Great pool areas. Tidy and neat grounds.

Tasty pancakes, good fresh watermelon and melon, fried eggs, yogurt, cheese- a lot of choice. Water park is cool and there are so many different pools. Sea beach is good and super close

The location is great, you are right on beachfront, you got many nice pools. There is also a lot of delicious food to choose from. The room we got was pretty old, especially the bathroom

Downsides: coffee at breakfast is instant and orange juice is chemical; bathroom is terrible, too small, not practical at all, water coming from water drain. Yes, it's budget hotel, don't expect too much

Overall: very good choice for families with children and small babies

The room was huge, two bedrooms and one toilet, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Clean rooms but there was no body-wash or hair shampoo so we had to buy from the kiosk which is 1 minute walk from the hotel

Had a great stay , started with a nice warm welcome and shown to our room. Our room was spotless on arrival and kept spotless throughout our stay with cleaning every day , fresh towels and sheets every other day

ALL staff were happy , friendly and pleased too help in anyway with a smile. Great system in place to order food and drink around the pool on the beach and in the restaurant

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days. The location of the hotel right by the sea is good enough + the area is green and the smell of conifers is wonderful. Clean pool which is included in the price

I have seen many positive reviews for this hotel and I decided to give it a go and I'm glad I did. We were given tye room 212 wich has a great vew. The room is big and very clean, the food is great and it's by the beach

Was our first visit to a Greek island and loved it ! The hotel had a really nice chilled relaxed feeling to it , we will be back as soon as possible and thank you for a great stay

Only had food here but it was amazing. Gyros and Kebabs beautiful. Located on the beach front, cant go wrong. Clean, staff friendly. Highly recommended.

We only had breakfast in the restaurant but were satisfied with the variety. 5 minute walk to the beach and less to bars and restaurants and shops. Launderette facilities are there (a fee), use of a gym (a fee)

The Nisos bar was lovely and shaded, the staff were smashing and the food delicious! On Wednesday nights there is a Greek night with food, a band and dancing. Good fun and worth €30 each if that is your thing

One of the most beautiful pools I’ve ever seen. Hotel room was large and spacious, air con was additional but worked fantastic. The cleaners came every day and changed towels etc

We had a lovely welcome on arrival at reception. The reception staff were always polite and helpful. The room was basic but spotless and very comfortable; what you would expect in Greece

It makes you feel like you're visiting family. The pool at Nisos is notoriously the best in Alykanas. I remember when there was just a rectangular basic pool. Now this is like something out of a tropical dream

Pool is amazing and the location is perfect as it’s close to all the main restaurants and bars (there was 12 of us at one point which was handy as we could all walk to and from where we needed to go)

Mark on pillow, a similar on towel, looked clean otherwise so probably a stain

Aircon wouldnt work called maintenence he appeared within the hour, very pleasant explained how sensitive the sensors are and they need to be in the exact place (why this was the case after it not being an issue for a week who knows) next moring spent about 20 mins moving the doors a mm at a time and still couldnt get it to come on

Sleep was poor, the aircon made noise like it was releasing pressure randomly through the night which jolted us all awake each time, i told reception twice they looked suitably upset on our behalf but nothing changed

In addition a beeping noise also happened randomly from the box by the front door waking us through the night. food and drink: All drink taste watered down gin and tonic tasted of nothing

Room: Spacious room, storage ok, only 6 hangers and one pillow each, had to request an extra pillow a few times before it appeared. Spacious balcony with a lovely view

Bathroom window doesnt lock and can be pushed open from outside Inch gap around frosted glass bathroom door, can literally see a person on the toilet if you walk by

family run hotel and restaurant all the staff were friendly and helpful, lovely rooms and bathroom, good pool and great location for shops and beach first time at this resort will definitely return .

Rooms are tidy and comfortable. Swimming pool with sun beds. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Very close to bars and restaurants. Hotel also has it's own restaurant.

Fantastic restaurant, we didnt stay in the hotel but dined here for an evening, everything was beautiful, lovely people and great value too would definitely recommend

A beautiful place where you can eat a very tasty food, and meet a lot of friendly people. This place is also wonderful for the landscape of the sea that this offer.

We loved it here! The staff were lovely, our room was large with a good bathroom and big balcony. The pool was exceptional! It was a short walk into the village and on to the beach. The local tavernas were really good

Lovely quiet location rooms basic but have bath shower hairdryer and fridge and cleaned daily. Shuttle bus to beach Lovely pool and bar area. Food very good choice for a 3star. Will book again for next year

Lovely small hotel just on the outskirts of town. Centred around a lovely pool, staff are friendly, rooms are clean, and the bar area is wonderful

If you stay by the pool or decide to walk to the beach- there is no doubt you will enjoy yourself with a cup of Greek frappe

We are currently here for a week b&b. Large pool surounded by palm trees and very clean currently , unlike some previous reviews. Most rooms have a loveky pool view too. Breakfast - basic but you wont starve

Family focused place with a bit outdated amenities but quite nice people who make up for small inconveniences ( air conditioning units that tend to faulty function from time to time, sun-beds reserved by guests before day starts, or no access to drinking water past 11 pm at the hotel)

Air con and safe were extras to be aware of. Nicos bar at the hotel served great food and the Greek night was a lot of fun. Perfect location for a stroll into Alykanas where there are lots of bars and restaurants

The pool bar served drinks and food for most of the day. We stayed in the newer block would definitely recommend as up to date and fresh. Maids came every day and towels regularly changed

The pool and area were very nice and if you wanted sunbeds set back a little as we did these were in the grassed area, we never saw anyone struggling to find beds

