Good hotel and well located near the trains and subway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is relatively simple but sufficient and good quality. Lunch was seriously impressive! They don’t serve dinner but there are many restaurants very near the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and facilities in general was well maintained. There is a bar where you can enjoy a drink and your lunch.

The breakfast was pretty good - they had proper fresh orange juice that you helped yourself to. There was a reasonable selection of pastries and meats and cheeses.

2019: shower was broken and it would only give out hot water if I would open the cold water tap at the sink. The breakfast is an outright scam. For 15€ you only get coffee, juice and croissants. No eggs, or any type of cheese. I would recommend you go down the street to a bakery and get something better and for much cheaper. The bed is comfortable tho.
2018: It's fine but if you want privacy find another place. The entire night i could hear the conversations in the restaurant which was 2 floors under my room. Overall bad experience.

Staff is lovely but I cried when I saw the room. It's clean and bright but it's in the attic and half of it is unusable because a beam is in the way. You can duck under the beam but basically we keep cracking our heads. Just happened again in the bathroom. I feel like I'm in a closet. I can hardly wait to get out of here. Comfy bed.
PS. Next morning. Still cracking our heads. The beam is hard to avoid (cuts througgh the bathroom; is directly over the bed). Neighborhood unsafe at night (drunks smashing bottles). But close to train station and several excellent museums and a VERY beautiful heart of the city. Safe in daytime but unappealing until you walk ten minutes to a different neighborhood.
Staff friendly but you often have to go search for them.
LATER: we ended up having a GREAT time in Toulouse. This hotel is fine, but don't get a room on the fourth floor! The breakfast was good. Excellent choice if you need to be close to the train station.

Nice hotel close to the station. Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Unfortunately during our stay both the restaurant and the parking lot were closed.

Received a temporary accommodation here from Campus France Toulouse, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, the staff is very friendly and the service is quick, the morning breakfast has a lot of variety of fruits, bread, meat and cereals.
