Maid service could do with an improvement. We stayed for just over 2 weeks. A couple of days toilet paper was not replenished. Front desk was informed, and they promptly provided the same. Otherwise, 5 stars

Ariannys made our stay extra special by giving us a room with a view of the place Wilson park! Thank you so much. Location is superb. Plenty of eating options. Room is fine. Loving our stay so far. Today made a day trip to Carcassonne - was very nice despite being bit cloudy there.

Location and rooms, facilities are perfect at Toulouse. It is close to all the restaurants and in the same time rooms are quiet. If you have to dîne in for some reason, I would recommend you go to a restaurant next door, because they only offer pizzas at the bar.

The location of the hotel is superb, everything is within walking distance. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only remark preventing this from being a 9 or higher was that the matrass was too firm for my liking. This is personal however, other people might prefer a firm matrass.

Friendly staff, excellent rooms, wonderful breakfast pastries. I fully intend to stay here again next time I am in Toulouse.

I love this place ... as it is the former Capoul Hotel, where I used to stay very often in the last decades of business trips. This time I joint a phantastic restaurant close to ... and was kindly reminded ... that my old beloved Capoul is close :-)

What the room may lack in freshness, the staff makes up for it. Front desk is very friendly and helpful at any time of the day or night. They are very attentive to the needs of the customers and willing to go above and beyond in order to assist with any request.

Honestly can't fault this place. I stayed for one night, visiting a client nearby. I had a "business suite" with a decent sized desk, good bathroom and all the facilities I needed. Restaurant was solid, not spectacular (but it's an airport hotel and definitely good enough). Service was great though - friendly and efficient check in and out and super helpful with cabs and a couple of other queries...

I like to stay here ... perfect service, nice rooms and excellent food/drinks in the evening. Personal is very customer-oriented and nearly all wishes can be fulfilled. Tremendous hotel at one corner of the square de Capitolium. We stayed in a standard room and the suite de Saint-Exupery. It’s a boutique hotel but fully renovated, room size is not big but decent enough for Europe standard. Location is great, literally next to the city hall, but parking is a bit of a nightmare.

We stayed four nights at the Hotel du Grand Balcon. The service was excellent. We interacted with at least five employees during our stay. This is an indispensable hotel for aircraft enthusiasts, where Ghibli director Hayao Miyazaki also stayed. The writer of The Little Prince also lived in this hotel. Loved it! The bed was amazing and nearby was a nice park and supermarket/cafés. Would stay again but this is a family hotel and there were quite a lot of children running around, screaming, and diving in the pool etc.

We arrive late at night with 5 children , they were really accommodating and the receptionist so nice and helpful! Breakfast is also very good !!

Since it was low season, certain amenities aren't available which is understandable given the affordable prices for such a luxurious hotel. Comfortable rooms, but would look more modern and fresh if the walls were painted white, instead of the pale yellow/magnolia. Lovely staff, great meal and breakfast. Location is easy to get to and great for a night. But not much to walk to, so it is lucky the restaurant's food is so good. Last year we really enjoyed sitting around the pool, it was a shame the weather stopped us doing it this time.

Very comfortable Hotel, easy access to the motorway network. Rooms were spacious. However a little extra care on cleaning, would be a fair comment. Needed more staff on duty, but understand that in the current climate, costs are an issue.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, nice and spacious enough. But the highlight of the hotel is, in my opinion, the position. Right in the city center, you can reach everything with a 10 minutes walk. If you have a car, keep in mind that the underground parking is a bit expensive

The hotel is fully recommendable. My only complaint is that I came on the same date that one work colleague who had to cancel his reservation and the reservation office did not accept to exchange his reservation by mine. We had to pay two stays but we only spent one. We are still in converstations with the hotel to try to solve this issue.

You suggested there would be bathrobes, there were none. You suggested there were three coffee pods, there was one coffee, one de-caf and one milk. Your staff could not satisfy a request to give another coffee so we did not use. The swimming pool is hardly a swimming pool so did not use. The reception personnel were pleasant, our room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable , we were allowed to leave our car for an additional amount of time after checking out in the hotel car park which was very helpful. We also took advantage of the hotel back garden for a biere à pression. Merci beaucoup et we will return.

Nice and quiet, with fitness and a very tiny swimming pool outside. Very nice service, they have a parking. They propose a breakfast, which is ok. It is close to the train station, bus station and many restaurants around.

Very close to the city centre. Staff here were great, helped me find my way around the city and pointed out some great places to eat. My room was a perfect size, but basic but had everything you need. The hotel's decor is nice. Breakfast was an extra cost, and is a help yourself buffet. A bit outdated room, but the service and the location made up for that. Very helpful 24/7 reception who speaks fluently english. Only 10-15 minute walk from the station and everything else was just so close by the hotel. Can recommend.

Very friendly staff and great service! The location is perfect too, as you have everything you need near the hotel. Sadly we didn't have a great view (not the hotels fault though), the shower was a bit broken and the sink drain was very loud sometimes. All in all we had an amazing stay and i definitely recommend this hotel!!

Need to know the facilities you can use free of cost. You don't have coffee maker in room. Small rooms but you should be aware that the reception can get the Services to your room at no extra cost.

Beautiful boutique hotel. I’ve stayed in Toulouse quite a lot and this is head and shoulders above all the other hotels in the city. We stayed here for one night. Overall, I would 100% recommend this super charming and cozy hotel. Unfortunately, it didn’t start out so great, as we arrived in Toulouse a little later in the night with two small children. There were constructions happening on the same street that the hotel is on, so the streets to get to the hotel were all blocked off and the GPS did not provide an alternate route...

Excellent hotel just off the main commercial and tourist area. As a result it was very quiet. Service was excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet. Very spacious and yes, there were a few minor repair issues but nothing to detract from the experience. The breakfast was simple but fulfilling.

I gave a 4 star just because we had a sofa bed and it was noisy and uncomfortable. Everything else, its a great hotel. Would be more than happy to go back and stay here many more times.

The stay was good. The restaurant staffs was really good. I stayed with family and they given extra care to my child. I really appreciate their service. Reception staffs were not friendly. I booked with Breakfast options and they denied that I paid again for that. Other than that overall it was good. Parking is there in underground. And it is 19euro per day.

The location can't be beat. Staff is friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The lounge and restaurant are very nice and include a lovely courtyard area as a choice for dining. The room is small and nothing special. I'm sure they are on par for similar accommodations in this area. They are up-to-date and well maintained. Parking is difficult in this area and the parking garage in the plaza is expensive...

Great location for the centre. Located on a quieter street but very close to the centre, and good for trams if you need to get about via those. Personally I walked everywhere, which was very doable.

Perfectly situated hotel on the Place de la Capitole. It’s only 2min to metro and and then all of Toulouse is at your fingertips.
