Very close to the city centre. Staff here were great, helped me find my way around the city and pointed out some great places to eat. My room was a perfect size, but basic but had everything you need. The hotel's decor is nice. Breakfast was an extra cost, and is a help yourself buffet. Really enjoyed my stay here, great location and great staff

A bit outdated room, but the service and the location made up for that. Very helpful 24/7 reception who speaks fluently english. Only 10-15 minute walk from the station and everything else was just so close by the hotel. Can recommend.

Very friendly staff and great service! The location is perfect too, as you have everything you need near the hotel. Sadly we didn't have a great view (not the hotels fault though), the shower was a bit broken and the sink drain was very loud sometimes. All in all we had an amazing stay and i definitely recommend this hotel!!

Need to know the facilities you can use free of cost. You don't have coffee maker in room. Small rooms but you should be aware that the reception can get the Services to your room at no extra cost.

Hotel was adequate. Nothing special. Fantastic location. Needs a bit of attention. My room (217) had a broken lock. Chap on reception knew about it. This is an older hotel that has passed its glory days, but, we loved it! Reception and service was wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The shower room was brand new and the water was hot! Excellent location. Highly recommended.

Travellers from Sweden. A very pleasant hotel based on what it’s coast. It’s close to the inner city and the metro. The breakfast buffet wasn’t big , but there were the classic French accoutrements for a breakfast. If I were to go back to Toulouse I would book this hotel again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The manager, Sofia, was incredibly kind and made a great impression. The room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We had a very nice one day stay. The people at the reception were extremely nice. We put our luggage before the check in and they were very accommodating. The room was very nice and the toilet was very comfortable and new. The bed mattress was very comfortable. The only small issue was that the floor makes a funny sound because it's an old building. We did not take breakfast since it was expensive...

It's really an economic room. It will be really helpful for a stay if traveling for a long journey ( it can be a stop by). It is better to book online. They serve breakfast and I would say it is a light one. There is a very good safety system around the building. The receptionist speaks French and English. Once the door is closed inside it is very dark even on day time.

Good overnight stay

I was here for work, so i only stayed for one night. The rooms are really small, and the bathrooms are even smaller. All you can eat breakfast is served for 5€ extra (per person). In my opinion, you should stay in this hotel if you are here for work, or if you are just passing by and have to stay somewhere for the night.

Happy to recommend this excellent hotel at the centre of the old city. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming even though I arrived at 1am. Perfectly acceptable petit dejeuner. I was there for 1 night. All was alright . No complain + really nice people in reception . Big thank you i was staying till 1 . Didnt have to go at 11 . My flight was late so it helped me a lot . Room was pretty clean ,around quiet so had lovely sleep. I hope will come back again . Best Wishes 🌺

Cortisol alert: if eggs are important to you, the breakfast until 10h30 does not guarantee you'll have eggs, they have a "one round of eggs" policy with no time linked like "eggs until 9". This is closer to an egg lottery, so you might push yourself out of bed while your body is still regulating and run downstairs...

There are three Ours hotels in same vicinity... be sure you book the correct one. This one is dated, bathroom towels grey and worn, rooms cleans beds comfortable. One plug point available. For slightly more in terms of budget think it would be better to look elsewhere

Nice and confortable in the city center.

Clean. Convenient for restaurants and shopping. Very nice staff. The fire alarm that goes off whenever someone toasts bread for breakfast is the panic button 😕that wakes up customers😝 but a good drill😄

I love this place ... as it is the former Capoul Hotel, where I used to stay very often in the last decades of business trips. This time I joint a phantastic restaurant close to ... and was kindly reminded ... that my old beloved Capoul is close :-)

Good but not the best. The price was ok and the location is great. The room was recently refurbished but still has a dusty moquette. The major problem in the room was the absence of electrical plugs. There was just one on the side of the bed and one in the bathroom. I ended up charging the pc on the side of the toilet. Not the exactly best picture. This is an indispensable hotel for aircraft enthusiasts, where Ghibli director Hayao Miyazaki also stayed. The writer of The Little Prince also lived in this hotel. It is said that you may have painted The Little Prince in this hotel. It is said that Miyazaki Hayao also became a fan of the writer Prince Hoshi. Conveniently located in the center of Toulouse.

A very well located clean comfortable hotel. However i would class it as a good 4* and not a 5* as it does lack certain amenities you would expect from a 5* establishment

Lqcation - perfect, metro within 100 metres, bus terminal within 100 metres, main train station 6 minutes walk -- town centre (Pl. Capitol) 3 minutes walk. Street market close by. Restaurants of all types within 5 minutes walk. HOTEL - spotlessly clean, parking if requiews, fast check in/out with 1st class staff. Room at the level stated, good bed.

Recommended hotel. We arrived without reservation and received a price of 46 euros per night. Cheapest price in France. The service is indulgent and the rooms clean!

Standard Ibis, modern version. Tucked away in a backstreet behind the bus station, under which there is a public car park if you're too late for the hotel one, which is very small. Ideally located for the bars & restaurants on & around the main boulevard. Nice staff, very helpful.

Hotel is pretty close to the downtown and public transport. Parking house is around 1 minute by walk. There are very tiny rooms respectively bathrooms in this hotel. There is wardrobe missing in the room. Available are just small shelves.

Beautiful boutique hotel. I’ve stayed in Toulouse quite a lot and this is head and shoulders above all the other hotels in the city. Food is great, the setting is fantastic, rooms are wonderfully designed and the staff are just so friendly and go above and beyond. One of the most unique and wonderful hotels I’ve stayed in.

We stayed here for one night. Overall, I would 100% recommend this super charming and cozy hotel. Unfortunately, it didn’t start out so great, as we arrived in Toulouse a little later in the night with two small children. There were constructions happening on the same street that the hotel is on, so the streets to get to the hotel were all blocked off and the GPS did not provide an alternate route...

Very decent employee and helpful

Fantastic location by the main station. The staff was very accomodating and welcoming. I got a late check-out, no questions asked or extra fees as the place was relatively empty. Breakfast is room service only at the moment and it was very high quality with freshly baked pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Nice clean & comfortable. Rooms are well laid out & the internet is great for streaming. The adjacent restaurant is very good & reasonably priced except for breakfast. The bar offers a great choice of drinks at fair prices for this level hotel. The staff is very helpful. Unfortunately the construction outside makes access difficult.

Great modern hotel with stylish rooms and helpful staff. It is slightly hindered at present though due to major road works right outside the front of the hotel that will be going on into 2018. Ask for a rear facing room or one on an upper level to avoid the noise!

The hotel is fully recommendable. My only complaint is that I came on the same date that one work colleague who had to cancel his reservation and the reservation office did not accept to exchange his reservation by mine. We had to pay two stays but we only spent one. We are still in converstations with the hotel to try to solve this issue.

The reception personnel were pleasant, our room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable , we were allowed to leave our car for an additional amount of time after checking out in the hotel car park which was very helpful. We also took advantage of the hotel back garden for a biere à pression. Merci beaucoup et we will return.

La Cour des Consuls is a gem in the heart of old Toulouse. It was a former 18th century luxurious home. The rooms are modern and ours had a lovely outdoor patio on the third floor. There is a fridge and coffeemaker in the room. The only complaint is the makeup mirror. Way too low for a 5 ft. 6 in woman.

Very nice hotel in excellent location but I had a problem with the room lock malfunctioning and locked me out. Had to wait a couple of hours for someone to fix the door lock and let me into the room, not great as it was 11pm and I had to leave at 4am for the airport. I have stayed here multiple times and really love the hotel. It’s a beautiful facility, well maintained, clean, and wonderful staff. But I did not like that they turn off the air conditioning at night across the entire hotel. Every night I woke up extremely hot and sweating. Since I stayed at the end of June, I expect the a/c to be available all the time. I won’t stay here during the summer again.

We stayed in Room 232 for 2 nights. My husband & I also work in Hospitality, but this was beyond our expectations. The hotel is elegant and beautiful. Excellent hotel just off the main commercial and tourist area. As a result it was very quiet. Service was excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet. Very spacious and yes, there were a few minor repair issues but nothing to detract from the experience. The breakfast was simple but fulfilling.

Good location but the hotel is worn-out. The staff goes out of his way to make the stay comfortable but the air conditioning doesn't work, the sinc is clogged and the towels are worn out. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
