Excellent resort with outstanding facilities and service. I've attended a wedding banquet and also spent the weekend here. The rooms are spacious offering also suites. Big pool and restaurant/bar. Breakfast buffet offering plenty of sweet and savoury options. Wedding reception and dinner up to par to premium standards. Totally recommended for a city break when in Alexandroupoli. I heard great things about the spa and gym👍

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, clean rooms. Varied food and a peaceful place to relax with a family with children. Convenient location in close proximity to the city of Alexandropoulis itself. As a criticism, I would emphasize the refreshment of the base. The categorization for the corresponding stars is for no more than **** stars. They have a wonderful spa center, which, in my opinion is not right to pay for a 5-star hotel.If we exclude these disadvantages,overall we would come back again.

I was extremely satisfied with the accommodation service we received from July 7-9, 2024. I wish there had been room availability so that we could have extended our stay. The room cleanliness, pool, and sea were all excellent. Additionally, I did not experience any dissatisfaction with the restaurant. I was allowed to check in early and could enjoy the pool and sea facilities until the room was ready. The staff at the reception were extremely polite and friendly. Lastly, I would like to visit again for a 2-3 night stay at the end of July or during August. I would appreciate it if you could inform me of any affordable availability.

Hi, the incident I had last night made us very sad. I would like to write a complaint petition about the staff who met with us at the reception on June 18 and 21 on this issue. We showed the document we paid for. However, we were very badly received on June 21. You kept us waiting for close to 1 hour. Then you gave us a room that could be reached by stairs, even though we had 2 small children and a stroller.
The question I'm really waiting for the answer to is this: The Agoda reservation has been canceled. They asked us at least 10 times why this is. That's why we came and stated that we had paid for your hotel and booked our room at the hotel. Why did you keep us waiting in the lobby for about 1 hour when you had a spare room and I proved with a document that we had paid? Is it more valuable to find out the reason for the cancellation than to let us in the lobby when there is an available room that has been made? How does this benefit your hotel and us? is this how a customer who comes with 2 children is greeted? We came here for a vacation, but our vacation started very badly from the first day. I would like to write a complaint petition about the staff who caused us this unnecessary problem.

Good size rooms, with great sea view. Objectively this is a 3 star hotel as it has outdated and rather worn out furniture but offers a lovely spa in the basement, excellent breakfast and service by staff polite and eager to help. It also has spacious common areas. With a generous renovation it would definitely rise up in reviews. Another negative point is pool hours since pool closes at 18:30 which is rather early for a hotel in a hot country like Greece.

Wonderful! the rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel grounds fantastic! The breakfast with a very wide variety and delicious, the dinner was wonderful as was the restaurant! the staff very kind and the pool areas perfect. The view was awesome, the pool was right in front of the sea

Rooms are spacious, well maintained and spotless!
The food for breakfast is plentiful and varied. Coffee, juices and other hot beverages are available along with special Greek coffee (made on hot sand)
The dinner is delicious with various local and international dishes to choose from.
As this is a winter visit I can't comment on the pools and the beach. The hotel is right on the beach and the pools look like a great place to relax when it is a bit warmer.
Overall a great place to visit and fantastic starting point for a quick tour of Alexandopoulis

Very clean rooms, good service, excellent breakfast. Smiling and helpful staff. Good location.

The hotel has a large base which is well maintained. It has a large outdoor and indoor pool, a spa and its own sandy beach. Note that it is good to take swimming shoes because there are rocks and sea urchins in the sea. Towels for the beach can be taken from the pool bar by giving special cards for them, which are picked up from the reception. The food in the restaurant is plentiful and varied. Rooms are serviced every other day with sheets and towels changed. I recommend.
