We were in minihome D5, it has its own parking space, it's close to the port where the ferries come. AC is only in the bedroom, but it's good enough, not really needed in other rooms. Beautiful and very clean apartment with great and relaxing outdoor area and very very comfortable beds. Great location, very quiet only 10 min walk to Plaka with private car park. Aris was awesome, incredibly accomodating and helpful from giving tips about where to go around the island to finding a car for rent. Highly recommended :)

We were guests here this August and I can confirm what has already been stated. Moschoula is a super caring host, there’s a comfortable private parking inside the residence (which is something precious and not easy to find in the very narrow streets of Tripiti!), the apartments are cleaned every day. We also appreciated the position - we were able to easily explore the island.

Enjoyed our stay there. Cozy place, and very friendly host. As many others wrote here, you can expect tasty home made cookies :)

Faultless. Beautifully appointed little rooms in a secluded, hillside location equidistant between Plaka and Klima. Perfect for a couple’s short stay or a longer self-catering holiday. Private parking outside. Very comfortable beds. Good shower. Pretty interior decoration and architecture.

A perfect stay for a perfect holiday! The owner is very kind, the studio with mountains view is adorable and very clean: waking up with the sounds of the nature made my days start better. The kitchen is perfect to prepare a delicious meal and i enjoyed using it: it was well equipped: the was also an oven!! If i have to find a problem i would probably mention about the shower which doesn't have a box...

Excellent value for money. We got a large room with an even larger terrace. The owner is a very friendly woman, she brought us home baked cakes in the morning. Lovely view of the surroundings and the sea. Lemon trees in the garden. Bed very hard, but that's how it is at most places here.

The hotel is lovely. Great rooms, beach access and a lovely homemade breakfast. But the real charm and best part of the stay here is Despoina and her family. they are good Greek folks, hospitable, helpful and honest. We couldn't have been more happy!

A warm experience that felt like we visited close friends or relatives on a beautiful island. Despoina and her family are real and authentic Greek people, humble and hospitable and it was a pleasure staying at their lovely home. We stayed in the Armonia room which was sparkling clean and renovated with a Cycladic architecture. All necessities were in place such as slippers, towels, paper, fridge etc...

Perfect balance between cost and service. If you rent a moto or a car it s easy to go around the island. We had a large room with the kitchen (and the supermarket is near to the hotel, 2 minutes walking). Very friendly and helpful. I asked for help to do an expedition to Athen (the key of the previous hotel) and they took care of it without any cost.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean and awesome breakfast. Furthermore, the staff was very helpful. They've helped us to find a nice boat tour and even a last minute rental car. Don't hesitate to book your stay in Milos at Agnanti.

Amazing view, very nice rooms, good price quality, very friendly and helpful owners, location in between the harbor and the capital of the island. I don't mind walking, so no problem for me. Both the harbor and capital is a 20-25 min walk.

Excellent small hotel, ~1.5 km from Adamas port and ~2.5 km from the Plaka Milos-island capital. Very friendly owner and staff. Clean room, nice balcony, air con available. Breakfast included in price, adequate (coffee could be better). And, most important, PET FRIENDLY!

We visited this hotel as three young girls, all for the first time in Greece. Our room was clean and well taken care of. The owners were very kind and truly cared for our well-being. Near Adams and Plaka, the owner can arrange a scooter for rent (really suggested) on demand. I gave 3 stars because the owner was nice with us, and he offers a free transfer to the port the day of check out.. personal opinion: they should improve the breakfast, the chitchen is not well furnished... If you are looking for something exclusive, probably these studios are not what you are looking for

Lovely family-run hotel. They’re an efficient and well-run machine. Email communication in the weeks before check-in was prompt and helpful. They picked us up from the port, and at the hotel they arranged for a rental car company to pick us up to grab our car. Service was extremely professional and pleasant from all the staff we encountered.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. George at the front desk told us all the best places to visit (and was absolutely right) and the ladies at the breakfast counter were an absolute hoot.

Excellent hotel, with very friendly service and a good breakfast as well. The location is very convenient for almost any activity on Milos, if you have your own vehicle (and you should). We would not hesitate to book again - highly recommended!

