I like to stay here ... perfect service, nice rooms and excellent food/drinks in the evening. Personal is very customer-oriented and nearly all wishes can be fulfilled. Since years I only stay here when I am in Toulouse. My place ... where I like to be. Although it is a business trip ... it is kind of ... coming home :-)

Was there for business workshops, the organisation was wonderful. People attending to us were very friendly and helpful, and the situation of the hotel is perfect

Nice smaller hotel. The rooms were comfortable as was the bed. Situated very close to Airbus and there is a free shuttle to take you there but you have to book the day before. The restaurant is good, breakfast is great. The main dinner menu is quite limited but the food is good, oh and free olives.

Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Vibrant restaurant. Could have more food options for vegetarians. I like to stay here.

Always clean and tidy bar and restaurant areas. Comfortable rooms, nice large bed and a selection of pillows for a good night's sleep. Good shower, lots of water, and the temperature stayed constant throughout. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room is always welcome.

Good place to stay. Conveniently located to Airbus plant, airport and downtown . Good service and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Good food . Shuttle service to Airport. Public transportation close by.

Rooms are small but serviceable, location can't be beat, and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Pricey compared o other similar hotels close by.

Very close to the city centre. Staff here were great, helped me find my way around the city and pointed out some great places to eat. My room was a perfect size, but basic but had everything you need. The hotel's decor is nice. Breakfast was an extra cost, and is a help yourself buffet. Really enjoyed my stay here, great location and great staff

A bit outdated room, but the service and the location made up for that. Very helpful 24/7 reception who speaks fluently english. Only 10-15 minute walk from the station and everything else was just so close by the hotel. Can recommend.

Very friendly staff and great service! The location is perfect too, as you have everything you need near the hotel. Sadly we didn't have a great view (not the hotels fault though), the shower was a bit broken and the sink drain was very loud sometimes. All in all we had an amazing stay and i definitely recommend this hotel!!

Need to know the facilities you can use free of cost. You don't have coffee maker in room. Small rooms but you should be aware that the reception can get the Services to your room at no extra cost.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms and common areas were spotless and nicely appointed. However, ompared to North American standards, this was not a 5-star hotel. The issues included the quality of the furnishings, the size of our room (King Deluxe), and the fact that our carpet had stains on it. Fantastic location by the main station. The staff was very accomodating and welcoming. I got a late check-out, no questions asked or extra fees as the place was relatively empty. Breakfast is room service only at the moment and it was very high quality with freshly baked pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Nice clean & comfortable. Rooms are well laid out & the internet is great for streaming. The adjacent restaurant is very good & reasonably priced except for breakfast. The bar offers a great choice of drinks at fair prices for this level hotel. The staff is very helpful. Unfortunately the construction outside makes access difficult.

Great modern hotel with stylish rooms and helpful staff. It is slightly hindered at present though due to major road works right outside the front of the hotel that will be going on into 2018. Ask for a rear facing room or one on an upper level to avoid the noise!

There is a little bit of building work happening right in front of the hotel, so you may miss it. Very welcoming staff with lovely and cool foyer to walk in to from the heat outside. The room was a very good size for a superior double. Bathroom with very deep bath (which I found was fantastic for relaxing later on) The bed was huge and very comfortable with very cool air conditioning, I fell to sleep...

The location of this hotel is near the city center, but taking the bus to get there is recommended. We had some problems with the room they offered us, but it was solved efficiently. It's just fine.

Simply hotel but was great for what I needed it was perfect cleaned and had everything we need at the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The only thing could had been different was about the shower towels we were 4 guests and they left only 2 towels at the bathroom. Unless for that is a very good place to stay.

Ideal location, North of the city next to the Japanese gardens. Only a short walk into town. Loved it! The bed was amazing and nearby was a nice park and supermarket/cafés. Would stay again but this is a family hotel and there were quite a lot of children running around, screaming, and diving in the pool etc.

We arrive late at night with 5 children , they were really accommodating and the receptionist so nice and helpful! Breakfast is also very good !!

The hotel is beautiful and located in a very nice spot. If you're traveling for work or leisure you'll find you are close to wherever you want. The airport shuttle bus also has a stop just outside. The staff are helpful and the very colorful lobby is a great place for quick meetings.

