Friendly, smiling and attentive staff who will make your stay very pleasant. Many personalized approaches. The hotel is well located in the city center, close to the port and the train station. A must for those who want to live in Toulon.

Stayed June 3rd. Receptionist received me very well (very kind, very professional) Good food in the restaurant served in the room. Decent breakfast Clean room and comfortable bedding

The hotel is affordable, the service is very nice and, unlike most restaurateurs and shop owners in this city, they don't try to pretend they don't know English, so there are absolutely no communication problems. The rooms are very nice, spacious, have air conditioning, which I think is necessary during this period, the rooms are clean and the cleaning ladies are very nice. The breakfasts are tasty and I think everyone will find something for themselves. The only thing I can complain about is a specific smell in the corridors, I don't know if it is due to unwashed carpets or the fact that they are poorly ventilated. The smell is just unpleasant. The second disadvantage is a very tight parking lot where it is very easy to get damaged. There was room for 3 cars next to each other, I was standing in an Opel Mokka next to a MiniCooper and next to a Tiguan and I barely got out of the car, and I'm a slim person. To sum up, a nice place with some minor drawbacks.

The rooms and the service is great.
Rooms very nice and equiped the service is great and the personel are very friendly.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
However it is located 15 to 20 min walk of the city attractions and good restaurants.
If you have a car this would not be an issue.

The location is close to the station. Lots of buses out the front too. But the walk into town is a bit of a hike.
The hotel looks very shabby from the outside. Badly in need of a makeover. The pool area is uninviting, surrounded by buildings and dying palm trees. My photo is flattering.
Our room was OK. Bathrobes and slippers would have been nice. It does claim to be a 4 star property. I did spot some in the storage room on the morning that we checked out. Alas, none managed to make their way to our room during our stay.
On the upside, the breakfast was above average. A slightly smaller selection than usual but everything was delicious. It didn't vary over three days but I didn't care because it was all so tasty.
The best thing about this hotel is its staff. Such a warm welcome and so helpful. They were exceptional. With a special mention to Cassandra.

We had a great stay! The hotel is very well located, there's easy access to the port and many buses to beautiful beaches. The room was clean and the bed was great. Everybody we had contact from the hotel was very nice and helpful.

Would not recommend.
Pros: The staff was very courteous.
Cons:
1. Common areas are run down and require significant renovations.
2. The room appeared clean on the surface but upon further investigation there was dirt and dust everywhere which had clearly accumulated over time.
Deep cleaning is significantly neglected.
3. Shower requires maintenance.
4. Hotel room was uncomfortably hot with no way to turn on the AC (contrary to advertising) or significantly open a window. This impaired on a goodnights sleep significantly.
Management needs to wakeup (or be replaced).

Nice cosy and very clean room. Awesome breakfast. Good service. Good central location. Average price. Small pool, small gym, Bad smell through the floor corridors.

The hotel desperately needs renovation (we were told that it’s gonna happen this fall). Carpets in hallways and the room were disgusting, room furniture was old the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. the reception staff were not able to communicate effectively in English. I give three stars just because of the housekeeping. They were great, kept the room always tidy and clean.
