Beautiful and very clean apartment with great and relaxing outdoor area and very very comfortable beds. Great location, very quiet only 10 min walk to Plaka with private car park. Aris was awesome, incredibly accomodating and helpful from giving tips about where to go around the island to finding a car for rent. Highly recommended :)

We were guests here this August and I can confirm what has already been stated. Moschoula is a super caring host, there’s a comfortable private parking inside the residence (which is something precious and not easy to find in the very narrow streets of Tripiti!), the apartments are cleaned every day. We also appreciated the position - we were able to easily explore the island.

Faultless. Beautifully appointed little rooms in a secluded, hillside location equidistant between Plaka and Klima. Perfect for a couple’s short stay or a longer self-catering holiday. Private parking outside. Very comfortable beds. Good shower. Pretty interior decoration and architecture.

A perfect stay for a perfect holiday! The owner is very kind, the studio with mountains view is adorable and very clean: waking up with the sounds of the nature made my days start better. The kitchen is perfect to prepare a delicious meal and i enjoyed using it: it was well equipped: the was also an oven!! If i have to find a problem i would probably mention about the shower which doesn't have a box...

Excellent value for money. We got a large room with an even larger terrace. The owner is a very friendly woman, she brought us home baked cakes in the morning. Lovely view of the surroundings and the sea. Lemon trees in the garden. Bed very hard, but that's how it is at most places here.

The hotel is lovely. Great rooms, beach access and a lovely homemade breakfast. But the real charm and best part of the stay here is Despoina and her family. they are good Greek folks, hospitable, helpful and honest. We couldn't have been more happy!

A warm experience that felt like we visited close friends or relatives on a beautiful island. Despoina and her family are real and authentic Greek people, humble and hospitable and it was a pleasure staying at their lovely home. We stayed in the Armonia room which was sparkling clean and renovated with a Cycladic architecture. All necessities were in place such as slippers, towels, paper, fridge etc...

Perfect balance between cost and service. If you rent a moto or a car it s easy to go around the island. We had a large room with the kitchen (and the supermarket is near to the hotel, 2 minutes walking). Very friendly and helpful. I asked for help to do an expedition to Athen (the key of the previous hotel) and they took care of it without any cost.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean and awesome breakfast. Furthermore, the staff was very helpful. They've helped us to find a nice boat tour and even a last minute rental car. Don't hesitate to book your stay in Milos at Agnanti.

Amazing view, very nice rooms, good price quality, very friendly and helpful owners, location in between the harbor and the capital of the island. I don't mind walking, so no problem for me. Both the harbor and capital is a 20-25 min walk.

Excellent small hotel, ~1.5 km from Adamas port and ~2.5 km from the Plaka Milos-island capital. Very friendly owner and staff. Clean room, nice balcony, air con available. Breakfast included in price, adequate (coffee could be better). And, most important, PET FRIENDLY!

Near Adams and Plaka, the owner can arrange a scooter for rent (really suggested) on demand. I gave 3 stars because the owner was nice with us, and he offers a free transfer to the port the day of check out.. personal opinion: they should improve the breakfast, the chitchen is not well furnished... If you are looking for something exclusive, probably these studios are not what you are looking for

We stayed here for four days when touring Milo's and it was amazing! George and the team went above and beyond from picking us up and giving us the best recommendations for where to go. This place did an absolutely amazing job helping prepare us for our trip to the island. They picked us up and dropped us off from the ferry, helped us slept in all day sailing cruise, help organize scooter rental with on-site drop off and pick up, gave wonderful suggestions for things to do on the island, and help arrange flowers and wine for my fiancé in our room upon arrival. As others have mentioned, Eleni was so lovely and welcoming, and the 5 minute walk into the port area was very convenient, especially as taxis are fixed fare on the islands so you can easily pay E20-40 for relatively short trips, so being close to town and the bus stop was a real plus. My boat tour was cancelled as the wind was coming from the south-west, and Eleni was fantastic at recommending activities...

This hotel is connected to a travel agency that has their own boat tour. The all day boat tour is well worth it. The manager was incredibly helpful, arranging the boat tour and a discount on a car rental. The hotel itself is about a 6 min walk from the main bustle of town which kept it quieter and worked for us.

Eleni and the staff were extremely helpful. They let us store our luggage on both sides of our arrival & departure, helped arrange cars for us and offered us water / coffee on very hot days. They helped guide us on restaurants, beaches, wind movement, etc during our actual stay as well.

We got stuck on Milos for an extra day because ferries weren't running due to wind. We booked the Milos Hotel in a pinch because of its location and it was the perfect spot for us. Clean, good location and value.

Amazing breakfast, light airy cool rooms, miraculously mosquito free and the staff were flawlessly polite and very helpful with recommendations, and friendly to boot. They even let us wait in their beautiful air-conditioned reception with our bags a few days after we'd island hopped, while we waited in the midday sun for our transport off the island. We booked by mistake and talk to the owner to see if we could cancel without having to pay any fees. The owner charged us and give the money back instantly, what a great gesture from their side.

There is no doubt that Hotel Eleni is a fine establishment. Very well taken care of. The staff is very helpful providing interesting and useful recommendations for attractions around the island. They are genuinely interested in each guest as if they were the only one. And in an additional 7.5€ per person a glorious breakfast buffet is served from 8:00 to 10:00.

Mrs Eleni is definitely among the best hostesses in Milos. She will do anything to help you and guide you to the best places in Milos. The hotel is small but extremely well taken care of. Everything was in perfect condition.

The location was central for Adamas. The accommodation was suitable. Clean space with the necessary amenities. The bathroom is very small and the shower leaves the whole area wet which is a bit unpleasant. The aircon is also very old and was extremely noisy so we didn’t have the best nights sleeps there. The suite was really good and owner were nice too. While checkin you will get all the surrounding areas details (tourist information). Since it’s not hotel so there won’t be any reception. It’s distance from port is 400-500 meters also if you have luggage then try to go by road not by stairs (which will exhaust). This was the best experience of our hotel stays. The hotel is superb and the price very fair for the value received. We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean, the staff were amazing, and the accommodations were comfy. We liked that there was a mini kitchen area. We really enjoyed our holidays at Giannoulis hotel. Miss Moschoula was a great host. She was very helpful giving us the right guidelines to explore the island. The place is pleasant, we had one of the room upstairs. It was spacious enough. The bathroom was very cute. They had a terrace with a nice view. There are a few parking spots in front of the building. It's a bit of walking from the port, but the bus stop just outside the building compensate for that.

What can i say. If i cud give it 10 stars i would. Lana and her staff were amazing. She is so welcoming and made me feel right at home. Her apartment was fantastic, so spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly want. And such a lovely touch to get fresh coffee, tea and toast in the mornings as a good morning gesture. A lovely hotel to enjoy a relaxing stay. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. We had booked the deluxe studio which comes with an amazing balcony to enjoy the view. The owner is very thoughtful and caring and the morning coffee with a quick bite is a great way to start the day.
