Anyway the hotel itself is very nice, the pools are clean, the sea view is amazing and we really had a good rest. The best feature of the place though is the staff- friendly and competent, real pleasure :)

Firstly , this hotel is not a beach hotel. There is no beach belongs to this hotel or beach services. You need to walk down to seaside with your umbrella and equipments. This i need to inform in advance

The best part of the experience is the connection to the nature It has a good access to the nature, the sea where our small children found so much enjoyable in not also swimming but catching sea creature, like small crab and hermit crab

This hotel does not have private beach however has a private road to access to the beach. Please try it if you are parents. Also can enjoy well managed outdoor swimming pools

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander Beach Hotel in Alexandroupoli. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. What truly made our experience exceptional was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff

As a Turkish speaking family , there was Turkish speaking crew also. ( all team was helping without any delay when needed ) I would not prefer as a beach hotel, but prefer if i look for a normal stay if needed

We had chosen a room with a sea view. They gave us a room on the ground floor with a partial sea view. The room view was bad.

Breakfast buffet offering plenty of sweet and savoury options. Wedding reception and dinner up to par to premium standards. Totally recommended for a city break when in Alexandroupoli

Excellent resort with outstanding facilities and service. I've attended a wedding banquet and also spent the weekend here. The rooms are spacious offering also suites

I will not stay at this hotel again because of this misleading

It has a perfect location and balcony view. Also, there's a park in front of the hotel, where you can do your morning run.

Clean and cozy hotel. Nearby center - about 10mins by foot. Nearby beach. Free parking in their courtyard. Continental breakfast and enough for a breakfast. It is my second time at this hotel and I recommend it.

We stayed two nights together with our little puppy. It is a very clean hotel, the staff is very kind and the location is excellent. By walking you can reach the seafront or the city center in a few minutes

The bad: poor sound insulation, the cleaning staff started cleaning rooms at around 9 o'clock in the morning on Sunday, you can hear people speaking in other room very clearly, the cleaning staff were talking loudly and laughing, whenever someone flushed their toilet you can hear it in the room through the pipes since the sink is in the room

Good view at the sea side rooms. Room was clearish: not spotless but not bad at all. A chair in the room or table and chairs balcony would be better

Great pool outside, beach is very close,staff is not that friendly, rooms and hallway carpets smells like very old,over all not bad for 1 night stay.

I presumed that it will be very bad but it was beyond our expectations. Yes, hotel is very old furnished but who cares for two star hotel. They clean rooms everyday and by request which is very helpfull

Friendly and Turkish speaking staff. Breakfast with may varieties. Rooms are clean. Not by the sea side, you need do a 5-10 mins walk to reach the beach. 3km to the city center.

The staff offered quick service when needed. Not to mention that the sea was only 100 m far away from the hotel and we had a nice time at the beach bar close to Thalassa hotel

I can highly recommend this hotel. Just across the street is the beach with a few beach bars. A supermarket is just next to it. The city centre with nice tavernas is also close. The rooms are always clean and big

We stayed in a double room, the mattress was very big and comfortable and we had a nice view on the garden and sea from our balcony. The price for the room was affordable and the breakfast met our expectations

Very clean, location is amazing, team is very helpful, if you are going to Alexandroupoli I think it's one of the best places to stay, close to the big market Lidl, room was very big and clean and whatever we requested they did it with very good attitude, will definitely come back again

In front of the hotel there are a lot of parking spaces. The owner really pay attention to the needs of the guests and are always helpful and friendly. I haven't seen often such a good breakfast in Greece

The hotel has a nice gym and an indoor pol. Outside pool looks nice but was shut however did look like it needs a refurb soon. The hotel gardens and seaside view is cool

Everything was ok except the pool. The water clearly has not been treated in a long time. I have never seen a pool so dirty. I would recommend swimming in the sea rather than using the hotel pool

The hotel was very central to Alexandrapouli. , so didnt need to always drive to main centre. It was a short 12 min walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel is a bit old but has a nostalgic feel

They invited us to enjoy breakfast, provided beach towels, and made all hotel facilities available to us. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout our stay. Although the hotel is older, it met our needs perfectly

Maybe the best in the city, in the middle of everything with sea view. Great personnel, helping with everything, rooms are very good designed, I guess recently renewed. Clean and open buffet breakfast is satisfying.

Erika has outdone herself! The renovations were apparently changed everything that was old and replaced it with hip, cool, new and quality. Even the cutlery at the breakfast was new

Hotel was very great also the staff were very nice and gentle fitness club and the view vas very good it may not be the most luxurious experience but it is definitely worth staying

The hotel is small, but the rooms are surprisingly large. Everything was very clean, beds very comfortable and sheets smelled like flowers. The evening reception girl was very nice, helpful and smiling

The hotel is on the beach front street, facing the port in Alexandropolis. On Sunday night the street became a walk only zone with lots of street vendors and full of people

I was arrived to hotel to check-in around 1 pm which was about 2 hrs, however the front desk didn't let me to check in cause it was early, however it was a low season and hotel was so much quiet enough though

Excellent hotel! Excellent room service! Big rooms very clean and very quiet! The breakfast is nice but i would prefer it have more healthy snacks!

It was short trip of a few day but it’s clean and has a fantastic and included hot buffer breakfast The only spoiler for me was that we requested as late check out and were advise that yes no problem you can have an additional 20 mins lol

I do recognize their policy for checking time, however front desk lady was lied that the room was already in process of cleaning by room service (which was nothing but a big tricky lie)