The food at the hotel was always delicious, from breakfasts, snacks and meals. Would recommend their own rose wine from the vineyards surrounding the hotel and also cocktails, 2 for 12 Euros in the 6 to 8pm Happy Hour

Breakfast was spectacular and the receptionist Ruth, always had a smile on her face and answered all our questions. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

This hotel was perfect for our family vacation. Everybody was so accommodating with our 1 year old and make us feel comfortable

The room was perfect, the views are incredible, and you’re within walking distance of the beach and all sorts of restaurant's. specifically Heat Wave (our favorite place)

All the hotel structures are extrmely clean, the pool is fantastic as well as the area around it. Breakfast is a real gourmet experience sitting in in front of the pool

For dinner they offer 3-4 options in the menu and they are always well balanced, thus we tried almost everything and never had issues with digestion. Rooms are confortable and they have a balcony and frigidaire

There is a bar / restaurant backing the clean and tidy pool with more than enough sunbeds for all guests. I was surprised by the distinct lack of mosquitoes and only got bitten twice

Excellent service, a very family hotel with all the comforts they need, it has a lot of space, clean, with incredible views, perfect for relaxing, it is a hotel that makes you feel at home, also the breakfast jam is made by themselves and it is really good

Rooms were emaculate, the grounds were stunning with their grape vines and fruit trees, as were the views. The buildings which house the apartments are so unique with an heir of grandure and also authentically Grecian

Great location with lovely owners who can't do enough for you. The view from the villa out to sea was amazing and located in a lovely calm area of the island.

The other place was a big disappointment, but fortunately hé great place that Nicos and Kiki have created - with a private and quiet beach, olive trees and an amazing view - allready ensured that we had an unfortgettable honneymoon nontheless

Our hosts, Kiki and Nikos, are very friendly, warm and nice people. They certainly know how to make their guests feel welcomed and, even if only for a short period, part of their wonderful family

The villa is very nice, traditionally made of stones, decorated with lovely old family furniture (hand painted I believe). The view is wonderful, the place is very quiet and fairly priced

Best start to our honneymoon we could have wished for. Amazing place, amazing view and amazing people. Easy accessible by car, so it's a great base from which to explore the island

The pool was big and clean, the sun beds too, crystal clear water, amazing private beach with a terrace, very clean renovated rooms with everyday cleaning, good wifi, very nice people working there and willing to help

The pool and Beach is nice and the place is very quiet

We stayed in the apartment with the pool and it was a lovely spot. The pool is great and the apartment was very clean

Dennis the owner is fantastic and very accommodating. Facilities are good and clean with spacious rooms. Breakfast and dinner are great too. The beachfront is great for snorkeling with clear water

We also got recommendations for day trips and boat tours, which were amazing. We had a junior suite, very clean and nicely furnished. Best thing you can do is discover local tavernas for dinner

There are two adult pools, one childs paddling pool and the sea right outside with shower and toilets near by, making poolside days easier. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so very peaceful

Hotel is a bit far out and off the beaten tra can sit by the sea. There is a small jetty to sea, 2 levels of pools. A beautiful view across the sea looking towards Kefilonia

Great place to stay, great views, the location is peaceful and not too far from tsilivi taxis are cheap 11 euros each way, food is quality and tasty, staff always happy to help, front of house always willing to help especially Kostas no problem is too big for him, will tell you the best places to go and see, eat, best photo opportunities, they offer car, ATVs push bikes for hire and a local bus runs...

Getting a taxi back is easy too as most drivers speak some English or you can show them the location you want on your phone! Although there was no evening entertainment music is played quietly in the back ground so a relaxing evening playing cards or chatting can be had at the bar which had a good selection of drinks available

There is a bus twice a day from the end of the road or you can get a taxi 11€ or ask if the hotel driver can taxi you to the nearest town - or 24€ to get to Zante town

We stayed at the start of the season so it was quiet and a few problems popped up but were dealt with quickly. The staff were great, always happy and helpful

Rooms are spacious and there are always sunbeds free around the main pool, you can also use the beach at their sister hotel opposite

The staff and managers are so professional and welcoming. The rooms are amazing with their own pools. The only thing I would try to improve is the food in the all-inclusive restaurant

The breakfast and evening buffet are well stocked with a huge variety of good quality fresh items and you can order off the restraunt menu if you desire. Good selection of cocktails, wines and champagne

Loved this hotel! Had our own swimming pool! Breakfast was great and staff were helpful too. Beach is 5 minutes walk and there is a separate swimming pool for everyone to use with a cafe and bar next to the pool. 👌

There are some issues with certain rooms having broken showers and making weird noises throughout the night which do keep you up, unfortunately we didn’t complain about this so mainly our fault! Otherwise I highly recommend this place as the staff at the pool side bar were amazing and soo friendly and genuinely lovely!

Great place and a great atmosphere! Having a room with your own pool and access to a shared pool as well as having a beach close by was amazing. The beach is more a pebble/ stone beach so it’s not sandy

The food, which is cooked by the owner's wife, is the best I ate in Zakynthos! You can really feel the love and care in the way the food is cooking, and I especially appreciated the traditional menus

Everyone was very kind and communicative with the children. The animators also did their best to involve everyone, and for those who preferred peace and quiet, there was always a calm pool area to relax at

Cleaners forgot to give us clean towels & toilet rolls on a couple of occasions Generic all inclusive food - however the Chinese & Greek restaurants are great! Drinks are generic all inclusive - no brand names Entertainment wasn’t great but they had music playing at the other bars which was nice Evening receptionist, not helpful and not willing

The snack bars are located in convenient locations with quality alcohol, I recommend a gin and tonic for the heat. The ice cream is delicious and high-quality with a wide variety of flavors
