Great location, only 1 star but comfortable.

Something has been lost in translation. Apparently, the parking space is NOT for residents so if you are driving be warned. The hotel DOES NOT HAVE PARKING fir residents. This space is for the management.... The staff were charming and helpful. The room was clean and exactly what I hoped for. I would definitely go there again.

Good location, cheap and cheerful. Not all rooms are en suite. Breakfast could be better.

Nice hotel in a fantastic location! Walk to the lifts in just seconds. Enjoy some great places to eat just a few steps away from the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Reasonable rates. Enjoyed it and plan to make another stay.

Starting from a very warm welcome, the staff is always very attentive and super available to help you for anything, a special thanks to Mohamed the bellboy (i don't know how to write it exactly), and the male receptionist who welcomed us, both very professional and very nice people. Restaurant was beyond fantastic, with amazing service, food, and staff that went the extra mile.

I had wonderful time to stay there almost two weeks. The junior suite was excellent! Very spacious and clean. The only problem was that the bathroom was a bit smells, don’t know where did it comes from. Very helpful and kind staff member and they even provided the service to drive you to the place nearby!!

Good hotel. The food is good. Staff is friendly. I would recommend. Suggestions: have more fresh fruit, such as berries, strawberries, bananas for breakfast. Also, the main restaurant is really good, but if you are staying in the hotel for a few nights, you dont want to eat such rich food. we asked for chicken wings and were kind of told off by the head waitress for deigning to ask.

Perfect location. Very nice residence. Very friendly reception. Only negative point is that the entry for the ski is with a trap and not so comfortably to do.

Superb hotel, friendly welcome. The room we rented is very good, The hotel is close to all kinds of activities.

Very good service and food, and generous volume. The atmosphere was great and have a good view. We ordered 3 beautiful starters: Tuna tartar, onion soup, TATAKI beef. Also main dishes - 3 stir fry vegetables, 1 Taos burger, 1 New York steak. We liked very much almost everything. My like of onion soup would be less cheese, this one has possible almost 1/3 cheese. My friend thinks the burger need more...

Great location in village, very spacious apartment fully equipped for all our needs. Great Ski storage area. Lovely to have a bakery delivery service to your door. Excellent Ski in/ Ski out location.

A super week in a great apartment. Could not be better located in Val Claret. Staff incredibly accommodating + bonus of pastry and bread delivery in the morning!

We had the pleasure of staying there in April / May 2017. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the whole staff has been very friendly. The food in the restaurant was extraordinary. So we decided to spent a week in this hotel again this winter. Unfortunately this Corona issue came in the way. Very nice hotel with very nice staff and a great location. Breakfast is good and the rooms are clean, old fashioned but updated and modern at the same time. I would recommend staying here.

Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities and brilliant food and staff. The one problem I had was the rooms were just too damn hot; even with the window open and -10c outside it was really stuffy.

Went here a few times. Very good kitchen but pricey. Staff was rushing is to leave early on Christmas Eve, which is why we decided not to come back here during public holidays. It's difficult to enjoy good food while being rushed.

The property was well situated in the town centre. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped.

I liked it here it's great value for money. You literally couldnt be closer to the lifts in tignes. We stayed with my dog here and they are all really helpful. Breakfast is great, there's a lot of choice... If you're driving book your parking first. There's plenty of parking but needs to be booked. The spa is ok... Good to have there.

It was a wonderful hotel stay. It had all the pleasantries you would need and the perfect access to the slopes. You walk out the door and you can hop on the lift up the top of the mountain. It is in a great town location with restaurants, market and more shops all within walking distance. I highly recommend!

Best place to stay in Tignes. Close to the slopes, restaurants, bus stops, church, indoor swimming pool, etc. I’d stay here again when I’m back next!

I stayed over Easter with my 4 children. Having lost my phone at the airport, they were fantastic at letting me use their phone and internet. They were so lovely and accommodating. The reception staff were v friendly. There didn't seem to be anything they couldn't do to help. My children had a great time thanks to the hotel's relaxed atmosphere. Can't wait to go back again. Delightful staff at this hotel. Had a lovely stay over New Year. Very comfortable hotel, good food, good location and great ski hire shop across the road.

Attentive hosts great wine great cheeseboard good food, fab health suite. Deserves the TripAdvisor rating.

Good value for money

It was all very neat and tidy the location was perfect but the rooms where a bit too small but the service was very quick easy and fast

The spa being outside the hotel wasn’t ideal. The steam room was so hot it was unbearable. The spa had to call out engineers. Me and 2 others in my party had upset stomachs and possible food poisoning from the food / drink. Not able to confirm exactly what was the cause but we only ate/drank in the hotel on on multiple days in a row.

Novi hotel on the mountain. Nice pool outside with hot water and hirosue Spa.

I stay here once per year when skiing. Been coming for over 10 years. Great hotel, good half board French food. Can ski in and out if ski standard can ski at least a blue. Superb heated outdoor pool Great spa Bar is good but expensive

Stayed during Tour de France 2021, nice spacious 10 person apartment with spacious balcony and 2 balconies in the bedrooms

Good friendly chalet hosts

Right above the Supermarket and whilst not really Ski out (small walk required) it is Ski in. Would recommend if you want self catered in Tignes.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly, hotel is welcoming, rooms are ok and ours overlooked the lake giving stunning views. Service was good, evening food was lovely. Situated right by slopes and various ski lifts and ski school for younger ones - good atmosphere! I believe the hotel was taken over about 6 months ago so cant comment about previous reviews but we will be back. Only downside is...

Great location and staff.

It was ok but the service was not good, plenty of other places who are grateful for your custom.

Tasty and generous servings right on the slopes at village level. Sit outside for spectacular views (including of those negotiating the long black from the top of Toviere gondola) or inside for warm and comfortable surroundings. Staff are friendly and efficient. Not the most expensive in the village but not budget, either.

3min walk to the lift (Tichot, Bollin, Borsat) in center of Val Claret. easy to get and go by bus (Altibus / Alpybus) from Geneva, Bourg St Maurice etc. kind staff helpful always. nice wellness with sauna. meals with great variety so worth half-board (couldnt find similar price in the whole Alps)

Location is perfect. Very dated. Rooms didn't get cleaned but once in a week. No eggs for breakfast, salad bar often without lettuce and tomatoes.

Nice hotel. They just need a bit more attention to detail for customer service. Food ok. Rooms ok.

Amazing lake very handy nearby parking

We had a great stay here. It's perfect for ski groups and the service and team were very friendly. The food was excellent, and was far better than expected. We had the half board option and the meals over 7 nights were all different and really all excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The only reason I gave the rooms 3 stars was due to their size and also the cleanliness wasn't the best...

Absolute fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms are so small it was definitely a logistical puzzle with two people, luggage and furniture to organise and move around. HOWEVER, the rest hotel is extremely well situated, clean and very well decorated then as long as you only clean and sleep in the room, this for me means I can overlook the size. The food was amazing every day and had great alternatives...

The Langley 2100 is a fantastic hotel, in a great location for skiing. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and made an enjoyable ski holiday easy. The staff are also brilliant.

Love this hotel. Place is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The facilities are great with a lovely spa with great views. The food was always outstanding with good service and nice wines. The only negative is that the main bathroom on the first floor smells pretty bad. Apart from that this place is ace!!
