Hôtel Le Diamond Rock
Tignes, Route du Rosset 🧭 Map
Fabulous boutique hotel in Tignes au lac. Very good position with proper Ski in/Ski out. You are essentially right on the slopes and the junction to two,, of the main lifts. A real treat which I have never experienced were the team in the ski room especially the lovely Jeanne. She would have our ski’s waiting outside on the piste and would help me get my boots on and off each day, always with a smile...
The staff at the hotel were excellent, Veryfriendly and professional. Couldn’t do enough for us. Best hotel we have stayed in for some time, not the cheapest but still good value. Great breakfast and though dinner menu is limited the quality of food served is very good. We were lucky enough to meet Jo-Jo who is in charge of customer services and she is a lovely person and made out stay even more special...
The hotel staff were very attentive, especially in the boot room where service was exceptional. Only criticism was the lack of view and the flimsy bath.
Had a great week with my family . Staff were fantastic, no faults whatsoever. Facilities were absolutely fabulous. A massive thanks to all the staff and especially to jojo the head of customer service for her recommendations from restaurants to activities… definitely recommend to all those querying coming - the walsh family.
Our stay at the Diamond Rock Hotel in Tignes was truly unforgettable. The ski-in, ski-out location is unbeatable—just steps from the slopes, making skiing incredibly convenient, and close to great restaurants and après-ski spots. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending luxury with alpine charm, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain. However, the real five...
We spent five days at the Diamond Rock and from the beginning the experience was spectacular. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Everything here has been thought in depth and details are everywhere: small chocolates in the room, bottles of water, cakes and tissues when you arrived from the slopes. The spa closes at 8pm which is a fantastic touch. We enjoyed the food at both restaurants.

3min walk to the lift (Tichot, Bollin, Borsat) in center of Val Claret. easy to get and go by bus (Altibus / Alpybus) from Geneva, Bourg St Maurice etc. kind staff helpful always. nice wellness with sauna. meals with great variety so worth half-board (couldnt find similar price in the whole Alps)
Location is perfect. Very dated. Rooms didn't get cleaned but once in a week. No eggs for breakfast, salad bar often without lettuce and tomatoes.
Nice hotel. They just need a bit more attention to detail for customer service. Food ok. Rooms ok.
Food is good; rooms very tired. But location spot on.
Amazing lake very handy nearby parking

The property was well situated in the town centre. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped.
The hotel is situated in the center of the city. Near the ski slipes, restaurants and bus. The room was nice and comfortable.
I liked it here it's great value for money. You literally couldnt be closer to the lifts in tignes. We stayed with my dog here and they are all really helpful. Breakfast is great, there's a lot of choice... If you're driving book your parking first. There's plenty of parking but needs to be booked. The spa is ok... Good to have there.
It was a wonderful hotel stay. It had all the pleasantries you would need and the perfect access to the slopes. You walk out the door and you can hop on the lift up the top of the mountain. It is in a great town location with restaurants, market and more shops all within walking distance. I highly recommend!
Best place to stay in Tignes. Close to the slopes, restaurants, bus stops, church, indoor swimming pool, etc. I’d stay here again when I’m back next!
I stayed over Easter with my 4 children. Having lost my phone at the airport, they were fantastic at letting me use their phone and internet. They were so lovely and accommodating. The reception staff were v friendly. There didn't seem to be anything they couldn't do to help. My children had a great time thanks to the hotel's relaxed atmosphere. Can't wait to go back again. Thank you!

