12 Months Luxury Resort

One of the best place to stay in Pelion. We have chosen this hotel to have full list of facilities provided usually by hotels: breakfast, pool, big parking, room cleaning, fitness area, and didnt regret about our choice. Hotel is situated in a very picturesque place with amazing view to the sea which we had from the terrace of our room (we stayed in room 16 - Junior suit) and surrounded with forest. That is important to mention as when temperature in the area down to the beach where above 35 degree, in the hotel area was 2-3 degrees lower due to location and forest I guess. Location of the hotel is quite strategic as gives access to all nice beaches in the area with max 35 min drive to the most departed. Near hotel in the village there are 2 small supermarkets to buy necessary staff and also one of the biggest attraction in the area - old Plane tree (>1000 years old) with nice church and cafe nearby. Pleasant bonus of the hotel - potable water, so no need to worry about buying fresh water from the shop. Breakfasts didn't have big variety of choice, but always enough to find basis staff to eat. Car is must there as hotel is located in a small village a bit isolated on the hill and there is not so much things around to reach by foot, while with car there are many nice tavernas and villages around and close to the beach to visit.

Great service, always with a smile: At the reception, at the pool and in rooms service.
Maybe short of staff, but managed well.
Rooms are spacious and clean.

Professional SPA with good Sauna.
Food is okay, coffee is great.

The pros :

The staff is very welcoming , always with the smile , helping in everything you need , last moment booking issues are quickly and professionally resolved , which is great that you can rely on the staff.
Smooth check in / out.
I was staying in the family room , which is great for the family , two separate bedrooms , small kitchen , family place and nice yard.
The room was clean and being cleaned every day , the bed is soft and comfortable, with white beddings , soft pillow , overall great sleep.
Hotel's public areas are well maintained, clean garden , clean pool and all the exterior looks very nice.

The cons:

5 star resort hotel , and the bathroom looks like 3 stars (even lower) , you must renew the bathroom (at least in the family room)
It's a shame that all the extras are in additional charge although the price per night isn't cheap at all

Luxurious with a breathtaking view of the sea from above. High up in the mountain and built amidst a beautiful forest, provides everything you would expect from a high-end hotel with a pool and spa service. Picturesque architecture and various amenities for a price. The experience seems a bit similar to any other expensive city hotel when you are not looking out the window.

A wonderful resort in Tsagaranda. Great food and the rooms are very comfortable. But it was the staff that really made this place great. They are all incredibly helpful, pleasant and they went out of their way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable
