Good service and good environment

We joined friends staying at the Marriott for dinner. Great evening at the restaurant. The food was excellent. Big thanks to David for the warm welcome and attentive service. We’ll definitely be back!

What the room may lack in freshness, the staff makes up for it. Front desk is very friendly and helpful at any time of the day or night. They are very attentive to the needs of the customers and willing to go above and beyond in order to assist with any request.

There are significant quality, health, and safety issues that could pose hazards due to renovation activities. 1- bedcovers are dirty with yellow and red spots 2- no fridge in the room to put water or food 3- the bathroom was very high with approximately 70 cm high and no handle to catch 4- douch was broken and falling down 5- water either very hot or cold 6- there were hairs on bathroom floor

The hotel is small but tidy, with aldi and bus/velo stop right downstairs. The swimming pool is also nice for a small hotel. Their table is a bit small, but everything else is fine.

We were very well received, the staff is super nice. The room is very comfortable and clean. We can't hear the neighbors in the adjacent rooms or the passage in the corridors. However, we were close to the elevator.

Location and rooms, facilities are perfect at Toulouse. It is close to all the restaurants and in the same time rooms are quiet. If you have to dîne in for some reason, I would recommend you go to a restaurant next door, because they only offer pizzas at the bar.

The location of the hotel is superb, everything is within walking distance. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only remark preventing this from being a 9 or higher was that the matrass was too firm for my liking. This is personal however, other people might prefer a firm matrass.

Not the 4 star hotel I expected. Rooms are in need of upgrade and redecoration, somewhat bleak. Area around the hotel isn’t great, concrete jungle. Hotel served a purpose but wouldn’t I wouldn’t recommend.

Loved it! The bed was amazing and nearby was a nice park and supermarket/cafés. Would stay again but this is a family hotel and there were quite a lot of children running around, screaming, and diving in the pool etc.

The hotel is very well situated for easy access from the airport as well as to the city centre. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff were very helpful. I had a very nice stay for 3 nights.

A large hotel with small rooms. The hotel is very good. It has modern facilities, parking, a good breakfast, and a good location. The only drawback is that the room and bathroom were so small that they were uncomfortable, to the point where I had nowhere to open my suitcase other than on the bed, which made it uncomfortable. However, the room and bathroom were fine.

The bed was very hard, two thin mattresses put together to make a double. TV came on of its own accord at midnight and 1am. The pillows were extremely thin. But there was good air con and friendly staff.

While it's not the closest into town, it's a nice walk down the canals, and the place is comfortable. There is a shop and a bakery close by, but the nearest bars/restaurants are at least 15 mins walking.

Spent one night. It was really okay to get some rest. The parking place is a bit narrow but it is nice to have.

I stayed for seven nights for a seminar and it was ok. It not in the center and not walking distance to a lot of the restaurants and things but the price was a little better than the center hotels. The staff were all very nice. My room was cleaned everyday. If there are no constructions being done outside, it is pretty quiet location.

Nice stay at Mama Shelter, but I think this is more in the 3 star vs. 4 star category. My highlight was enjoying sunset at the rooftop bar. Excellent location, friendly staff The hotel is in an excellent location, you can walk everywhere! Lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and special for a birthday weekend. We had a room with a kitchen which was handy and kitted out however missing cleaning things, cloth etc. Would recommend staying here!

Made our stay in a fun city even better

We loved this hotel and will definitely be back! The pool was a highlight and so were the wonderful rooms! The air conditioning was a 10/10 as were the bathroom amenities. It is also so great that they have the city bikes just outside the hotel so it was super easy to see Toulouse that way!

Reception for check in was not welcoming No hotel amenities were explained or described at check in. Nothing about WiFi, terrace, etc we had to learn ourselves Room was lacking many basics. 1 shower gel/shampoo bottle and 1 hand wash, nothing else in room or bathroom. Room TV would not enable us to use any Netflix or other as described, only local cable. For the price we would recommend elsewhere...

The hotel is fully recommendable. My only complaint is that I came on the same date that one work colleague who had to cancel his reservation and the reservation office did not accept to exchange his reservation by mine. We had to pay two stays but we only spent one. We are still in converstations with the hotel to try to solve this issue.

The reception personnel were pleasant, our room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable , we were allowed to leave our car for an additional amount of time after checking out in the hotel car park which was very helpful. We also took advantage of the hotel back garden for a biere à pression. Merci beaucoup et we will return.

We stayed one night for my husband's birthday. Short but pleasant with good bedding service, tea/coffee in the room. A few hairs in the bathtub when I arrived but nothing to say about the rest of the hotel. Average soundproofing but old building so not a problem more than that. Very good stay.

Well, this type of a hotel is just for a one night sleep, have shower in the morning and go. :) Room is very modest and super small, air conditioning is very old and not working for heating, location is far from Toulouse city center. Pros - the girl at reception was welcoming and nice, free parking and a charger for electric vehicle (paid, requires provider’s application).

Busy city, quiet, traditional hotel. 40 degree heat means the AC is a godsend. Clean room, I have been given a wheelchair friendly room, and I think it just might be. Front of house staff very polite and efficient, bed feels ok. I will know better in the morning. Good night.
