilets, it is a little chilly ... Breakfast at 13 €: sweet and savory. Hot drinks and fresh fruit juices. Special breads and pastries, jams, dried fruit, fruit salad, dairy products, boiled eggs, cheese and ham ... a lot of choice and at will...

Very convenient geographical location on the beach and right next to the city center. Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Comfortable bed with shower and spotless WC. A real pleasure !

Such a lovely room! It was very clean and the bed was also really good. Great for tall people like me because of the long bed. We also had a cute balcony and the people were nice. Great location! You could just throw on a towel and walk to the beach.

A small hotel by the beach in Royan. It has all you can expect from a hotel like this. A family run hotel. The rooms are clean and quite big, we hade a familyroom. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

really friendly and family atmosphere also during off-season - I really enjoyed my stay as a solo-traveller. The location of the hotel is great - next to the beach and in walking distance to the city centre, the port and other beaches along the coast. Furthermore, the bed was very comfortable, the room clean with a nice view out of the bed of the sunrise over the city and good wifi connection to work...

Perfect hotel staff. First night, room on the garden side with perfect air conditioning even if the shower is a bit small. Second night on the road side, tiny room renovated by amateurs, nothing works except the shower with normal dimensions, no air conditioning and impossible to open because of the noise, absolutely to be avoided in summer. Very good breakfasts.

We stayed here for a week in August. Very clean hotel, good bedding. The staff is very friendly, caring and courteous. Breakfast with a very wide choice. Hotel that I highly recommend. Also near the beach and the port. Thank you for this very pleasant stay.

Very comfortable and had a great view of the sea. Beds were nice and warm and the lady who cleaned our rooms gave us a sweet on each of our towels😁😉

Very good weekend in Royan. Correct hotel, free parking in the street, (CH86) nothing to say, correct clean sanitary facilities, small fridge. Very well located with rooms with a view of the Grande Conche beach, a supplement is required. Very hearty breakfast €9 nothing is missing. We took this one outside on the TOP balcony. We are staying here for the sixth time. The sea views from the balcony rooms cannot be beaten in Royan! The staff are friendly, the rooms basic but clean and comfortable.

The owner of the hotel had obviously thought very hard about what their guests would need to make their stay more comfortable. The rooms had safes, coffee and tea, air conditioning and tv.

Visited numerous times since the last 10+ years (various owners / management over the years) June 2021 The best value for money (in the category) in the area got even better this year with fully refurbished rooms (wide beds 160cm, rain showers). Great location (walking distance from the beach and downtown which is great and extremely convenient in July / August when the area is a huge traffic jam...

We were placed on the third floor, not very convenient as there was no lift and I am nearly 80 and have medical problems. The internet did not work in our room which was inconvenient. On the plus side, the place was very clean, ideally situated for the beach and entertainments, and the proprietor was very charming and helpful.

An interesting experience in this hotel, sea view, fully furnished from the 60s. Even if the bathrooms are a little outdated, each room has its balcony overlooking the sea, the cleanliness is impeccable and everything is functional. Go there, it is really worth the stay.

Pleasant staff, superb view and clean. Room big enough. Nice vintage decor side but a little cold. Flat anyway on the soundproofing you can hear everything that happens (flush, flowing water, door, chair and snoring) provide earplugs, no telephone in the room if necessary or welcome tray. also no bar service and the bar in an empty room. We pay for the view and the location. Small and impractical parking...

Wonderful discovery. Great place: 1950s decor, so typical of the city of Royan, gives an atypical charm to this place that changes hotels with standardized rooms. The place is very pleasant, the bedding comfortable, the incredible panoramic sea view, the warm welcome, the value for money highly recommended!

Warm and welcoming. Better breakfast than expected, in fact it was very good. Great views from the breakfast room over the beach and bay. Plenty of restaurants and bars either side of the hotel (all within walking distance) for the evenings along with a Casino opposite.

A very small, very dated hotel. But the datedness does give it some charm. Friendly, clean, comfortable and just off the beach strip.

We had a wonderful view on the bay and the sea right from the balcony of our room. The people that run the hotel are very friendly. The owner has created a lovely garden where we had our breakfast. It is great to be on the front row looking out on the beach. When we crossed the street and a little green Parc we could enter the beach. We stayed three nights. Excellent value. An easily present Director, committed to cleanliness, which is important to us. Very nice home... Varied and good quality breakfast For all these reasons, we recommend this hotel.

Very good stay at the hotel Les Bleuets Good welcome, very nice personal. The room was air-conditioned, clean and above all a very beautiful sea view with a terrace. Very pleasant staff. Easy pin entry system after hours. Breakfast pleasant but no hot food at all. Double beds are 2 singles pushed together. They are rock solid, I got no sleep, sorry shoulders and back. Shower was old and discoloured. The toilet was fitted against the wall making it practically impossible to sit on, also discoloured. There is a lot of noise from heavy doors and disrespectful guests...

Comfortable room of rare cleanliness. Almost sanitized. Impeccable bathroom. Small terrace with superb view of the sea. Very warm welcome. Hearty breakfast with very good fresh products, most of which are homemade, room overlooking a pretty garden. Cheer. Some three stars are not worth it.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Private parking. Well located, in the heart of the city, 2 steps from the port and restaurants. A clean room. Only downside a little narrow shower. The breakfast was plentiful and very good.

The hotel is near Royan city center and the beach. You may not have a sea view but instead 2 amazing hosts. It's a small cozy place, great for couples The rooms and bedding are clean. And the beds are really comfortable. True that the walls aren't very sound proof but no big disturbance. I would also really recommend to have breakfast too, nice bread, good products. They strictly respect the COVID...

It's a lovely little hotel in a quiet road. However, the rooms are not very sound proof and people bang doors. There is no ventilation in the rooms which can get very hot at night even though the window was left open. The owners are lovely.

Good value for money. Possibility of breakfast before time, motorcycles parked out of sight. The only nuisance: disrespectful alcoholic customers who made noise part of the night...

One of the few hotel in Royan which offered us a family room for 4. The refurbished rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. Very nice and helpful bosses. Everything is available on foot. Very good location. 115 € per night for 4