Very simple rustic hotel with clean and comfortable tiny rooms. Dining room opens limited hours and serves ultra-traditional French food with not much choice, excellently cooked; like France used to be. Wonderful! Located on the piste at an uncrowned and unspoiled part of Tignes below the main village but with excellent lift connections and a free shuttle bus. Seems to be run more or less single handed...
I love this place and it was made all the much better by Christian, who is super friendly, help a really nice person who provides an amazing service. I was travelling alone and meeting up with friends who were staying in La Daille. I was initially concerned that it would be problematic getting between the two, but I soon realised that it was considerable easier than staying in Tignes Le Lac, as there...
I loved staying here - an extremely friendly welcome and a lovely atmosphere. I also brought a group of friends (who were not staying) here for dinner and the owner fitted us in and made the most wonderful raclette and fondue.
Just returned from a fab stay at Hotel Le Dome. The hotel was a great find, near the slopes for skiing, almost ski to door, weather permitting and a 2 minute walk to bus stop if needed. The bedrooms were clean, warm and comfortable, plenty of storage, comfy beds and powerful shower. We opted for half board and each night enjoyed delicious meals, along with the 5/6 course Christmas dinner, and the...
This is a lovely traditional hotel. Really nice rooms, in the alpine style, the rooms are well maintained, the hosts are friendly and kind. I absolutely loved staying here. They even made sure I had a place for my motorbike. Relaxed atmosphere, with board games in the bar, really excellent food. I wish I could've stayed longer.
absolutely charming. very simple. But friendly and atmospheric. excellent for families, couple or singles looking for ac quiet charming hotel on the slopes.

Excellent stay where everything is done to live a real holiday. The club is in the heart of the village, very close to the slopes. Meals, atmosphere, friendliness of the staff. Special mentions to Anne the director who is really versatile and super professional and efficient and to Jason, super host and much more! A big thank you to the whole team!
In fact everything is perfect in the team! they are all really adorable and very helpful, the catering service is really great, we eat really very well (small flat on the somewhat light packed lunches) a big thank you to the manager who kindly improvised an office for me so that I could do an important video during my vacation. It's a club where you feel like a family, it's really warm and simple,...
Excellent animation team. Many thanks in particular for Estelle, Déborah and Jason with whom we spent a week full of good humor. The food was good and varied. On the other hand, the rooms and the entertainment room are too small and you can hear the road nearby.
Despite the constraints related to the barrier actions put in place, the team was able to welcome us, entertain us, and be responsive to all our requests. GREAT. The quality of the catering was excellent and was particularly appreciated. The residence, close to the slopes and to the buses, is quiet.

Superb staff, great food and a good welcome. We booked a package ski trip with Crystal and found this hotel to be excellent. The staff are keen, friendly and incredibly hard working. We had half board and found the food was always very high quality. The restaurant does get busy, we just came in at 6.00 pm each day and were seated and served promptly. The hotel is warm and comfortable. The drawbacks...
We have just returned from the best holiday at the Langley. Myself and my sister couldn’t have asked for more! It was a special holiday and it lived up to all our expectations. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Whatever we needed they were there to help. Whilst we were there we had a major snow fall and it was actually a chilled experience in a wonderful hotel. The staff who were able to...
Chilled vibe, 3 course meal was very good every eve, service by staff was excellent, v friendly, we felt full each eve. Wines were v good we tried several, the balcony was good for après drinks with a DJ in the sun, breakfast was OK - coffee good - replenishment slow on some items. We’ve booked to come back twice next season - overall v happy.
A well reveiled hotel located 150 metre going down hill to the piste.Excellent heated ski and boot room .Vibe atmosphere ,welcoming mainly swedish staff and excellent three course set menu if you dine early no trouble getting a table as its first come . Downsides are a thru draught in the lobby as entry and exit doors are directly opposite and staff wear insulated gillits!Library gets no sun and is...
The Langley Hotel Tignes 2100 is ideally located close to the lifts which allow access to a huge ski are quickly and easily. The Village is purpose built as a ski resort but has everything you need. The hotel rooms are small but the beds are comfortable. The meals in the restaurant are very good with a set menu which always had a veggie option or the option of a choice of two Pizza's, the service was...
The best service and most welcoming atmosphere. We were not staying guests at the hotel but were in an apartment next door so we made the most of visiting daily, and always made to feel most welcome. We loved the pizza (even GF option which I was grateful for), cocktail menu, great wine list, and we paid €14 for a buffet breakfast one of the days which had a great selection. The staff were so kind...

