The staff are incredibly helpful, giving advice on nice beaches to visit, how to get there, and even answering my questions on speaking French!
Toulon itself is a beautiful city, and the hotel is close to the station.
Nothing special about the rooms; although the shower can be seen into from the rooms which I personally hate — especially if you’re traveling with other people.
But they have “the club” which is a large space for everyone to use as a common area. Two computers for people to use, little bites, espresso machine, refrigerated house tea.
You feel like there’s space and not claustrophobic like you do in almost every hotel room but just as importantly, there are other people there too which is nice.
(For clarity, the space, if I had to guess, could fit about 100 people standing (though there’s seating for about 46 people) and including me there’s 6 people in there and it was 3pm ar the time
Only drawback is the very small size of rooms, which was made even tighter with a cot for our 4-month baby. However, this did not take away from our great experience as it’s compensated by the design, quality furnishings and the club.
