Fabulous! Fabulous hotel with an excellent staff! Our room looked out onto the beach and was picture perfect! Comfortable bed, AC, fridge. Really excellent! Wish there were better restaurants in town. Try to reserve one of the four parking spots owned by the hotel.

Great stay Lovely hotel in front of the beach, very nice staff and on site parking. We stayed only one night so we chose the cheapest room which was quite small but clean.

Great views of the sea but hotel is now looking dated. Room very good with excellent shower. Be warned the underground parking is very tight especially if you are not on the first floor. Would stay again if I was v traveling through royal. Excellent restaurant recommendation from receptionist , opposite ****** 2 minutes away from hotel.

I liked staying in your Hotel. The team is good, the location is perfect. It was my birthday. Some other hotels are giving a small gesture of attention on this day. So it would be good idea to have the same experience in your hotel. :) Thank you for the hospitality.

Traditional hotel in ideal location facing beach. Hard to find as naming different in building vs website. bathrooms a little dated but very clean and worked well. excellent staff anticipated needs and especially accommodating bicycles.

Lovely hotel on the seafront at Royan, some rooms have sea views with a terrace. Breakfast was extra but plentiful and could be taken in tour room or on the terrace overlooking the beach. The hotel had lifts and wide hall ways. Room was clean and tidy if a little small but adequate for a nights stay.

It's so well placed that beach, downtown or seafront are close by foot Rooms are small (like many in Europe) and breakfast offers a good choice and coffee is served at your table. Regrets in the time we were here : a awful diesel or fuel odor was not exciting when going to the dinning room.

The local owners are very sweet people, and they're very warm and hospitable: the view is gorgeous, beds comfortable and the bathroom and shower are absolutely gorgeous.

Excellent hotel and location - immaculately clean. Nice bar on verandah overlooking the beach and sea. Very nice welcome. Parking round the back for a few cars. Room was bright and modern. All in all an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

Rooms with sea view are wonderful. We love this area. We love the sandy beach with the sea close by, and the coastal walks.

First class location on the sea front. Well decorated rooms and public areas. Friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. A jacket was accidentally left in the wardrobe and it was immediately posted to us.

Nice place beachside, view to the ocean, calm at that time, friendly and experienced staff. The place is centrally located and offers many possibilities to explore the area. Very suitable for cycling along the coast.

The staff were lovely, especially Caroline who was English but lived in France. A little gift for our anniversary was very kind. The room was small but beautifully decorated and had all we needed

Perfect hotel staff. First night, room on the garden side with perfect air conditioning even if the shower is a bit small. Second night on the road side, tiny room renovated by amateurs, nothing works except the shower with normal dimensions, no air conditioning and impossible to open because of the noise, absolutely to be avoided in summer. Very good breakfasts.

We stayed here for a week in August. Very clean hotel, good bedding. The staff is very friendly, caring and courteous. Breakfast with a very wide choice. Hotel that I highly recommend. Also near the beach and the port. Thank you for this very pleasant stay.

Great location, close to the beaches and the city center. And they have spacious rooms with balconies and sea view.

Very comfortable and had a great view of the sea. Beds were nice and warm and the lady who cleaned our rooms gave us a sweet on each of our towels😁😉

Very good weekend in Royan. Correct hotel, free parking in the street, (CH86) nothing to say, correct clean sanitary facilities, small fridge. Very well located with rooms with a view of the Grande Conche beach, a supplement is required. Very hearty breakfast €9 nothing is missing. We took this one outside on the TOP balcony. Very professional and pleasant staff, available. my only regret "why go through...

Great location Clean room Good hotel

We are staying here for the sixth time. The sea views from the balcony rooms cannot be beaten in Royan! The staff are friendly, the rooms basic but clean and comfortable.

Clean friendly staff on street parking which was the only issue

Great location. Wonderful, friendly staff who were very willing to help. We have some basic French but they also spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. Rooms are clean and functional. Only slight negative: room got quite stuffy at night and aircon did not turn on. All and all a lovely stay. Would come here again.

This hotel was real discovery for me. Since I was need to stay for a night in Royan not all hotels in Royan can propose check in after 7 p.m. The Cit’Hotel Atlantis was that ideal opportunity for me. Rooms very clean and modern. The bath room was just amazing. I haven’t time to explore the breakfast, so I can’t say anything about that. The woman at reception was very polite. I definitely recommend...

The owner of the hotel had obviously thought very hard about what their guests would need to make their stay more comfortable. The rooms had safes, coffee and tea, air conditioning and tv.

Visited numerous times since the last 10+ years (various owners / management over the years) June 2021 The best value for money (in the category) in the area got even better this year with fully refurbished rooms (wide beds 160cm, rain showers). Great location (walking distance from the beach and downtown which is great and extremely convenient in July / August when the area is a huge traffic jam...

Quirky, clean, great location and lovely staff.

An interesting experience in this hotel, sea view, fully furnished from the 60s. Even if the bathrooms are a little outdated, each room has its balcony overlooking the sea, the cleanliness is impeccable and everything is functional. Go there, it is really worth the stay.

Pleasant staff, superb view and clean. Room big enough. Nice vintage decor side but a little cold. Flat anyway on the soundproofing you can hear everything that happens (flush, flowing water, door, chair and snoring) provide earplugs, no telephone in the room if necessary or welcome tray. also no bar service and the bar in an empty room. We pay for the view and the location. Small and impractical parking...

Wonderful discovery. Great place: 1950s decor, so typical of the city of Royan, gives an atypical charm to this place that changes hotels with standardized rooms. The place is very pleasant, the bedding comfortable, the incredible panoramic sea view, the warm welcome, the value for money highly recommended!