The town of Brevieres in Tignes, France, is the home of Chardons Coeurs, a traditional kitchen shop. Their luxury kitchen appliances are made entirely with rosewood and Ethiopian opal, and they have a staff that can speak as many as 50 languages. They specialize in exclusive and luxurious cooking items, such as the wild boar sauté pan and traditional Japanese ramen bowls.
It was all very neat and tidy the location was perfect but the rooms where a bit too small but the service was very quick easy and fast
It was basic but alright. Food largely quite nice despite the illness.

The building is a bit run down. Sleeping is good. The welcome is correct but the general atmosphere is impersonal: people pass each other without greeting each other, the hygiene rules for the swimming pool are not respected and its use by some a little without respect for others. Ideal location in the heart of Val Claret. Shops, ski lifts within reach of .... Feet. Very good stay.
Cheap and cheerful apartment right in the centre of Tignes at the highest part of the resort so great for skiing and snowboarding up until the end of April). No parking do you have to use a nearby car park that costs around €80 per week. Facilities basic cut good enough to do a few meals at home.
You won't be disappointed if you are on a budget, but still expect good service and location.

Very cozy apartment 100 meters from the ski lift. Easy booking and quick response. My best recommendations.
Beautifully renovated. Fit 8 of us quite comfortably with two couples.
We stayed in apartment 7 which is a spacious apartment in a great location above Intersport and close to the slopes. It has plenty of storage and a good size double bedroom but would greatly benefit from a door to the bunk bed room, especially if you have noisy neighbours. Marion from the reception team was great and quick to respond to any queries, A good place to stay but better suited to 4 without...
Rental of 7 beds in August, the one with the large terrace. Very spacious, very well equipped, real comfort, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a laundry room, a private sauna...(all this for 100€ more than an Airnb'n of 40m2.!) The wood creaks in the evening, it surprises. Perfect bedding, sheets and towels provided... On the other hand the windows are not at all insulated against noise and you can hear people...
Super well located at the foot of the slopes and close to shops. The friendly welcome, the apartment ok.
Big rooms, great ski in and out and good ski lockers but the wifi is not working at all (asked additional 30 euros to have another login) and we had bugs in the shower. They think the residents are their employees with demands like the exact placement of dishes after checkout or they take the deposit.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The apartments are well equipped and the spa is a welcome addition to make this stay great value.
The apartments were clean and as advertised with comfortable beds. Kitchen is a bit basic in terms of utensils that you might need for a large group. Sleeper couches are very narrow but otherwise comfortable. Reception was incredibly unfriendly, one can't help but think that as we were a youngish group they judged us negatively without reason for this.. Be sure to read the fine print about cleaning...

Lovely stay, very much a look after yourself rental than a hotel. Bread service was great though. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. Short walk from ski lift. Couple of nice restaurants near and a grocery store. Fab resort. Great as a base for skiing or snowboarding in the surrounding area. Apartment was immaculate, very well appointed with great views of the mountains. Staff were friendly and welcoming. 10 min walk to ski lift and has pool and spa area for non snow lovers. Had little well stocked shop 2 mins walk for anything you might have forgotten to pack! Can't recommend it highly enough!

Stayed here over Christmas 2019. Clean, comfortable with great staff just a short walk from three of the main lifts. Decent food for a three star hotel, good choice of beers, pool area was nice to.
Very basic hotel. Close to the main ski area (3 minutes walk). Contains lockers for the ski equipment. Does not have a lobby. The indoor pool and sauna are very small (not recommended). Good wifi, The food is good, a lot of cheese and meat, not a lot of vegetables though.. the restaurant staff is friendly. Overall good if you want a place to sleep and eat good and go to ski most of the day. Not recommended...

Very nice establishment, clean, spacious and welcoming 24 hours a day!
Right above the Supermarket and whilst not really Ski out (small walk required) it is Ski in. Would recommend if you want self catered in Tignes.
