Excellent location and friendly staff. The apartments are well equipped and the spa is a welcome addition to make this stay great value.

The apartments were clean and as advertised with comfortable beds. Kitchen is a bit basic in terms of utensils that you might need for a large group. Sleeper couches are very narrow but otherwise comfortable.
Reception was incredibly unfriendly, one can't help but think that as we were a youngish group they judged us negatively without reason for this..
Be sure to read the fine print about cleaning otherwise an unreasonable fee will be added to your final bill - you are expected to do all the cleaning of the apartment before you leave. Further, make sure to not put your garage remote in the post box as they will not be able to find it and will charge you another unreasonable fee to replace it.
Also nothing is supplied beyond one roll of loo paper, no cleaning is performed during your stay & additional fees are added on for the equipment required for the spa. This is not what I'd expect from a four star hotel.
Only 3 keys are given for an 8 person apartment and a 80 euro fee is charged if you might lose it.
The location is the conveniently close to the lift but just be mindful that the bus service does not run to Tignes Les Brevieres (which is where santa terra is) and thus you will have to get a cab if you're out and don't wish to ski home.

Lovely stay, very much a look after yourself rental than a hotel. Bread service was great though. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. Short walk from ski lift. Couple of nice restaurants near and a grocery store. Only negative is that although at first glance the spa is very nice, the pool was always very cold and the jacuzzi was about the temperature you would expect the pool to be. Whole idea of a spa in ski lodge is to warm up and relax after a day on the slopes so they need to rectify that.

Fab resort. Great as a base for skiing or snowboarding in the surrounding area. Apartment was immaculate, very well appointed with great views of the mountains. Staff were friendly and welcoming. 10 min walk to ski lift and has pool and spa area for non snow lovers. Had little well stocked shop 2 mins walk for anything you might have forgotten to pack! Can't recommend it highly enough!

Incredibly bad service. Rooms were far from what is 4 star. Dirty. Different items were falling from walls. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful.
The pool is nice but water temperature is almost freezing. It is unpleasant to stay in the pool due to cold water. As a bonus, they refused to cancel the credit card reservation deposit, even two weeks after we left. Even after we notified them 3 times.
We have been to numerous 4 star hotels in France and French Alpes but this is the worst ever. Pick another one. There are plenty. Stay away from Santa Terra !!!
