Very old fashioned hotel -lady does not speak any English which made it difficult when we had a problem with the room allocation. Rooms very basic but the location is in central Adamas which makes accessing the port etc easy. The pool area want very clean and breakfast was adequate but basic think they need to up their game as a Milos residence. We only had one night here thankfully.

Great, excellent location, if a bit tired Great hotel in a great location!! Only issue is most of the furnishings are quite dated. The TV is tiny (but not one ever really uses it), and you can hear most activity in the corridor / outside the room. However, a really pleasant manager and family, with a lovely authentic heart.

Great hotel with welcoming grandma Great location, in the center of town. The hotel is family-run, and even the grandmother is often present making sure that guests are comfortable adding a warm, personal touch to the experience. It was a really nice stay and we would recommend it to family and friends.

Hotel was located right by the port. It was very clean and the hosts were super friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious. Close to public transportation and nice variety of restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed three nights in a Family Suite with Balcony during October ‘25. The sitting room with two single beds overlooks the harbour and is slightly noisy, but the rear bedroom room was very quiet. A lovely hotel in the prime location of Adamantas. The staff were so lovely arranged a massage for us at a place nearby, recommended restaurants and were always friendly to talk to. The room was good and clean. The bed was not bad. Good location to be by the docks. It had a vanity outside the bathroom which was ideal to get ready. The shower was awful and tiny! I am am a small person and I couldn't even fit in there with the doors closed. The water flows everywhere as there isnt a ledge. The shower head doesn't sit quite right for you to stand under.

The family that runs this hotel made our brief stay in Milos most welcoming. It is a gem near the square in Adamas with clean and spacious rooms (ours overlooked the pool) and included a good breakfast. Shops and restaurants are just across the street. We are close to the ferry port. An easy place to spend a few days.

Location, breakfast and service are 10/10, they provide a lot of amenities as well - pool, beach towel, beach bag, breakfast etc. Rooms are clean but the toilet and pillows need a bit of deep cleaning/replacement. Would be nice if they have a mossie net as well.

Nice enough room. Breakfast was ok no hot food, just continental style. No restaurants open for dinner so you need a rental car or to take a taxi which is €30 return! Very noisy in the morning so impossible to sleep. Staff not that clued up. Took many emails just to book a night. Very expensive for what it is. Would stay elsewhere. Eris Rooms are wonderful!

Small, clean and walkable to nearby town center. The checkin clerk was very welcoming and helpful. The only “negative” thing was that I thought breakfast was included when I booked reservation but it was an additional charge.

The place is situated very close to the ferry port . It is also close to restaurants, shops etc. The staff is very friendly and really helpful. The breakfast is nice with a big variety of food and the staff that works in the breakfast area make you feel like home . The rims are comfortable and clean.

The best beach in Milos! It's beautiful with little white rocks covering the shore. It's perfectly placed between two cliffs so the water is more calm than other beaches and the water is refreshing but not too cold

Very nice beach with crystal clear waters, options for a cafe and restaurant as well as boat rental services. Great place to start a boat trip to visit many otherwise inaccessible by car beaches.

Wonderful intimate beach with fine sand, clean, turquoise water and some natural shade from the trees. Entry in the water gradual but a bit steep. It depends on when you enter. There's an area where when you go further away from the shore you reach apart where depth gets lower, to chest level and you fă watch the fish in the water, the flat ones that hide in sand.

Nice beach. Not too sheltered from the wind. But quite a few trees for shade. Lovely pebbles on the beach but quite sharp on the feet. Initial steep slope in to the water makes exiting a bit fun. But still a very nice place. Lovely colour to the water.

Amazing view on the sea, great location in the south of Milos (which is much more isolated / calm). I would definitely recommend this place for the room, the staff who warmly welcomed and took care of us at any time, the food of the restaurant, and the view which is unique! Great location. Good breakfast, great service - got some extra beach towels for free, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom that was infused with Greek honey and delightful. 100% need to try the orange cake at breakfast!

My partner and I stayed 6 nights at Milos Hotel in September 2025 and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the ferry port. Staying here atm for 7 nights amazing hotel. rooms beautiful well maintained cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast fabulous. The staff at the hotel cannot do enough to help and advise you. The hotel room is not big and the bathroom is small, but overall it is comfortable. The breakfast is simple and the food tastes good. The surrounding environment is average, but the location is good, close to the pier and bus station, it is convenient to go to various attractions if you calculate the time, and there are many restaurants nearby to choose from.

We had a great stay at this property. The owner/manager is extremely accommodating, including meeting us at the property to let us in after we had lost our keys one night. He also went out of his way to provide recommendations for not just Milos but also Athens. The breakfast was also very good.

This boutique hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was lovely and very clean with a wonderful view of the garden. The hotel was in the perfect location, near enough to the port and the other main parts of Milos whilst still being quiet and private. Perfect balance between cost and service. If you rent a moto or a car it s easy to go around the island. We had a large room with the kitchen (and the supermarket is near to the hotel, 2 minutes walking). Very friendly and helpful. I asked for help to do an expedition to Athen (the key of the previous hotel) and they took care of it without any cost.

Amazing view, very nice rooms, good price quality, very friendly and helpful owners, location in between the harbor and the capital of the island. I don't mind walking, so no problem for me. Both the harbor and capital is a 20-25 min walk.

Near Adams and Plaka, the owner can arrange a scooter for rent (really suggested) on demand. I gave 3 stars because the owner was nice with us, and he offers a free transfer to the port the day of check out.. personal opinion: they should improve the breakfast, the chitchen is not well furnished... If you are looking for something exclusive, probably these studios are not what you are looking for

We really enjoyed our holidays at Giannoulis hotel. Miss Moschoula was a great host. She was very helpful giving us the right guidelines to explore the island. Super convenient location, it’s literally right above the Milos port, so can save a lot of time if you’re coming to and from by ferry. Room is clean and neat, very spacious. What a beautiful stay we had! We booked a sea view room on the second floor. We were welcomed with warm smiles, cute cats and a lovely receptionist. The hotel was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was walking distance to shops, the port and the beach. We hire ATVs which was also walking distance to explore the island.

Second time here and would stay again. Not on the waterfront but conveniently located and not far from the beach, 200m and also very close to town. The owner Katy is lovely and has reality gone out of her way to assist me when my debit card got swallowed by an ATM machine. Thank you Katy.

For my daughter, who is a cat lover, this is the perfect place, as there are lots of cats. The rooms are very cozy and the daily housekeeping is excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. The entrance patio with its pergola is beautiful.
