Stayed here for our last night on the island of Milos. It was the perfect spot as its walking distance from restaurants, the pier, grocery store and car rentals. The adorable grandma (who must be the owner) goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome. Although this small family run hotel has slighted dated features, it is extremely clean and checks all the boxes for a budget hotel.

A very nice small family hotel with breakfast and swimming pool. The most comfortable bed is the one in room 202. They let us try them all ☺️. The lady is 84 years old and is a sweetheart. Very loving! Our room was cleaned every day. We will definitely repeat!

Very good and picturesque hotel with an island style. Close to the port and the KTEL bus stop. The owner Mrs. Panagiula was a wonderful, hospitable and sweet lady. The room was enough for two people, spotlessly clean with a view of the harbor. They changed the sheets and towels every second day. The breakfast was rich. I highly recommend it.

A very clean and nice hotel in the city center of Adamas. Almost in front of the harbor and very nice people. A very special mention for the old lady who is very kind and funny even though she does not speak English! Efkaristos !!!

Nice clean modern hotel. Breakfast spread really good. Spa good . Pool area really nice. Just don’t have a room overlooking the pool bar as when groups come back around 10 it get noisy with them all talking outside. This was the disappointing aspect of the stay the rest was really good

The resort is a great location near the port, adamas, and the airport. We appreciated the transfer service to the airport we can set up through the hotel. The footpath to the resort is well lit. Stayed for 3 nights at the end of June and it was our favourite hotel in all of Greece! Rooms are clean, pool is magnificent, and a quick 15 minute walk to Adamantas! Staff were so kind and gave great food recommendations.

I’ve been traveling Europe for a whole month and this was my favorite place I’ve stayed! Situated right on the beach, a beautiful property with a stunning pool! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the location is a 10/10!!! Walking distance to so much! can’t wait to be back!

The best hotel in Milos. Idealy located by the port and downtown. Rooms are in a traditional greek style and with a beautiful sea view. Warm and spacious swimming-pool! Staff is very nice and accommodated. We went there for the third time, and we will come back for sure !

Very good location in Adamas, close to all attractions. Everyone was super helpful. Our room is great and super clean. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Amazing view on the sea, great location in the south of Milos (which is much more isolated / calm). We absolutely recommend this beautifull hotel. The Ostria crew was so overwhelming warm and friendly. They were always there for us to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacesious and the bathrooms are Luxurious. And than the breakfast, it was more than delicious. There was so much variaty of choice. Wonderful hotel, staff and location. Rent a car ( a 4x4 if you want to drive to the western part of the island ) and just enjoy this wonderful place. There is no doubt that Hotel Eleni is a fine establishment. Very well taken care of. The staff is very helpful providing interesting and useful recommendations for attractions around the island. They are genuinely interested in each guest as if they were the only one. And in an additional 7.5€ per person a glorious breakfast buffet is served from 8:00 to 10:00.

Mrs Eleni is definitely among the best hostesses in Milos. She will do anything to help you and guide you to the best places in Milos. The hotel is small but extremely well taken care of. Everything was in perfect condition.

Hotel looks great. Minimal in the traditional way with a modern twist. Great for a night drink at the bar above the harbor with mellow music quality music. Refined scenery despite the hustle and bustle of the port bellow. The Mojito was nothing to write home about.

Exceptional stay. If you are coming to Milos this is a great central location, with restaurants, shops and a small beach nearby. It's also easy to access the rest of the island from, as most transport goes from here. Hosts are wonderful and the breakfast is the best I've had in a hotel stay.

We got stuck on Milos for an extra day because ferries weren't running due to wind. We booked the Milos Hotel in a pinch because of its location and it was the perfect spot for us. Clean, good location and value.

Beautiful hotel in a great central location. We had a view of the port and it came with a nice balcony. It’s the perfect location if you are there for a short time and plan to take the bus since the station is right across. Also great for a day boat cruise since only a 2 min walk! There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Everyone at the reception was lovely and helpful.

Excellent experience in the very center of Adamantas with beautiful rooms, a nice swimming pool and a very large and good breakfast. Most of all, the owners and staff are very friendly. Absolutely loved staying at this bed and breakfast. Clean rooms, beautiful property overlooking the bay. Wonderful breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, pastries and meats and cheeses. Professional & excellent check-in process. We were provided with lots of information about Milos, the activities and where to eat. Our room was modern and well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast consisted of high quality items and ingredients. The WI-FI was strong and reliable.

We really enjoyed our holidays at Giannoulis hotel. Miss Moschoula was a great host. She was very helpful giving us the right guidelines to explore the island. The room was very clean, spacious and full of services such as A\C, WiFi, kitchen and a great cosy balcony. The place is pleasant, we had one of the room upstairs. It was spacious enough. The bathroom was very cute. They had a terrace with a nice view. There are a few parking spots in front of the building. It's a bit of walking from the port, but the bus stop just outside the building compensate for that.

Perfect balance between cost and service. If you rent a moto or a car it s easy to go around the island. We had a large room with the kitchen (and the supermarket is near to the hotel, 2 minutes walking). Very friendly and helpful. I asked for help to do an expedition to Athen (the key of the previous hotel) and they took care of it without any cost.

Near Adams and Plaka, the owner can arrange a scooter for rent (really suggested) on demand. I gave 3 stars because the owner was nice with us, and he offers a free transfer to the port the day of check out.. personal opinion: they should improve the breakfast, the chitchen is not well furnished... If you are looking for something exclusive, probably these studios are not what you are looking for