Nice enough hotel, pleasant staff, spoiled by the fact that air conditioning didn't work in any of the rooms. I was informed manager had switched it off, which made for an uncomfortable sleep on a very warm night

I love this place ... as it is the former Capoul Hotel, where I used to stay very often in the last decades of business trips. This time I joint a phantastic restaurant close to ... and was kindly reminded ... that my old beloved Capoul is close :-)

Good but not the best. The price was ok and the location is great. The room was recently refurbished but still has a dusty moquette. The major problem in the room was the absence of electrical plugs. There was just one on the side of the bed and one in the bathroom. I ended up charging the pc on the side of the toilet. Not the exactly best picture. Otherwise the personnel was kind and the room clean

The visit would have been normal unless the friendly staff wouldn’t have helped with everything. They also have a deal with a nearby parking, ask in reception.

Extremely kind and welcoming staff, and a charming place in a vibrant location with walking distance to the city's main attractions. Room is very comfortable and breakfast is always a pleasant experience. The fitness center is fantastic with hammam, sauna, and jacuzzi

The breakfast was pretty good - they had proper fresh orange juice that you helped yourself to. There was a reasonable selection of pastries and meats and cheeses.

Nice hotel close to the station. Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Unfortunately during our stay both the restaurant and the parking lot were closed.

Good hotel and well located near the trains and subway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is relatively simple but sufficient and good quality. Lunch was seriously impressive! They don’t serve dinner but there are many restaurants very near the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and facilities in general was well maintained. There is a bar where you can enjoy a drink and your lunch.

Received a temporary accommodation here from Campus France Toulouse, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, the staff is very friendly and the service is quick, the morning breakfast has a lot of variety of fruits, bread, meat and cereals.

Room nice and clean with a super useful small kitchen inside. It's more like a studio than a hotel room. The staff is the Best, i really recommend it for short or long stay.

Decent place. Close proximity to the airport, plenty parking spaces. Inexpensive and convenient with kitchenette in every room. 24h reception. Good breakfast with adequate choice. We paid off peak prices, during the week it gets more expensive. prices quoted by staff are net and service is added when you pay. Could not switch off the fan, which was running continuously even without the key in the room...

Clean budget hotel. I had a small kitchen in my room as well. The view was great. Friendly staff. Very near to the bus stop. It is a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, you should be ok. Buses run frequently too.

Found this hotel nearby, being tired and in need of an improvised overnight stay. It was a breeze to get my room online, reach the hotel's door, print my ticket with room and access code. However, was stressed for 5 minutes straight before realizing that access is granted by the atm-like machine besides the entrance (no reception staff, and no instructions on the reservation mail; no one answering...

Had to use the machine to pick the room when we arrived. You need a working credit card otherwise you will be in trouble. Using the machine when you are tired after a long trip is not a good idea. Luckily the lady carding the garage door helped us.

Very good hôtel. The only problems I found are : - Noisy drunk client all night (the B&B hotel employee did their best, but still, I slept very bad) - Poor isolation of the rooms, you can ear everything that happens outside your room. - The very small space between the toilet seat and the wall in front of it. (I'm 1,90m...and it was unconfortable)

An excellent 4 star hotel well located in Toulouse. A new modern 6-storey building with an atrium and a gym. The prestige room was top notch, despite the covid19 procedures we had an enjoyable night. There is a minibar and drinks are included in the room rate. The room is very comfortable: Italian shower, new hygiene products, TV, air conditioning, safe, iron and ironing board, desk, full breakfast...

I really appreciated the reception. There are no major negative points regarding the bedroom. The hotel is very beautiful, with a glass elevator. There is a place to work.

Clean, spacious and quiet rooms, Françoise even accommodated us with connecting rooms for our children. Jason at the restaurant for breakfast was so kind and accommodating. A great place and felt very safe.

Very comfortable Hotel, easy access to the motorway network. Rooms were spacious. However a little extra care on cleaning, would be a fair comment. Needed more staff on duty, but understand that in the current climate, costs are an issue.

A professional team, smiling, available and attentive despite the COVID situation. The room is very spacious and decorated with refinement. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the additional services (swimming pool and spa) due to lack of time (business trip) but also due to the cold and rainy weather. just one remark to make : The lack of light to take the stairs out of the parking...

Beware charges fees without notification billing practices fraudulent. I was over charge on my stay there. If your from the USA beware. Besides the billing everything else was fine.The hotel itself is very nice. The restaurant food was excellent. The grounds are lovely. And the pool and spa are nice. If it wasn't for the billing I would had given this resort 5 stars but because of that. I can not recommend...

