Beautiful bar and hotel located by the beach, everything is new and very tastefully decorated. The staff is very kind and the coffee frape was one of the best in Greece. You also get cookies with the coffee that are freshly backed and homemade. Delicious!

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was cleaned every single day, and everything was spotless – truly impressive! The location is perfect, just a minute away from the beach and all the main spots.
The restaurant at the hotel serves the best food we’ve had in Agios Ioannis – every dish was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious.
We will definitely be coming back!

Warm and hospitable people, an amazing place! Highly recommended, even for families with young children!

The rooms were clean, but during the night it was very loud (next to the hotel there is a bar that works till late hours) and hot (the AC was old and not working properly). The staff is amazing, the hotel is literally next to the beach and the food was ok.

Family trip for vacation.
Location is about perfect. Still during August parking was not the case (I believe for all tourists there). You could find a place about 100mt up the hill, probably after St. Nektarios small chapel.
Breakfast is not perfect as advertised, not at all. It is a decent, simple breakfast, and try to avoid cheese pie as it is always cold and probably previous day.
Internet has issues, still it is working really good in the lobby and at the beach, rooms have problems (at least our room).
No television for the whole 6 days period and no one could fix the issue. As said that was a common issue for both floors.
Staff is very friendly, all of them.
Maria that operates the hotel's beach and sea front beds etc, is amazing and servicing all hotel residents.

Overall it's a very nice hotel situated on the seaside of Agios Ioannis village, only 5 meters from the shore. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was renovated but it has had major fouls (as shown in the pics) that couldn't justify the price of 110 euros per night. There were holes on the ceiling and walls, covered with napkins, duct tape and/or bandaid. The towels were old and hard, and felt like sandpaper while wiping ourselves after a shower. Furthmore, awnings must be installed in the rooms facing the sea, because it is impossible to remain in the room's balcony from sunrise until 15:00 pm (the sun was scorching us).

Location is great as it is very close to the beach. However for the same reason it may be noisy during the night and the early hours of the dah

Very nice place! We had room with a wonderful, beach view. Staff is very pleasant 😊 l would live to come back again 🤩

This evaluation is relaled only to the bar. We had a good lunch with salads: very comfortable location with a nice view of the beach

The renovated hotel is beautifully designed, the room as well and spacious. Located a step from the beach, with nice staff and very good breakfast. Highly recommend!