Alexandros Village offers free transport from the port. After a 3 ½ hour ferry ride that was delayed, it was a relief to know that we had a ride to the hotel. Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Near amenities like gas stations and food markets. You can get a rental car directly on-site, free wi-fi and the staff speaks excellent english. You also get breakfast for 6€ that is homecooked by the staff. Would visit again!

As others have mentioned, Eleni was so lovely and welcoming, and the 5 minute walk into the port area was very convenient, especially as taxis are fixed fare on the islands so you can easily pay E20-40 for relatively short trips, so being close to town and the bus stop was a real plus. This hotel is connected to a travel agency that has their own boat tour. The all day boat tour is well worth it. The manager was incredibly helpful, arranging the boat tour and a discount on a car rental. The hotel itself is about a 6 min walk from the main bustle of town which kept it quieter and worked for us.

Eleni and the staff were extremely helpful. They let us store our luggage on both sides of our arrival & departure, helped arrange cars for us and offered us water / coffee on very hot days. They helped guide us on restaurants, beaches, wind movement, etc during our actual stay as well.

We got stuck on Milos for an extra day because ferries weren't running due to wind. We booked the Milos Hotel in a pinch because of its location and it was the perfect spot for us. Clean, good location and value.

Amazing breakfast, light airy cool rooms, miraculously mosquito free and the staff were flawlessly polite and very helpful with recommendations, and friendly to boot. They even let us wait in their beautiful air-conditioned reception with our bags a few days after we'd island hopped, while we waited in the midday sun for our transport off the island. The taxis they called for us were extremely reliable...

There is no doubt that Hotel Eleni is a fine establishment. Very well taken care of. The staff is very helpful providing interesting and useful recommendations for attractions around the island. They are genuinely interested in each guest as if they were the only one. And in an additional 7.5€ per person a glorious breakfast buffet is served from 8:00 to 10:00.

Mrs Eleni is definitely among the best hostesses in Milos. She will do anything to help you and guide you to the best places in Milos. The hotel is small but extremely well taken care of. Everything was in perfect condition.

The location was central for Adamas. The accommodation was suitable. Clean space with the necessary amenities. The bathroom is very small and the shower leaves the whole area wet which is a bit unpleasant. The aircon is also very old and was extremely noisy so we didn’t have the best nights sleeps there. I’ve been traveling Europe for a whole month and this was my favorite place I’ve stayed! Situated right on the beach, a beautiful property with a stunning pool! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the location is a 10/10!!! Walking distance to so much! can’t wait to be back!

The best hotel in Milos. Idealy located by the port and downtown. Rooms are in a traditional greek style and with a beautiful sea view. Warm and spacious swimming-pool! Staff is very nice and accommodated. We went there for the third time, and we will come back for sure !

Great place, great location and great people! Very easy to walk to and from the port. The hosts are friendly and informative and there is fantastic bar and breakfast service.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean, the staff were amazing, and the accommodations were comfy. We liked that there was a mini kitchen area. The bathroom looked like a cave and was very cool, and the atmosphere of the place was great. It was also close to everything and a walking distance from the main area.

We really enjoyed our holidays at Giannoulis hotel. Miss Moschoula was a great host. She was very helpful giving us the right guidelines to explore the island. The room was very clean, spacious and full of services such as A\C, WiFi, kitchen and a great cosy balcony. All in all, me and my girlfriend, Natalia totally recommend this place for some great and relaxing holidays in the island of Milos.

The place is pleasant, we had one of the room upstairs. It was spacious enough. The bathroom was very cute. They had a terrace with a nice view. There are a few parking spots in front of the building. It's a bit of walking from the port, but the bus stop just outside the building compensate for that.

What can i say. If i cud give it 10 stars i would. Lana and her staff were amazing. She is so welcoming and made me feel right at home. Her apartment was fantastic, so spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly want. And such a lovely touch to get fresh coffee, tea and toast in the mornings as a good morning gesture. A lovely hotel to enjoy a relaxing stay. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. We had booked the deluxe studio which comes with an amazing balcony to enjoy the view. The owner is very thoughtful and caring and the morning coffee with a quick bite is a great way to start the day.
