Good service and good environment

We joined friends staying at the Marriott for dinner. Great evening at the restaurant. The food was excellent. Big thanks to David for the warm welcome and attentive service. We’ll definitely be back!

What the room may lack in freshness, the staff makes up for it. Front desk is very friendly and helpful at any time of the day or night. They are very attentive to the needs of the customers and willing to go above and beyond in order to assist with any request.

Maid service could do with an improvement. We stayed for just over 2 weeks. A couple of days toilet paper was not replenished. Front desk was informed, and they promptly provided the same. Otherwise, 5 stars

First of all it is important to know that the floor outside and inside the rooms is completely covered with dirty carpet. In the corridors you can smell bad sewer smell. The mattresses are broken, uncomfortable pillows. Safe in the room broken with dirty black socks from previous guests inside. Location and rooms, facilities are perfect at Toulouse. It is close to all the restaurants and in the same time rooms are quiet. If you have to dîne in for some reason, I would recommend you go to a restaurant next door, because they only offer pizzas at the bar.

The location of the hotel is superb, everything is within walking distance. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only remark preventing this from being a 9 or higher was that the matrass was too firm for my liking. This is personal however, other people might prefer a firm matrass.

Not the 4 star hotel I expected. Rooms are in need of upgrade and redecoration, somewhat bleak. Area around the hotel isn’t great, concrete jungle. Hotel served a purpose but wouldn’t I wouldn’t recommend.

Loved it! The bed was amazing and nearby was a nice park and supermarket/cafés. Would stay again but this is a family hotel and there were quite a lot of children running around, screaming, and diving in the pool etc.

Comfortable rooms, but would look more modern and fresh if the walls were painted white, instead of the pale yellow/magnolia. Lovely staff, great meal and breakfast. Location is easy to get to and great for a night. But not much to walk to, so it is lucky the restaurant's food is so good. Last year we really enjoyed sitting around the pool, it was a shame the weather stopped us doing it this time.

The hotel is very well situated for easy access from the airport as well as to the city centre. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff were very helpful. I had a very nice stay for 3 nights.

A large hotel with small rooms. The hotel is very good. It has modern facilities, parking, a good breakfast, and a good location. The only drawback is that the room and bathroom were so small that they were uncomfortable, to the point where I had nowhere to open my suitcase other than on the bed, which made it uncomfortable. However, the room and bathroom were fine.

Made our stay in a fun city even better

We loved this hotel and will definitely be back! The pool was a highlight and so were the wonderful rooms! The air conditioning was a 10/10 as were the bathroom amenities. It is also so great that they have the city bikes just outside the hotel so it was super easy to see Toulouse that way!

Reception for check in was not welcoming No hotel amenities were explained or described at check in. Nothing about WiFi, terrace, etc we had to learn ourselves Room was lacking many basics. 1 shower gel/shampoo bottle and 1 hand wash, nothing else in room or bathroom. Lovely stay, very helpful staff. Needed a wheelchair and in a day it was provided free of charge.

The hotel is fully recommendable. My only complaint is that I came on the same date that one work colleague who had to cancel his reservation and the reservation office did not accept to exchange his reservation by mine. We had to pay two stays but we only spent one. We are still in converstations with the hotel to try to solve this issue.

The reception personnel were pleasant, our room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable , we were allowed to leave our car for an additional amount of time after checking out in the hotel car park which was very helpful. We also took advantage of the hotel back garden for a biere à pression. Merci beaucoup et we will return.

We stayed one night for my husband's birthday. Short but pleasant with good bedding service, tea/coffee in the room. A few hairs in the bathtub when I arrived but nothing to say about the rest of the hotel. Average soundproofing but old building so not a problem more than that. Very good stay.

It’s a boutique hotel but fully renovated, room size is not big but decent enough for Europe standard. Location is great, literally next to the city hall, but parking is a bit of a nightmare.

This is a lovely and historic hotel. It shows it's age but that's part of the charm. The original lift (elevator) from 1930 is a so unique and a snapshot to the past. The guest book in the rooms shows attention to detail. Staff super helpful and considerate. Great location!

Beautiful boutique hotel. I’ve stayed in Toulouse quite a lot and this is head and shoulders above all the other hotels in the city. Food is great, the setting is fantastic, rooms are wonderfully designed and the staff are just so friendly and go above and beyond. One of the most unique and wonderful hotels I’ve stayed in.

We stayed here for one night. Overall, I would 100% recommend this super charming and cozy hotel. Unfortunately, it didn’t start out so great, as we arrived in Toulouse a little later in the night with two small children. There were constructions happening on the same street that the hotel is on, so the streets to get to the hotel were all blocked off and the GPS did not provide an alternate route...

A truly wonderful place, room was so comfortable and quiet. Gardens and pool an amazing oasis of calm. But what sets this hotel apart was the incredible staff who are so helpful. A million miles away from the soulless corporate approach of some hotels. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel just off the main commercial and tourist area. As a result it was very quiet. Service was excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet. Very spacious and yes, there were a few minor repair issues but nothing to detract from the experience. The breakfast was simple but fulfilling.

Good location but the hotel is worn-out. The staff goes out of his way to make the stay comfortable but the air conditioning doesn't work, the sinc is clogged and the towels are worn out. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