The Palladia hotel is easy reachable from the Blagnac airport by public transport (T2) and has friendly staff. The room is ok-ish.

I checked in and Mya at the front desk enthusiastically showed us her favorite spots in Toulouse. She wasn't wrong about any of the ones I got around to visiting; clearly she has exquisite taste. In the restaurant, Natacha was so friendly, the kind of person you just want to high-five all the time. There was a guy on the rooftop bar whose name I don't remember, so obviously I don't deserve a positive...

Nice stay at Mama Shelter, but I think this is more in the 3 star vs. 4 star category. My highlight was enjoying sunset at the rooftop bar. I stayed in a classic double room, which was a little small, although the bed was very comfortable. AC wasn't working but to be fair, I didn't raise with the front desk. The rooms are a little cramped and lacking some basic amenities. E.g. no toothbrush / toothpaste...

My experience at The Mama Shelter was phenomenal. The cozy, rustic decor made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me with everything I need. I truly enjoyed a staying there. Beds were comfortable. The live band on Sundays is amazing and adds a wonderful touch to the dining experience. It was a perfect evening, and I can't wait to come back! I highly recommend!!...

Stayed for two nights on business with a colleague, very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable room with amazing pillows! Breakfast is fantastic with a good choice of hot and cold selections. We eat in the restaurant one night which was also excellent with a good choice of wines. I won't hesitate to come back.

The bar is truly wonderful, as was the breakfast. Staff where also super helpful. Downside is that the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows too thin. We were on the 4th floor but the noise out in the street kept us up in the early hours. Not sure we would stay again as we also had difficulty in booking but we would be back to visit the bar

No space to unload the car, a flight of stairs right in the entrance, a small & not very comfy room, poor service at the bar. For me, this is at most a mediocre 3-star hotel.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, nice and spacious enough. But the highlight of the hotel is, in my opinion, the position. Right in the city center, you can reach everything with a 10 minutes walk. If you have a car, keep in mind that the underground parking is a bit expensive

Nice room with enough space, it might need better options for gluten free bread and options in the breakfast. Anyway, nice service and place. Supermarket really close and beautiful Japanese garden 15 minutes away by foot.

The hotel was clean and functional, but the overall experience felt average. The staff were friendly enough, but the service seemed rushed at times. The room was comfortable but could have used some updating. It's an okay option for a short stay, but with a few upgrades, it could offer much more.

Brilliant place to stay -- low prices and superbly placed if you are going over to watch the rugby league team who play in the English league

The room was good and clean. The localitation is fine. There are some noise I do not know where it is coming from, but it is tolerable. Breakfast is basic but not bad although they could have better timetable

The location can't be beat. Staff is friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The lounge and restaurant are very nice and include a lovely courtyard area as a choice for dining. The room is small and nothing special. I'm sure they are on par for similar accommodations in this area. They are up-to-date and well maintained. Parking is difficult in this area and the parking garage in the plaza is expensive...

Great location for the centre. Located on a quieter street but very close to the centre, and good for trams if you need to get about via those. Personally I walked everywhere, which was very doable.

Excellent boutique hotel. Breakfast is adequate since I am normally not a big breakfast eater. Parking garage is a nightmare - I'd look for alternatives to park.

Room was nice although a little small compared to international standards. No gym or restaurant but it's in a good location.

The hotel is fully recommendable. My only complaint is that I came on the same date that one work colleague who had to cancel his reservation and the reservation office did not accept to exchange his reservation by mine. We had to pay two stays but we only spent one. We are still in converstations with the hotel to try to solve this issue.

You suggested there would be bathrobes, there were none. You suggested there were three coffee pods, there was one coffee, one de-caf and one milk. Your staff could not satisfy a request to give another coffee so we did not use. The swimming pool is hardly a swimming pool so did not use. There is a hint of art deco and a nod to Dali in the Dali room but hardly fitting. I think the public areas reflect...

Really nice staff. In the middle of the city, all arround full of restaurants. The room perfectly isolated, no noise from the outside. Bed so comfortable. Strongly recommended

Room 210. The reception personnel were pleasant, our room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable , we were allowed to leave our car for an additional amount of time after checking out in the hotel car park which was very helpful. We also took advantage of the hotel back garden for a biere à pression. Merci beaucoup et we will return.

Nice and quiet, with fitness and a very tiny swimming pool outside. Very nice service, they have a parking. They propose a breakfast, which is ok. It is close to the train station, bus station and many restaurants around.
